15. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?
No man should have more power than God. You've heard people say, when they are angry, "you aren't God, what gives you the right to do that?" It is in most peoples' instincts that there is a God, and that no man should have more power than God. Dictators and Tyrants too much power and control. Without the U.S. Constitution being upheld, which currently is not being upheld, we are sinking into a murky area of dictatorship. Even randon drug testing violates the U.S. Constitution.
16. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.
World wide, people are suffering from lack of clean drinking water. I live in Vermont. Lake Champlain is the 6th largest lake in the U.S.A. One-third of Vermonters draw their drinking water from Lake Champlain, but simultaneously, there are dozens and dozens of sewage treatment plants on the shores of Lake Champlain in Vermont, New York and Canada dumping treated sewage into the Lake. Also, there are about 30,000 motor boats in the summer dripping, drop by drop, oil and gas which contain lead, into the lake. This must be stopped. The current incumbent elected officials are not doing their duty under God to be good stewards of our Earth. Furthermore, they are dumping chemicals into Lake Champlain to "treat" invasive aquatic species and this is not necessary because the Constitution of the State of Vermont requires prisoners to work for the public in view of the public, so that prisoners could be building row boats, oars & rowing around the lake, pulling weeds & catching eels.
17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?
Some Vermonters did NOT sign my petition to put my name on the ballot because I have an original approach to reducing the number of abortions. My approach is to educate people and reduce abortions by demanding equal federal funding for adoption clinics and require that every federally funded abortion clinic has in it, in the same waiting room, same office, an adoption clinic, so people have a choice, to the last minute. Also, it is imperative to stop allowing nurses to give women and girls tranquilizers as soon as they sign in to an abortion clinic, before they are undressed. Tranquilizing girls and women takes away their right to change their mind at the last minute. This has to stop! If you bought a car at a car dealership, and the car dealer made you take a tranquilizer so you wouldn't change your mind, that would be contract fraud. Another thing, I want equal rights under the law to show real live abortions on commercials, the internet, television, show the truth.
18. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.
Declaration of Independence: "the Laws of Nature and Nature's God"; "all men are created equal"; "Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed." U.S. Constitution: "We the People".
19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was born, baptized and raised from birth a Presbyterian. My parents strayed. My mother went to Mexico and I was alone, a teenager in Vermont, while my father was somewhere in Massachusetts. Eventually, they divorced and my father married my Aunt, his brother's x-wife, who became my Aunt-Jinny-Mom and my first cousins became my step brother and step sister. My mother dated a guy who lived in a tree house in Vermont for awhile, but she never re-married. I don't belong to any church in Vermont. I have very strong spiritual beliefs and I believe in God, because humans are frail, you can not count on them all the time. I was married 12 years but my husband died at age 33. We had no children. He was Catholic, the Priest said he was almost a Saint. He had been an alter boy in the Church. Another Preist told me to devote myself to helping people in some way, so I became a perennial political candidate. I'm thinking of starting a church of the Holy Exorcism.
