QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Neutral

Federal Government Tax Dollars should not be used to fund Abortion providers, however, State and Local Governments should have policies in place to fund such services, for those who are financially unable to afford Abortion Services.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Disagree

Abortion issues should be a private matter, including any type of abortion drugs a woman is willing to acquire to end her pregnancy.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Abortions again should be a private matter, as it once was in the early days of our Nation, between a woman and her doctor, as well as her Family. However, Abortion on demand at any stage of a pregnancy is not acceptable, for I support reasonable Abortion limits set at sixteen weeks, or in the case of Rape or Incest.

Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?

Government should not have any role in the Abortion debate, for it is a private matter, not a political issue that we have made it to be. Government's role is to protect our Rights and Liberties, and not to be the judge and jury in deciding whose Rights takes precedence over another Person's Rights. A women should have the right to make decisions about her own body in the privacy of her own Environment,

ECONOMY

What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?

Payroll taxes, and sales taxes should be reduced by 50%, as well as Property Taxes need to be reduced by 30%, for pay increases are far behind increases in goods and services, as well as those on fixed incomes are falling further behind.

Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Strongly Agree

Student Loan forgiveness is the most ridiculous proposal ever suggested, for it was a ploy to get the younger generations Vote. This is America, borrow money for education, and let taxpayers repay your debt, is not what America stands for. Taking responsibility for our decisions and actions is what we should be teaching our young generation, rather than allowing them to rack-up debt, and then putting the burden on taxpayers to pay for their debt.

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

We should invest public monies, on the needs of the People, and the issues of our times that are affecting the quality of our lives, for example Homelessness, and Crime. We do not need calculations or ratings, for we just have to listen to the People as to the important issues that public monies should be invested in.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

This phrase "separation of church and state," is not in the Constitution, but a phrase in a letter written by Thomas Jefferson to the Danbury Baptist Association of Connecticut in 1802. The phrase means for me that the Government may not establish a state-sponsored religion, nor neither may it prohibit others from freely practicing their own religion.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Agree

If one is in the Public Sector, providing Goods or Services, their moral or religious beliefs are their own, and have no place in the Public Square, for no matter what their personal beliefs may be, discrimination is discrimination. For example, I as a Congressman say to a gay man, that I cannot provide them the services that they seek, for homosexually goes against my moral and religious beliefs. Ridiculous! The Public Square should embrace us all.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

A Pandemic should be the answer! However, as we discovered during the COVID-19 Pandemic, that was not true at all. Freedom, and Beliefs play a major role in the vaccination debate, and I support those that refuse on Religious and Health concerns.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

My views are closely matched with B. However, we do need reform in our Healthcare system, by lowering monthly premiums based on Household Income, reducing prescription cost for all medications, developing a sliding scale for Healthcare Services provided, and to restructure Medicaid and Medicare, so that these Programs will be available for future generations.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

None of the answers above reflect my views. We are a great Nation of Freedoms and Rights and are the beacon of Freedom for other Nations to follow, but we have sadly failed, for we have lost Wars, as well as the souls of many brave men and women, and have allowed bad actors to take advantage of our weakness to defend the Rights of Nations to exist. The winds of War are blowing all around the World now, and we must stand strong together with our partners to defeat the Dictators of Freedom.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

China is strong, and we have given them that strength, for we rely on China for far too many Goods and Services. We are Slaves to the Chinese, and they are laughing all the way to the Bank with our good old American dollars. They will be the next global threat to Freedoms and Liberties around the World.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes, for we have very few real Friends and Partners in the Middle East, and Israel I can say is really the only one we can trust. The rest in the Middle East, you better hide your wallets!

What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?

Poor Leadership, for as a Veteran, and speaking with Recruiters, the Military establishment is weak, for they are trying to act like a Business, when they are not a Business. They are a protecting and fighting force, and should operate as such, by eliminating entrance test that many Recruits fail, as well as all contracted services to private vendors should be discontinued. Men and Women should be evaluated on their ability to serve, from eighteen to they are no longer fit to serve our Nation.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

We need to collaborate with Mexico, since we provide Mexico billions of dollars in financial aid, to build in Mexico Processing Centers that will handle all claims by Immigrants seeking entrance into the United States. These Processing Centers will accommodate families, Individuals, and unaccompanied minors. No person will be allowed into the United States until they have been vetted, for the process will take no longer than 30 days to complete.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

We welcome all those who wish to share the vision and dreams of America; however, they must come here legally, and go through the Processing Centers, to make sure they are eligible for entry into the United States. Anyone, who crosses the border illegally will be sent back to their Country of Ogrin and barred from applying to enter the United States legally for five years.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Agree

Parents should decide what school may be more appropriate for their Children, not the Government. Our Public Schools now are failing our Children, so school choice is a viable option that Parents should be able to consider.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

Yes, Yes, and Yes, for it is time to eliminate the U.S Department of Education, for what does Washington D.C. know about educating Children in Los Angeles or Cleveland? Not a darn thing! States along with Local School Districts should determine what the Children in their Communities need, in order to receive an Education that will benefit them whether they attend College or not.

VALUES

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Disagree

We are a diverse Universe of People on this earth, and I believe that God embraces all of us, even when we go against the will of God. No Government has the right to dictate who their Citizens should love or marry. Let their judgement of their acts be judged by almighty God.

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Neutral

We must always protect our Children from any type of abuse or harm to them, especially hardening the targets of Schools, to end the violence that we all have witnessed in the past years. Dealing with gender, grooming, and bodily mutilation, is the sole responsibility of Parents, not School Officials or Government, for Parents along with Professional assistance should be the ones making decisions concerning their Children.

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Agree

Only after an Individual has been Professionally evaluated, and qualifies under an income requirement, and if a minor, they must have approval of their Parents, for many times these procedures are necessary for physical or mental health considerations.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I walk with the Lord, and he has carried many of my crosses of burdens and sin. However. I am blessed to have a loving Family, a Home to call my own, and finances to provide for my needs. I Pray for Peace in the World, and that the Poor and those suffering in pain will find comfort in the Lord's Blessings.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

Everyone that I know has some form of a photo identification (ID), from the riches Person to the poorest People that I know. We need a photo ID to cash a check at our own Banks, or at times when using a credit card. I really do not know what the fuss is all about in presenting a photo ID to Vote. Students have photo ID's, and they do not even Vote, and if you drive, you have a photo ID,, and anyone can get a State ID. I have been Voting since I was 18, and never asked for a photo ID.

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

It is a system that some People feel it has run its course. However, ancient it may seem to be, as well as an odd way to elect a President, it levels the playing field, for without the Electoral College, smaller States with lower populations will have very little influence on who would become President, for the larger population States would be able to control the election of the President of the United States.

EQUALITY

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

We are not a Racist Nation. However, we as a People, from the Founding Fathers to institutions as our own Government, and the Military have had their moments of being Racist. We have traveled on a long journey, since these famous words were spoken, "That All Men Are Created Equal," which was not true at that time, and even today does not always ring clear. Thankfully we have come an extremely long way since 1776.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Neutral

This is a tough question to answer, for there are scientific considerations to be considered. If all things being equal, including hormones, physical appearances, sexual reassignments completed, then the answer would be that former Biological Males could participate, and take on the full identity of being a Women in every way. Otherwise, No!

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Agree

Climate change has been going on for millions of years, and although Man himself has contributed to this threat, it will take a Worldwide effort to slow down the effects of Man-made contributions to climate change.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Solar is the way of the future, for we are just beginning to harness the power of this vast natural resource.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

I would consider myself to be a Moderate, however, there are issues that I would lean towards being more Conservative, as well as there are other issues that I would be leaning more towards a Liberal position. We live in a complex and Global World; that it is very difficult to have only one position, and not be open to compromise and solutions to solve the issues of our times, that are of concern to the People of our Nation.

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To protect the People of our Nation, and to be sure they are secure and safe in their Communities, as well as to protect our Freedoms and Liberties.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.

Strongly Disagree

Not at all, for Nine is the right number for the Highest Court in the Land. Adding more seats, will be nothing more than stacking the Court.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Strongly Disagree

We need the Police, but we also need better Leadership in Police Departments, and improved training for all those who want to serve as a Police Officer. Shoot first and ask question later is not what the Police should be about. Community Policing is dead and needs to once again become part of every Police Department in the Nation, for the safety of the People that the Police serve.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I support the 2nd Amendment, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms." In order to better protect the Public, I support raising the age to purchase a firearm to 21, mandatory training for first time gun owners, universal background checks, as well as special categories for gun collectors and hunters.
