OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Disagree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Under any circumstances that a woman feels is necessary with or without the guidance of her doctor. Period. End of answer.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.

Neutral

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

The state constitution should limit the growth of spending to the rate of population growth plus the rate of inflation.

No Answer

Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.

Strongly Agree

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

To remove licensing requirements from most business markets. For example, the fact that a person needs to seek a license in order to "legally" braid another's hair is just an absurd example of how far the United States has slipped into insanity.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

They should play the role of staying out of the way, ensuring a fair playing field, and keeping taxes low so that businesses can thrive.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Disagree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Disagree

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.

Neutral

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

If this problem were to be solved by the government, it would require the removal of virtually all healthcare insurance providers. I travel the world frequently and virtually all medical procedures I have done are done outside of the US. American stockholders cherish the notion of gouging people when they're at their worst, when they're sick, beholden to anyone or thing that will help them through the day. So long as the United States government continues fostering laws that prop up arbitrarily licensing, mandatory insurances (which, let's face it, serve no purpose other than to enrich already wealthy multi-national conglomerates), there is really nothing that is going to improve the healthcare in the United States. My recommendation to anyone seeking medical care is to seek it outside of the United States. Medical tourism is thriving because the abject medical greed propped up by US policies is making it a vastly more affordable alternative.

NATIONAL SECURITY

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Islamic law (Sharia) should take precedence over national and state laws where there are Islamic majority communities in the U. S.

Strongly Disagree

I support sanctuary cities.

No Answer

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Disagree

EDUCATION

Tuition-free public education should be guaranteed through college.

Agree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

Strongly Disagree

Any teaching to children on sex education in public schools must include all contraceptive methods, and should not show preference to abstinence.

Agree

People should be allowed to use public restrooms, showers, and changing rooms based on "gender identity."

Agree

Parents should be the primary authority in decisions affecting their minor children.

Agree

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Tyranny.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

These are entirely irrelevant to the political process and therefore I have no interest in disclosing them.

ABOUT YOU

I support using a party caucus to nominate my party's candidate for Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives, and I pledge to vote for my party's nominee.

No Answer

I voted in these primaries and general elections:

2010 General Election, 2012 General Election, 2014 General Election, 2016 General Election

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

My many years of running for public office, speeches, papers, and etc. should categorize me rather moderately.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I am an American of the legal age required.

E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you:

ludlow@gmail.com 512-773-3968

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I think everyone should be made aware of the fact that there are far more than TWO parties in the United States. In fact there are at least eight major parties that routinely fight to have their ideas heard, four of whom often manage to fulfill the preposterous and mandated laws to gain access to ballots. So long as the duopoly of the old parties exists (eg: the Republicans and Democrats), the United States is sure to continue falling into the aristocracy. This is solely why we could live in a time where two people as hated as much as Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton could be the "ONLY" choices. Unfortunately, until the public ignores this charade put on by the corporate-driven elites, it's just going to be more of the same.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support the death penalty.

Strongly Disagree

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Neutral

2ND AMENDMENT

More restrictive gun control is needed to protect public safety.

Disagree
