Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Hamilton, Adams and Washington all referenced the 'depravity of man" as cited in Jeremiah 17:9 as the predominate need for separating the powers of government. "The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked; who can know it?" Jeremiah 17:9. The Federalist Papers reference Montesquieu when discussing the powers of government. Montesquieu; however, derived the three branches from Isaiah 33:22, "The Lord is our Lawgiver, the Lord is our King, the Lord is our Judge..."

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe that upon creation, God has given every individual rights, and the authority to protect and defend those rights. However, those rights and liberties are not without limitation. Understanding the nature of the human heart, God also established "Natural Laws" that constrain those liberties to protect the rights of others. Sir William Blackstone, who Jefferson cites in the Declaration of Independence, stated that the "Laws of Nature" is God's will as defined by nature and "The Laws of Nature's God" is God's will as defined by scripture. While we are to uphold the laws of God, as defined in the scriptures, as humans we will ultimately fail. However, God has given us forgiveness through the sacrifice of Jesus, which provides forgiveness and eternal life to all who believe. We must live according to his inerrant Word, and how we live our lives is the true testimony of the Gospel.

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
My fight for conservative principles is too numerous to list here, but my public service in the Georgia state legislature and in my first year in Congress is a public testimony to being a conservative leader. Freedom Works, in their endorsement, stated "Barry Loudermilk is of the best of the next generation freedom fighters." The Council for Citizens Against Government Waste rated me as the most effective member of Congress in fighting against wasteful government spending. I have also received the "Sanctity of Life Award" for my years of fighting to protect the unborn. As a founding member of the House Freedom Caucus, I am continuously fighting for conservative causes, and restoring the nation to what the Founders intended and envisioned. I have recently introduced a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution to force Congress to balance the budget and address the runaway debt.

Additional comment from candidate:
During my first year in Congress, I have fought to change the culture in Washington DC, bring in new leadership, reduce the size and scope of government, protect life, and ensure that our children and grandchildren have a nation that is free, safe and full of opportunity. I will continue in that fight.
