RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

I believe all human beings have God-given legal personhood from fertilization to natural death, without exception. I am against abortion in any form, for any reason. I realistically champion the cause to preserve human life at every opportunity within a Constitutional and lawful framework.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Agree

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

I believe in the God-given legal personhood of all human beings, from fertilization to natural death, without exception. I am against abortion in any form, for any reason. I realistically champion the cause to preserve human life at every opportunity within a Constitutional and lawful framework.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Disagree

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

I agree with and support the 2022 Dobbs Decision, which stated, "regulation of abortion belongs to the people and their elected State representatives rather than the Federal Judiciary."

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

America’s Founders asserted that private property is the foundation not only of prosperity but of freedom itself. The Fourth Amendment provides the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures. The Fifth Amendment protects property by stating, " No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Strongly Disagree

I actively oppose Wealth Tax and Unrealized Gains Tax policies.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

1. Terminate unconstitutional Federal Departments (e.g., the Department of Education and the Department of Housing and Urban Development HUD) 2. Pass legislation on a per-case basis to end government-subsidized programs and services (e.g., Amtrak, Affordable Care Act, Green Energy initiatives) 3. Reduce inefficient and redundant Federal workforce personnel on a per-organization basis.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Article I of the Bill of Rights reads: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…" The Constitution grants no authority to the federal government either to grant or deny the religious expressions of the people in any place. Both the First and Tenth Amendments forbid such tyranny.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded (gradually phased out for upcoming generations). Providing National Healthcare programs, in general, is not a power given to the Federal Government by the Constitution.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

The Fourth Amendment provides the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, including arbitrary or de facto registration, general and unwarranted electronic surveillance, "national computer databases," and national identification cards.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. The American Constitution Party platform states, "The United States is properly a free and sovereign republic which should strive to live in peace with all nations, without interfering in their internal affairs, and without permitting their interference in ours."

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

I will realign National priorities to more traditional, proven "Peace Through Strength, America First" policies, such as U.S. Energy Independence, U.S. Economic Strength, and a superior U.S. military arrayed as a deterrent against Communist Chinese aggression on the world stage. I will drive legislation to eliminate Chinese investment in American assets (e.g., Real Estate) and eliminate the transfer of U.S. technology and business capital to the Communist Chinese.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes, the United States' relationship with Israel is greatly valued. The United States and Israel share a common bond politically, strategically, and spiritually. More than just an ally, Israel is Our ironclad partner in promoting Freedom, Strength, and Safety on the world stage.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Agree

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

A measured number of people per year, following legal, established, and assimilation-focused pathways to U.S. citizenship, should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. Comprehensive screening methods must be applied to identify terrorists and criminals.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

The Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Education is reserved to the States, not the Federal Government.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I subscribe to Christian values and the following principles: "Reliance on the Providence of God," "The Law of God forms a basis of good human laws," "Religion and Morality as a basis of Liberty," and "God-Given Human Rights."

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) America Act, which would require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote and government-issued photo identification to cast a ballot in federal elections.

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

I believe Natural Gas Turbine Technology and Nuclear SMR (Small Modular Reactor) Technology are the most reliable energy sources that will supply the growing demand for electricity.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

I have never been penalized for sexual misconduct.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

I have never been convicted of a felony.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The 2nd Amendment states, “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Gun ownership is a civil right. Furthermore, we live in a time of Government overreach and tyranny against the Citizens of this Great Republic. I oppose attempts to prohibit ownership of guns by law-abiding citizens and stand against all laws that restrict guns or ammunition.
