What is your position on the minimum wage?
I believe in a free market economy. Wages should be based on skill, education, and the law of supply and demand.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
Lower the cost of living by identifying and eliminating waste, fraud and abuse across the board of hard-working Texans' tax dollars. End taxpayer funded lobbying that perpetuates a cycle of government waste costing Texas taxpayers millions. Stop education dollars from going to bureaucrats and make sure those education dollars go to the classroom. End tax abatements for data centers, those tax dollars should be funding local communities. Work closely with the Comptroller to target waste.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state" isn't in the Constitution. It is from a private 1802 Jefferson letter. The First Amendment simply bars a national church; it doesn't bar faith from public life. Courts later stretched Jefferson's phrase into law. Recent SCOTUS rulings (Kennedy v. Bremerton, Carson v. Makin) are correcting course, restoring the Founders' real intent: religious liberty for faith, not freedom from it.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C. Healthcare should be a free-market system where we foster competition, reduce regulatory barriers and limit government involvement. This would result in better outcomes for patients, providers and the economy. I do not believe in nationalized healthcare. While Medicaid and Medicare are necessary to aid our disabled, elderly and low-income families, it needs to be overhauled to rid the waste, fraud and abuse so those programs can better serve the people who rely on them.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Yes. Israel is our greatest ally in the Middle East. The U.S. and Israel share values of democracy, freedom and religious liberty. Anti-Semitism has no place in America.

I'm a Christian; Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. My faith shapes my conservative values. My family and I are active members of The Met Church, and that grounding keeps me steady when cultural and political pressures try to pull me off course. Our Christian duty extends beyond politics; it includes serving others with humility and grace. That's why feeding the hungry through my work with the CRC and being the hands and feet of Jesus to women during unexpected pregnancies matter so deeply to me. I don't put my trust in the world or in political power. I put my trust in the Lord. That's the foundation everything else is built on, and it's why I can face hard fights without losing sight of what actually matters.

Natural gas is Texas’ most reliable power source and nuclear development is a big step toward long-term power stability. I've worked as a volunteer advocate to protect our grid since 2015 because it is critical to state and national security.

I am the only candidate in this race who has fought unconstitutional Red Flag laws that violate due process. I am the only candidate in this race that was in Austin protecting our 2A rights in this last legislative session.
