Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
13 weeks after conception or until the baby's heartbeat is detected.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Human Beings are made in the image of God. Human beings have the ability to do good or evil. Human beings have the ability to self-deceive; i.e. to convince themselves that the wrong they do is justifiable.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe God created the universe. I believe the only requirement for eternal life is to believe in God, and accept His son Jesus Christ as your personal savior. We are saved by God's grace, not by our personal efforts. We can not be perfect, but we can ask God for forgiveness for our sins. Because my God loves me unconditionally, and my parents demonstrated unconditional love for me and my siblings, I find it natural to demonstrate this same unconditional love specifically for my wife, my adult children, and my friends and acquaintances.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
Conservatives believe that free enterprise capitalism has led to a higher standard of living for more people throughout the world. Conservatives believe in smaller, limited government as defined in the United States Constitution. Conservatives believe in consistent laws that provide the most opportunities for individuals to benefit from their own productive labor. Conservatives believe that the broad enforcement of laws as written and intended encourages the ownership of private property and insures public safety.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
A good public education for all American citizens must be available from pre-K through High School graduation. In general, students need to master English, reading, writing, math, science, American and World History, and Civics. The lowering of income and other taxes and fees encourages greater business investment and production. This creates more jobs and higher wages, as demands for employees exceeds current supply.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
1. Abolish the Affordable Care Act. 2. Allow people to use cafeteria plans, which gives choices on which services are covered in their health insurance. 3. Allow people to choose their deductible per person and per family. 4. Allow people to congregate into bigger economical groups through employment or by joining a membership organization that provides group insurance. 5. Allow group plans to receive bids for health across state lines and purchase insurance across state lines. 6. Allow provisions that increase competition amongst insurance carriers for medical services, medicine and medical supplies.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Enforce laws and arrest people who break the laws. Enforce discrimination laws, to eliminate discrimination, which tends to restrict certain individual liberties and opportunities to compete in the market place. Federally, enforce Trade agreements, which provide for remedies for illegal subsidizing of foreign products and the dumping of goods and services into our country below the other countries domestic prices.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I am a business owner for over 30 years, and a farmer for over 40 years. As a business owner, I continuously evaluate the performance of my employees, my business associates, and myself daily. Because the decisions I make effect me personally and my business financially for years to come, I learn from my mistakes and learn to be more careful. I have served on many Business related Boards of Directors since 1984, and continue to serve. This experience in formulating policy to guide and direct Business Associations and certain businesses has helped me to develop my negotiating and teamwork skills.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I ran for elected office for the first time in 2016, because I believe our economic and personal freedoms are at great risk. We must return our government and our country to our founding constitutional principles. America is an exceptional country because the social or economic status of our parents does not guarantee our station in life. As Americans, we often get the government we deserve. Our main hope for our nation rests on its citizens, and to a great degree, how they participate in self-government. Our government at all levels must be transparent and held accountable. It should the role of elected representatives to keep government accountable, and the role of its citizens should be to hold elected representatives accountable to their stated principles. Finally, I encourage all citizens to participate and befriend their elected representatives. My job is to help you participate. Together, we can make a difference for our families, our communities, our state, and our natio
