12. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Abortion should not be paid for by taxpayers unless a woman is a victim of rape or violent crime and appeals to a Court of law for victim's assistance. Abortion is not a form of birth control. Men are still intimidating women into having sex with them, and then telling the woman she can just get an abortion if she gets pregnant. Abortion is not a form of family planning. If a woman is pregnant, and then loses her job, then resorting to abortion is still not a form of family planning, because planning means preparing for that type of circumstance. Abortion became popular with the women's liberation movement starting around 1970. No one informed the majority of women that the women's liberation movement was started by homosexual lesbians who do not have the same needs and wants as women who are not homosexual lesbians. If a person has a "sex change" operation, they have not actually changed their DNA, they are still Y chromosome male or female mitochondrial DNA female.

14. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

The Holy Bible, Old Testament and New Testament, show examples of men trying to take too much power away from other men; so understanding that the nature of man, as explained by God, is to get away with whatever he can, and knowing that a man will push it to the limit, America's Founders decided to divide up the power structure.
