Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
If there is a rape and the woman does NOT want to have the child, then an abortion should be a legal alternative. This supports legal Consent. When there is consensual sex, abortion should NOT be an option.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?
None. Gov't intervention picks winners and losers. There are always unintended consequences. Gov't get out of the way and let the Free Market work.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
Any federal tax cuts before reducing the massive federal Debt to $10 Trillion are premature and dangerous. With 4% annual spending cuts we can address some tax reform. I favor eliminating inheritance and excise taxes and reducing corporate taxes when the federal Debt is reduced to less than $10 Trillion. Individual income taxes can be reduced when the federal Debt is reduced to less than $5 Trillion.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
With a truly Free Market the gov't has NO input, nor influence. Gov't can assist by removing rules and regulations that reduce corporate profits. This will make it easier for companies to hire more people. Only profitable businesses can hire the unemployed. Again, this is NOT a federal duty. Communities and Sovereign States can take action to work with business to reduce the costs of running a business. This is an action to be take locally.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Before we affirm this social contract, I would like to conduct a referendum on Social Security. In a coming federal fiscal year suspend Social Security (SS) and require all eligible citizens to Opt-In or remain outside of SS. Personally , I would opt out tomorrow - even with a forfeiture of all future payments. If THE PEOPLE want Social Security, the program is restructured to work with contributions from those choosing to participate. The reason and time for Social Security has passed. It is time for citizens to make retirement funding decisions for themselves.

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Healthcare is a commodity. It should be made available through Free Merket exchanges, NOT via edicts of gov't. Healthcare is highly regulated and expensive - a direct correlation. Most "new" costs are for administration to conform to and report to gov't agencies - unnecessary costs. Gov't must remove itself from all aspects to the patient-provider relationship. This will decrease the cost of healthcare. Repeal the "Affordable" Care Act immediately. Do NOT replace it.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

National Defense does NOT happen in another nation. Diplomacy is more effective than military adventurism and occupation. We should remove soldiers and militiary-civilians from foreign territory. Repositioning some military assets just off our shores and close to border will provide adequate national security. This border security is NOT to restrict immigrants; it is only to stop an invasion.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Separation of power, including shared power between the Sovereign States and the federal union, is to prevent tyranny, that is some dictating to The People. The greatest breach of this is Executive Agencies, like EPA and FCC. These Executive agencies have legislative, executive, and judicial power. As part of the Executive branch it should only have enforcement/executive authority. Gov't was NOT created to be quick/rash. It was designed to be slow, deliberate, and rational.

Libertarians believe in People and their choices. Gov't action takes those choices away. Most of what gov't tries to restrict should NOT be restricted... liberal. Social issues belong to The People. There should be NO gov't program to dictate social issues. For me, Choice = Liberal.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
A love of Freedom and understanding that the federal gov't is NOT zealously defending my Life, my Liberty, nor my pursuit of legal Property. The federal gov't does NOT live up to the Declaration of Independence, nor does function as the Constitution of the United States stipulates. It is time we righted the ship of state.

Answers above with NO ANSWER need some explanation. Judeo-Christian Morals - NO faith, nor religious system has exclusive knowledge of public tranquility. Christians, Jews, Muslims, Atheists, and others can interact in peace. Gov't and Marriage - this is a personal choice, gov't should NOT be involved, nor require a license Israel - foreign Sovereign Nations should NOT be subsidized by foreign aid. Yet, friendly allies should receive diplomatic preference. Israel is a long time ally and a close friend. Balanced Budget - yes, as a duty for Congress. We do NOT need a constitutional amendment. Sanctuary Cities - cities and states are sovereign. They must be able to legislate as The People in their jurisdiction require. Citizens of a sanctuary city that disagree with the policy are free to picket, politic, or move. "Let"We The People have a voice in the day-to-day affairs of our communities.
