To do this, you must reform the system by updating the eligibility requirements and establish a safe funding source for these benefits. I would remove illegal immigrants from receiving benefits. I believe in passing the Fair Tax. The Fair Tax Act would also provide a stable source of funding for Medicare and Social Security which today are not financially stable over the long term and will become bankrupt if funding alternatives are not found.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I will support the establishment of performance metrics and objectives for every constitutional federal program and agency on an annual basis, measure the success or failure in meeting those objectives and metrics on an annual basis, and revise and/or cancel programs and reform/eliminate agencies accordingly. I will vote to terminate all federal programs and agencies that are not authorized by the U.S. Constitution including all foreign aid.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It simply means that the state cannot establish an official state religion that all citizens must be part of. Separation of church and state does not prohibit the free public expression of religious beliefs. I oppose all efforts to remove the honoring of God Almighty and His Laws in public settings. America's motto has always been "In God We Trust". I live by this motto.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I favor restoring a totally free-market health care system. Individuals should retain the authority to determine the level of care they require, the level of care they can afford, the level and type of health insurance they want, the doctors they prefer, and the medications/treatments they want, as well as having full control over end-of-life decisions for themselves. No American must ever be forced by its government to buy goods/products/services they do not wish to purchase for any reason. I will insist that health insurance sales be legalized nationally across state lines to increase competition among the insurance companies. I do not agree that there is a one-size-fits-all health care solution for all Americans and believes it should be mandatory for insurance companies to offer competitive insurance policies for sale to individuals based on the individual's own health insurance requirements.

. I will insist that the President of the United States take all measures to secure our borders and ports to eliminate the entry of illegal aliens. I do not believe that immigration can be reformed without first gaining control of our nation's borders and ports. I will never support any form of amnesty for illegal immigrants. I support and will vote for a wall on the southern border of the United States to prevent the entry of illegal aliens. I will also support and vote for travel bans of all foreign nationals who are criminals and terrorists, and to remove them at the earliest possible time if they are discovered inside the United States. I will also support the reform of the current VISA system to ensure that foreign visitors to the United States leave when their approved VISAS expire. I will support the end of chain migration, and the end of the Visa lottery system. I will support the implementation of E-Verify for employers across the nation.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I am a career Air Force public servant, NOT A CAREER POLITICIAN. If Elected, I would go to Congress as an outsider and as a reformer. I would not stay there until I die. I would go there to pass the balanced budget, term limits, and Line Item veto amendments that would permanently change and reform the federal government. Career politicians would be sent home and the new members would come to Washington DC for a short time, to make tough decisions in service of their fellow citizens and then go home as our Founding Fathers intended. I also want the voters to know that I embrace the 28 principles of Liberty as listed in the book The 5000 year leap. It is a book all Americans should read and memorize. I also am a supporter of President Trump. The incumbent Mike Turner is not a Trump supporter, and states that Trump has made "racist comments". I totally disagree with Turner. Turner has voted numerous times to raise the national debt ceiling which I totally oppose.

I will oppose any legislation or treaties that restricts or attempts to restrict or infringe upon the Second Amendment Rights of innocent Americans to bear arms for their own protection, and that of their families, friends, neighbors, and associates! I will support gun laws that will keep weapons out of the hands of criminals/felons, the criminally insane, the mentally ill, and those who publicly state their intention to use weapons to commit crimes.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism in America is still a threat to our internal security. It has inspired terrorist attacks on African Americans, Christians, and Jews. Violence always incites further violence in response. It escalates. We must punish and execute those who engage in racist violence that results in loss of life.
