QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

I am 100% pro-life. Under no circumstance should the ending of a life occur, except in the verified case of the life of the mother.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Strongly Agree

While abortion drugs should be outlawed, until then their dangers should be known & they should not be given outside of medical supervision. I worked w/Alliance Defending Freedom & wrote press releases & position statements in support of their case against the FDA's misleading information on abortion pills. According to the FDA's own label, 1 in 25 women who take abortion drugs will end up in the E.R. Women & girls suffer serious, even life-threatening complications from these high-risk drugs.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

I am pro-life from conception to natural death.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

I am the only candidate in this race who has worked to pass legislation to stop America's enemies from buying Texas land. I am also quoted in national media stating this position.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes. Israel is our greatest ally in the Middle East. The U.S. and Israel share values of democracy, freedom and religious liberty. God promised to bless those who bless Israel, and curse those who curse Israel. Anti-Semitism has no place in America.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C. Healthcare should be a free-market system where we foster competition, reduce regulatory barriers and limit government involvement. This would result in better outcomes for patients, providers and the economy. I do not believe in nationalized healthcare. While Medicaid and Medicare are necessary to aid our disabled and elderly, it needs to be overhauled to rid the waste, fraud and abuse so those programs can better serve the people who rely on them.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What is your position on the minimum wage?

I believe in a free market economy. Wages should be based on skill, education, and the law of supply and demand.

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

I am thankful for President Trump & Border Czar Homan's heroic efforts in securing our southern border. However, Texas cannot fully rely on the federal government. We learned under the disastrous open border policies of the Biden Administration that Texas can never again be vulnerable to an open-border administration in the White House. I support Operation Lone Star continuing, support our border patrol, law enforcement and first responders.

EDUCATION

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Strongly Agree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

All law-abiding legal citizens of the United States have the Constitutional Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, and those rights shall not be infringed. I am the only candidate in this race who has fought unconstitutional Red Flag laws that violate due process. I am the only candidate in this race that was in Austin protecting our 2A rights in this last legislative session. I am endorsed by Texas Gun Rights, Gun Owners of America, National Assoc. for Gun Rights & GOA Texas.

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

The key role of government encompasses only those functions enumerated in the U.S. and our State's Constitution. Protecting national security and maintaining law and order are core functions of the government.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

VALUES

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Strongly Agree

Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.

Strongly Agree

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. My faith aligns with my conservative values especially defending the sanctity of life. This is a spiritual battle, not a political battle. My family and I are active members of The Met Church. My spiritual grounding is why cultural and worldly attacks do not sway me. My faith is in the Lord, not the world.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.

Strongly Disagree

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No. DEI and CRT are threats to our society. Leftist equity policies that undermine the American Dream of meritocracy are a threat to the United States.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

I am the only candidate in this race that has worked for years to protect women's sports and am documented in the national media doing so. I am the only candidate in this race that was in Austin testifying in the Senate Committee on State Affairs for the Women's Privacy Act because the dignity, privacy and safety of women and girls is not negotiable.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.

A and C

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Oil & gas production remain a key economic driver in Texas. Nuclear development & deployment is a big step toward long-term power stability. The safety & security of our grid is vital to state and national security.
