America has over a 100 trillion dollars in unfunded liabilities and a national debt over 30 trillion. Spending is out of control causing spiraling inflation. Implementation and passage of a Balanced Budget Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which shall require the federal government to balance expenditures with revenues on an annual basis.

It should be eliminated. Implementation and passage of the Fair Tax Act, H.R. 25, which would concurrently repeal the federal income tax amendment, eliminate all business, personal income, and capital gains taxes; it will replace them with a national sales/consumption tax that all Americans would be subject to. This would also eliminate the current unworkable, inefficient, wasteful and destructive U.S. Federal Tax Code. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) would also be eliminated with the passage of the Fair Tax Act. This will result in an economic explosion and create millions of new American jobs which will raise the standard of living for all Americans!!! It will also broaden and flatten the U.S. federal tax base and require all Americans to participate. Americans would only be taxed on their purchases of new goods and services and would decide when and on what items they will pay taxes on, not federal politicians in Washington, D.C. Taxes will be eliminated on income and production and replaced with a national consumption tax for everyone which most economists agree is the fairest tax of all. Business capital from all over the world would be reinvested into the United States and most of the millions of jobs outsourced over the last 30 years would return to the United States. The Fair Tax rate will be adjusted to ensure that sufficient revenues are raised to ensure there is a balanced federal budget each year to only cover the legitimate expenditures of the federal government as required by the U.S. Constitution.  The Fair Tax Act would also provide a stable source of funding for Medicare and Social Security which today are not financially stable over the long term and will become bankrupt if funding alternatives are not found. I believe that any/all expenditures not authorized by the U.S. Constitution must also be terminated.

Myclosest answer is C. Allow me to expand my views on health care. I will vote to immediately repeal any/all remnants of Obama Care upon my election to Congress and will oppose any/all future attempts to establish a national health care system run or managed by the federal government. I favor restoring a totally free-market health care system. Individuals should retain the authority to determine the level of care they require, the level of care they can afford, the level and type of health insurance they want, the doctors they prefer, and the medications/treatments they want, as well as having full control over end-of-life decisions for themselves.  No American must ever be forced by its government to buy goods/products/services they do not wish to purchase for any reason. I oppose all Covid mask mandates. I oppose ALL Covid vaccination mandates which I deem illegal, Un-American, and UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND A VIOLATION OF AMERICAN'S RIGHTS. I believe that tax deductions for setting up private medical savings accounts are an attractive option for Americans when coupled with basic catastrophic health insurance coverage. I will insist that health insurance sales be legalized nationally across state lines to increase competition among the insurance companies. I concur that individuals have the right to band together in groups to negotiate the best health care rates with the insurance companies. I favor the establishment of health care exchanges nationwide to drastically lower health care costs for its members while providing superior treatment. I agree that tort reform is very critical to reducing costs for health care and believes that the government's current system is laden with fraud, waste, and abuse requiring urgent legislative reforms. I do not agree that there is a one-size-fits-all health care solution for all Americans and believes it should be mandatory for insurance companies to offer competitive insurance policies for sale to individuals based on the individual's own health insurance requirements as specified by each American for themselves and their families. Individual Americans should be free to draw from a broad menu of available health care insurance service options that can be packaged together and sold in a competitive environment, as required to maintain maximum American health care and consumer flexibility, based on affordability.

I support the maintenance of a strong national defense and a military second to none, that is adequately funded, to defend the United States against all potential and actual aggressors, attacks, and actual national security threats from abroad. American military force should only be used to defend the United States and its allies from attack based on our approved treaties. I will not support the deployment of the U.S. military into foreign wars unless total military victory is the objective and all our troops possess the required logistics support/resources to win the war as quickly as possible with minimal casualties and loss of life. I will not support deployments of our military into foreign conflicts if restrictive, politically correct rules of engagement are unwisely imposed on our armed forces, specifically, those rules of engagement which will grant sanctuaries and unfair battlefield tactical and strategic advantages to America's enemies. I believe it is unconstitutional for America to assume the role of world policeman when America's national interests are not affected. Such policies must be terminated immediately since we can no longer afford them. I will support the reduction and elimination of unnecessary American military bases around the world that have no effect on America's national security. Savings from such base reductions could be used to procure new advanced weapon systems needed for U.S. national defense in a time of reduced available national financial resources or to reduce the federal deficit and the national debt. Returning military forces from closed bases should be placed on our own borders to defend the United States. I will not support long term American military combat action anywhere in the world without a formal declaration of war which is required by the Constitution. I will not support additional wars financed through federal deficit spending or Federal Reserve expansion of the money supply to pay for them. I will not support any sale or transfer of weapons or materials of mass destruction to any other country unless there is a treaty obligation or a direct military threat of invasion requiring America to help the nation being threatened or attacked. I will insist that Foreign Military Sales of weapons to other nations will not end up as threats to America’s national security. America must also stop arming both sides of every conflict around the globe.

Red China is a deadly enemy of the United States. It has launched a fentanyl drug war and a Covid virus war on us. There must be retaliation. Oversight of energy development and production should be transferred to state and local governments. Private enterprise must be incentivized via contractual requirements to minimize and eliminate environmental pollution that may result from such energy development and production. The individual states should enact whatever legislation they deem necessary to implement these objectives. American energy independence would also enable our country to avoid participation in unnecessary wars and military conflicts around the globe which are not in our national interest. Such an idea is insane. Crimes are committed by people not by the weapons. More guns are used for self defense and for crime prevention by honest citizens than are used to commit crimes. Most gun crimes are committed using illegally obtained weapons anyway.
