None. Any medical procedure irreducibly is a personal choice. It is a fundamental right of sovereignty over self, expressly including sovereignty over one's own body.


NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Exercise sovereignty over our own borders.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

It is not a right of all seven billion people on earth to enter the United States. Immigration is a privilege granted by the United States, not an obligation upon the United States. Immigration ought to be limited to those who can show a benefit provided to the United States by their entry.

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Self-evidently only citizens may vote, and only once per election! Day of only, in person only (with exceptions for military absentee voting,) identification required, paper ballots required, votes counted where cast. Such makes fraud much more difficult.


EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No. While individual racist human beings will unavoidably already exist, institutional racism is adequately addressed by the nature of our Constitutional Republic. Institutional racism, meanwhile can never be solved by committing the sin of institutional racism again in another direction! The only correct course for the nation is complete color-blindness.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am a Constitutional conservative. It is my duty as a Representative to look after the good of the individual citizen. Too often elected representatives begin to represent the interests of the state over the interests of their constituents. It is the solemn duty of a Representative to secure the rights of the individual against all predation of whatever source derived. Thus my top priority in the upcoming session is to affirm sovereigty of the individual human being over himself. Neither government, nor employer, nor any other entity must be permitted to presume ownership over the person.


CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Compare this to the obligation of a military officer to disobey an unlawful order. If a citizen suffers harm by the actions of a police officer, even though the officer is following deparmental policy, then the officer still must be personally responsible for his own conduct.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
