Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.
God, voters. The rest are conditional, abstraction, or irrelevant. For example, we were fools to give the church covenant of marriage to Caesar. https://wedeclare.wordpress.com/2012/05/15/gay-marriage-is-that-what-we-think-this-is-about
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Like many of these questions, the question is somewhat wrong. The real question is how far are we willing to go to try to stop and punish abortion in a nation where people get killed in routine traffic stops by an increasingly violent, authoritarian and militarized government? This is where I have a problem with glib "pro life" stances that ignore the degradation of our churches/culture, and the violence of our government. I think we need to be very cautious about invoking more political force where the problem is actually the heart and mind. There are better ways to reduce both abortions, and unwanted pregnancies, than to bring in the SWAT teams, lawyers and lobbyists.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The reason we have human governments at all is of course sin (I Samuel 8:6-20). And some of the most sinful among us are drawn to power. Our failure to recognize this in our own government is our collective shame: https://wedeclare.wordpress.com/2016/07/13/how-we-fix-this-mess/
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I'm a reformed Presbyterian who's shocked at how much faith Christians put in politics! Our collective devoting to tribes and armies and odds/percentages, in violation of pretty much everything we claim on Sunday, is shameful. Everybody on the planet believes that they are right and others are wrong, but we above others ought to be humble, and know better than to so arrogantly allow our collective might to be used against them all in order to enrich a crony network we all know to be corrupt. Our Fear-Aggression Syndrome is embarrassing. Our lack of compassion is worse. Our ignorant surrender in the voting booth, when that is our day and power of peaceful revolution, is inexcusable. Shame, shame on us. I'm doing what I can to push us all in the opposite direction. https://wedeclare.wordpress.com/2008/07/18/in-politicians-we-do-not-trust/
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
No Answer
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
The paradigm of the question is wrong. And the words have changed their meaning too often to be meaningful. For example, Hillary's ideology and policy mirror GW Bush, while "former" Demoncrat Trump is a sort of xenophobic Jimmy Carter. Their tribe and labels mean nothing. Here is my explanation: https://wedeclare.wordpress.com/2015/07/11/euphemysticism-and-other-almighty-powers/

Additional comment from candidate:
Please read my annotated state and federal constitutions linked in the upper right at wedeclare.wordpress.com. I'm sure you'll learn a lot about what I'm offering and all about. Please don't settle for simple answers to difficult questions. If you enter wedeclare.wordpress.com in your browser and add a keyword that interests you (immigration, war, central banks, etc), you'll see that: 1. I have written down more about my proposals and beliefs than any other candidate. 2. What I propose is entirely different from what's beaten onto us every day by politicians and media (all owned/operated by the same people, in case you're wondering). 3. I've been consistent for decades. Please read my annotated state and federal constitutions linked in the upper right at wedeclare.wordpress.com. I'm sure you'll learn a lot about what I'm offering, and perhaps a lot more. Please don't misinterpret the non-answers in this questionnaire as having no opinion. The questions were wrong!
