Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Only in the case where it saves the life of the mother. No other exceptions.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
Use our military to destroy groups like ISIS. Institute tough travel bans to prevent their entry into the U.S. Reform our immigration laws to keep terrorists out. Enter the Visa lottery system. End Chain migration. Deport any all people who preach radical Islamic extremism and who advocate violence or Jihad to convert non believers. GET THEM OUT OF HERE if they are discovered. Monitor and track them to prevent violence until they can be deported if they are discovered inside the United States.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
It is the nature of government to grow in power over time to assume dictatorial powers over its people unless those citizens act to restrain it through their elected representatives. The Founders set up a division of powers to prevent any one branch from becoming too powerful. They believed in limited government under a constitutional republic. They did not believe in democracy. The founders knew that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in an all powerful all knowing supreme God who created the universe and all living things. Life is a gift from God. So are the Ten Commandments which God gave us to live by to stay out of trouble and live a good life in accordance with his great love for us. I believe in Jesus Christ who is the Son of God who came here for our salvation if we choose to believe in Him. If we do, he will give us the gift of eternal life.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I have a contract with the voters of the 10th Ohio Congressional district which I believe is a model for all conservative candidates for the Congress and the Senate. It is a 30 point platform I have sworn to implement if elected. I expect those voters to hold me accountable for following through on this contract. I challenges all others running for office to accept it also as their own! I believe it is one of the most conservative position papers ever written by a candidate for office. Here is the link to that contract for your review: https://www.johnandersonforcongress.com/contract.html
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I support full repeal of ObamaCare and will oppose any/all future attempts to establish a national health care system run or managed by the federal government. I favor restoring a totally free-market health care system. Individuals should retain the authority to determine the level of care they require, the level of care they can afford, the level and type of health insurance they want, the doctors they prefer, and the medications/treatments they want, as well as having full control over end-of- life decisions for themselves. No American must ever be forced by its government to buy goods/products/services they do not wish to purchase for any reason. I believe that tax deductions for setting up private medical savings accounts are an attractive option for Americans when coupled with basic catastrophic health insurance coverage. I will insist that health insurance sales be legalized nationally across state lines to increase competition among the insurance companies.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The government should pursue free market economic policies and reject socialist centralized economic control. The economy can be also greatly boosted by eliminating wasteful and unnecessary regulations that stifle the creation of jobs by small businesses which create the vast majority of jobs in America. Government intervention in picking winners and losers must come to and end. Eliminating and reducing the tax burden on Americans would also be beneficial. Federal spending reductions and less federal borrowing would also make more money available for private businesses to create more jobs and prosperity. This will require urgent cuts to government bureaucracy and unnecessary federal agencies.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
I support the Fair Tax Act, H.R. 25, which would repeal the income tax amendment, eliminate all business, personal income, and capital gains taxes; it will replace them with a national sales/consumption tax that all Americans would be subject to. This would also eliminate the current unworkable, inefficient, wasteful and destructive U.S. Federal Tax Code. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) would also be eliminated with the passage of the Fair Tax Act. This would result in an economic explosion and massive growth of our economy that would dwarf all expectations. I agree with tax reductions but the recent tax cut bill did not get rid of the current tax code and did not terminate the IRS which the Fair Tax bill would.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Cutting eliminating taxes and unnecessary regulations. Tax cuts for small businesses is particularly effective since they create the vast majority of jobs. Stop shipping American jobs to foreign countries to take advantage of cheap slave labor. Return to economic patriotism!!!!!!!
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
I will propose and vote for critical reform of the nation's Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, federal pension, and senior drug entitlement programs that are on automatic pilot and will go bankrupt without realistic cost-effective changes that have been delayed which threaten the nation's future financial security. Current funding for these programs is in jeopardy. Part of the answer to cover the unfunded liabilities must come from economic growth. It is why I favor passage of the Fair Tax. It would be a consumption tax on all Americans while eliminating their income and business taxes that all Americans would pay. It would flatten the tax base getting everyone paying into it which is not the case today. It would provide the actual stable funding it needs. Raising the income level cap on social security taxes may also have to be an option along with raising the retirement age. Tariffs and excise taxes on foreign goods sold in America may also have to be looked at to close the gap.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I am a 41 year Air Force civilian logistics manager that has actually managed over 2 billon dollars of your tax money. I know how to manage efficiently and effectively to save the taxpayer money. I would institute an A76 study program to study every federal agency to determine the most cost effective structure and system for each agency via a cost benefits analysis and cost competition between government workers and commercial contractors. I did this successfully for the Air Force in my long career and I would insist this be done for all federal agencies. This is included in my 30 point contract with the voters of the Ohio 10th congressional district I have offered up to them as my sworn platform.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I am a 40 year plus Air Force acquisition logistics civilian chief and contractor. I am a career public servant not a career politician. I am self financed. I stand alone on my own merits. I have a unique contract with my voters I would follow if elected. I would never take a pension. I would live in my office and work 24/7 for the American people. I would never profit from my public service and I would set up a verification committee to monitor my finances to verify I am not profiting from my public service. Our country is in trouble and we need to change our Congress and Senate by passing two concurrent constitutional amendments. A balanced budget amendment and a terms limits amendment. This would change the type of people going to Washington permanently. The new members would have to serve a short time there and make tough decisions on taxes and spending. Not just borrow money and kick the can down the road. That would COME TO AN END IF I GET MY WAY.
