"Allowed" is misleading; what's our alternative?

"Nature's God" and the "Creator" are named the source of rights. The People/voters own their civil governance and the constitution is the authorization of that gov't. Congress alone writes laws. The SCOTUS has no executive or lawmaking powers.
14. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?
We have politics because we sin (I Samuel 8:6-20); even from a secular view we have it only because of our flaws. And the worst among us tend toward politics. Hence, a leash is required on this bad dog we call politics.

No military history, and my medical background (research, clinical, education and industry) would be irrelevant except that politics has been attacking it my whole life. I'm a communicant member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America, but hold no office in the church.
16. What charitable, educational, religious, or political organizations have you been affiliated with as a member, contributor, or volunteer?
Your multiple choice questions are very misleading, with no room for correction. I do not believe that the state has any legal or moral authority in marriage. We should never have given this holy covenant over to Caesar's Social Security, bereavement pay, work and tax rule. Illegal aliens wouldn't be so problematic if we'd obey our constitutions, and cut tax-paid benefits to such criminals, and stop punishing legal citizens with foolish prohibitions and anti-work laws. "Judeo-Christian values" did not create a constitutional republic anywhere else! Certainly, they didn't work in Europe! We must be more careful when crediting or blaming theology where sinners are involved. And we shouldn't have a standing army at all! Constitutionally, by both state and federal constitutions, we're to be more like the Swiss. I'm not your war candidate! I am the only one advocating peace under law, actually. And no foreigners or religion is nearly the threat that we have become ourselves!

Since I'm opposed (just as both state and federal constitutions are opposed) to any special interest/abstract entity influence in politics, it would be surprising if any such group ever endorses my Libertarian endeavors. And the endorsements I recieved as a GOP candidate don't count.
