I support Florida's common sense legal protections for the unborn, balanced with necessary medical exceptions. Florida allows exceptions for the life and health of the mother, fatal fetal abnormalities, rape, incest, and human trafficking. I voted for the 15-week ban. I voted against the 6-week ban, because many young women do not realize they are pregnant, which creates unintended penalties. We should proactively incentivize adoption and champion a culture that chooses life over convenience.

I support enforcing the Comstock Act to stop the unsupervised/mail-order distribution of dangerous chemical abortion drugs. While tele-health has its place, prescribing and mailing these abortion-inducing drugs--which causes severe bleeding and physical trauma--without a physician's direct care or family knowledge is incredibly dangerous for young women. Medical safety regulations must be upheld to protect women's health.

I oppose artificial, government-mandated wage hikes, which drive up the cost of living. I opposed Florida's mandated minimum wage constitutional amendment because it artificially spikes labor costs, driving up the cost of food.

Free enterprise, private property rights, and vigorous market competition are the cornerstones of American prosperity. The ability to own private property and accumulate generational wealth is what makes the American Dream possible. It relies on voluntary exchange and competition-- which is why America's food production yields the lowest-cost food in the world. Congress and regulators must strictly enforce anti-trust laws to prevent destructive corporate oligarchies.

As a conservative businessman and legislator, eliminating government waste is my top priority. 1.Strict accountability and transparency. Require competitive bidding for all govt purchases over $100,000. 2. Stop using programs like SNAP as automatic shortcuts to qualify individuals for secondary entitlement programs without verification.3. Review eligibility requirements more often.4. Implement zero-based budgeting across state agencies so programs will be justified, and remove obsolete spending.

It protects churches by legally blocking lawmakers from establishing a national religion, controlling church doctrine, or interfering with what preachers and church leaders say publicly, in print or from the pulpit.

I view the CCP as a severe military, cyber, intellectual, and economic threat requiring aggressive countermeasures. Economic security is national security. The COVID-19 pandemic exposed the grave danger of relying on foreign adversaries for manufacturing, supply chains, and food production. We can no longer allow the CCP to steal our intellectual property and undercut American workers in the name of global free trade.

Florida legislature abolished sanctuary cities over 6 years ago. It is the ultimate deception for elected officials to claim sanctuary city policies help communities. Releasing illegal immigrant criminals back onto the streets before trial instead of cooperating with federal deportation actively endangers public safety. Law and order must come first.

Education and funding belong in the hands of parents, local communities, and state leaders-- not Washington bureaucrats. Flordia's Parents' Bill of Rights affirms what nature dictates; parents come first. Schools must be entirely transparent and immediately notify parents of any changes related to a child's mental, emotional, or physical health. Government institutions do not own our children; parents do.

Attempting to physically or socially transition a child is fundamentally harmful and violates a child's natural development. Landmark legislation like HB 1069 correctly shields young students from sexualized curriculum in early grades.Children need guidance, protection, and time to grow -- not ideological grooming in the classroom.

I support the current restricted gaming compact framework an oppose the aggressive expansion of gambling in Florida. As a legislator, I supported Governor DeSantis in signing the 30-year Seminole Gaming Compact in 2021, which secures over $700 million annually for our state budget. I am firmly opposed to the further expansion of commercial gambling across our state, as there are social burdens that could out-weigh short-term fiscal windfalls.

I believe in God, the creator of the universe and all life. The immense complexity of human DNA and the cosmos defies random chance; true intellectual honesty recognizes a creator. My Christian faith teaches that God is love and justice, and that we are all flawed human beings in need of His grace. Knowing my savior Jesus personally gives my life profound purpose. His teachings call us to love one another, seek the common good, and work together with integrity, keeping our principles strong without compromising our moral foundation. Love conquers all. Hate and jealousy destroys.

I strongly support voter ID laws and secure, transparent election systems. Voting is the cornerstone of our American Republic, and secure elections are non-negotiable. Requiring a government-issued photo ID to vote is common sense. Our republic cannot survive the vulnerability of universal mail-in ballots sent to people on out-dated voter rolls. The U.S. Federal government is $40 trillion in debt; borrowing money we do not have to hand out checks based on race is fiscally reckless and fundamentally unjust. Who decides who qualifies, and who pays? Government handouts to buy votes does not create future prosperity or unity. True American success is built on individual merit, hard work, and equal opportunity under the law-- not government-mandated division.

It is common sense and basic decency to protect female spaces. A college-age male identifying as a woman has no business undressing in a women's locker room, and biological males should not compete in women's sports. Allowing this destroys the integrity of female athletes and robs young women of scholarships. We must fiercely defend privacy, safety, and fairness for women and girls.

United Nations IPCC reports model various scenarios without providing an imminent catastrophe, yet political elites weaponize worst-case summaries to expand government control and protect bureaucratic budgets. In history, we are in natural warming cycle after the Ice Ages, And CO2 increases since 1850 create a greener planet and higher agricultural yields. We need practical, abundant energy, not punishing green mandates.

I support Florida's existing legal framework, which ensures comprehensive background checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and promotes safe firearm storage. However, we must protect gun owners from bureaucratic overreach -- such as correcting red flag laws to ensure individuals arrested for non-violent crimes have their constitutional firearm rights promptly restored when cleared.
