I am an agnostic atheist. I do not believe that my personal religious beliefs (or lack thereof), or the religious beliefs of any other person should affect the legislative process. I am guided by science and reason and am able to quickly adapt to new information. While I am very happy to hypothesize about the unknown, I am also very comfortable stating "I don't know", rather than making up explanations.
