QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Incest and Rape

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

Class warfare gets this country nowhere and it's merely used as a political tool by the Left to get votes and gain electoral currency. It's counter-productive, dishonest and lazy

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

Our 29 trillion dollar debt is atrocious and it's a clear and present danger to our national security and must be addressed. We have crafted legislation for a balanced budget amendment and, as a nation, we must start having a serious conversation about this effort once again

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

simplify it. A flat tax would be the best answer but barring that a 10%, 20% and 30% income tax with few deductions so that every day Americans can keep more of what they earn and don't need to hire a professional to do their taxes

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

We see instances of this every day. There is a culture war going on out there between people of faith and the secularists. The 1st Amd means something and FREEDOM OF RELIGION is pretty darn clear

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Boils down again to freedom and protecting the rights of an individual to have sincerely held religious beliefs and religious liberty

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

The constitution never mentioned a separation between church and state. It merely stated that there will not be a religion established by the state. The intent wasn't to have a state devoid of religion.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

I'd like to say of course D but the reality is that's not going to happen. It's politically unattainable. I would then say C and ensure that growth is strictly curbed and the massive fraud, waste and abuse of Medicaid and Medicare be exposed and eliminated

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

B

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

We must stand by our strongest ally in the Middle East and the region's only functioning Democracy

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

China has 11x the population and their economy is also about 11x the size of Russia's. They are intent on global hegemony and have a GDP nearly on par with our own and a population 5x our size. We filed legislation for the US to codify a security guarantee to Taiwan and this administration has looked the other way and I'm afraid, is asleep at the switch

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Work with our allies in the region to eradicate it. President Trump employed an excellence strategy of partnering with out allies and using technology (drones, missiles, laser guided bombs, etc...) as well as US special operators to disrupt, neuter, capture and kill the evil scumbags that use violence to further their radical religious beliefs and threaten American citizens all over the world

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

A comprehensive approach. Wall, drones, air assets, boats on the Rio Grande, Wait in Mexico, Deportations all work and work well. We should encourage merit based legal migration and absolutely shut down illegal crossings. Securing the border and taken the Drug Cartels head on is precisely what I've been advocating for for years.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

People that would add inherent value to the US upon their arrival. Folks that have either worked for US interests and whose lives may be in danger as a result and/or folks that have a particular skill set we are in dire/urgent need of and great weight should also be given to those who have a fluency or at least a proficiency in English

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

I call it Communist Race Theory. It's divisive garbage. Human being should be judged on their own actions and not as a class or group of people and by events that occurred in the past

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. Love they neighbor and reflect the values and teachings of Jesus Christ

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

It's very dangerous to have the federal gov't dictate voting law, rules and practices to the states. At the state level I fully support, universal voter ID, in-person voting for all except those with verifiable physical disabilities, regular monitoring and updating of the voter rolls to keep them current, access for poll observers of each party, paper trail for audit purposes if necessary, all ballot boxes would be under 24/7 video surveillance and absolutely NO ballots accept after polls close on election day

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Absolutely not. Racism is a diminishing phenomenon and has been for decades. Well at least for those in the political middle and on the right. The far left is still obsessed with race. In a capitalistic, free market, rule of law society actual racism is so irrational and self defeating that it serves no practical purpose. The overwhelming number of Americans have moved passed the 'what' you are approach and have embraced the 'who' you are standard. It'd be nice if the media and the left (apologies for the redundancy there!) acknowledge this reality!

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

REP Pat Fallon youtube channel, FallonForTexas on Facebook and my personal page Patrick Fallon on Facebook I also have done literally 100+ TV interviews on Fox News, Fox Business, NewsMax, OAN, talk radio shows about pretty much every topic discussed in this survey

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

NO

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

Secure the Border, ban vaccine mandates, safeguard the second amendment, end CRT in our schools and the Military, support a strong national defense, cut federal taxes, reduce spending, balance the budget, pass a balanced budget amendment, embrace religious liberty, support term limits and fight like hell for the American taxpayer. Stand up to China and Russia and arm the Ukraine and Taiwan to the teeth

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None, Firearms in the hand of law abiding citizens makes us all safer

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
