QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Disagree
I am against chemical abortion drugs because I am against abortion in any form, for any reason. See answer to question 3.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I believe in the God-given legal personhood of all human beings, from fertilization to natural death, without exception. I am against abortion in any form, for any reason. I realistically champion the cause to preserve human life at every opportunity within a Constitutional and lawful framework. See answer to question 4.
Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?
The Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” That is the basis of Federalism, or “Sharing of Government Powers.” Therefore, following that, abortion policy is classified as a “State” responsibility, and the Federal Government should have no place in the process of legislating or enforcing abortion laws. The definition and enforcement of abortion policy is not a power given to the Federal Government by the Constitution. The Constitution must be amended to provide the basis for the Federal Government to define and enforce a nationwide abortion policy. Amending the Constitution is very difficult and time-consuming. Proposed amendments must be passed by two-thirds of both houses of Congress and then ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the states. Hence, for now, abortion policy is a State issue.
ECONOMY
What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?
I will work in Congress to extend the Trump-era tax cuts, pass the "No Tax on Tips Act," pass a "No Tax on Social Security Benefits Act," and achieve U.S. Energy Dominance. I will actively oppose Wealth Tax and Unrealized Gains Tax policies.
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.
Strongly Agree
Certain debts are non-dischargeable, and student loans often fall into this category. Therefore, the debtor must repay the loan without exception. In addition, student loan forgiveness adds to inflationary pressures in the economy.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The Government, at any level, should not have a role in endorsing or promoting religion. The First Amendment of the U.S. Bill of Rights reads, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;...” Our Constitution grants no authority to the Federal Government to grant or deny religious expressions of the people.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Vaccinations of any kind should be solely an individual’s choice, free from interference from a government, school, or employer.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. Medicaid and Medicare should be gradually phased out for upcoming generations. Providing Medicaid and Medicare (i.e. National Healthcare programs in general) is not a power given to the Federal Government by the Constitution.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our sovereignty unless in imminent danger. The American Constitution Party platform states, "The United States is properly a free and sovereign republic which should strive to live in peace with all nations, without interfering in their internal affairs, and without permitting their interference in ours."
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
I will seek to realign National priorities to more traditional and proven "Peace Through Strength, America First" policies, such as those of U.S. Energy Independence, U.S. Economic Strength, and Superior U.S. Military Modalities arrayed as a deterrent against Communist Chinese aggression on the world stage. I will drive legislation to eliminate Chinese investment in American assets (e.g. Real Estate) and eliminate the transfer of U.S. technology and business capital to the Communist Chinese.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes, the United States' relationship with Israel is greatly valued. The United States and Israel share a common bond politically, strategically, and spiritually. More than just an ally, Israel is Our ironclad partner in promoting Freedom, Strength, and Safety on the world stage.
What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?
The three primary causes of the decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention are "Lack of leadership and support from the Biden-Harris Administration," "Lack of Patriotism in Military Top Brass," and "WOKE/DEI initiatives in the military units."
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
"Sovereign U.S. Borders" and "National Sovereignty" go hand in hand.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
A measured number of people per year, following legal, established, and assimilation-focused pathways to U.S. citizenship, should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. Comprehensive screening methods must be applied to identify terrorists and criminals.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
We need to take it further: Terminate the Department of Education AND terminate the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” - Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
VALUES
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I subscribe to Christian values and the following principles: "Reliance on the Providence of God," "The Law of God forms a basis of good human laws," "Religion and Morality as a basis of Liberty," and "God-Given Human Rights."
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Requiring a photo identification is one component of Election Integrity. "Election Integrity" and "National Sovereignty" go hand in hand.
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
EQUALITY
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
CRT is an expression of Marxism and Anti-American dogma. CRT is based in a movement of insurrection against the American Constitutional Republic.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Disagree
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Natural gas and its derivatives such as Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Constitutional Conservative
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
I subscribe to the American Constitution Party viewpoint that states, "The sole purpose of Government, as stated in the Declaration of Independence, is to secure our unalienable rights given us by our Creator. When Government grows beyond this scope, it is usurpation, and liberty is compromised." Maintaining a Constitutional, limited scope, and fiscally responsible Government is the overarching goal.
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
I have a clean record. No convictions of any kind.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
I have a clean record. No convictions of any kind.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.
Strongly Disagree
I am a strong opponent of "Court Packing."
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The 2nd Amendment states, “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Gun ownership is a civil right. Furthermore, we live in a time of Government overreach and tyranny against the Citizens of this Great Republic. I oppose attempts to prohibit ownership of guns by law-abiding citizens and stand against all laws that require the restriction of guns or ammunition.
