QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
The Creator God, the God of Avraham (Abraham), Yitz'chak (Isaac) and Ya'akov (Jacob) / Isra'el (Israel) created humanity in His image. Scripture gives an account of Him knitting one together in his mother's womb and that He already knew him before he was born. Human life is so important to Him that death is His justice for murder.
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
Schools should never offer assistance to students regarding this without parental involvement. Once parental consent is obtained, schools can direct parents and students with unwanted or crisis pregnancy to organizations that believe in the sanctity of human life. Unlike Planned Parenthood, these organizations are staffed by administrators, nurses and counselors who can provide options such as adoption or parenting classes for singles and couples. They can also provide ultrasounds, which have proven record of saving the lives of our most innocent human beings, preborn babies. And, they can warn of the dangers of abortion pills, since abortion is illegal in Texas. The Pregnancy Center of the Coastal Bend is one such organization.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Free enterprise improves services and products, while regulating customer costs without government intervention. Applying this concept to the public school system will help improve education. The Corpus Christi Independent School District is the largest taxing entity on property tax, yet its current debt is over one billion dollars and growing. Private property owners never actually own the property on which they live when they are required to pay taxes for it outside of sales.
What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
The federal government should not fund public education from Pre-k through college, because all government funds come with strings attached. For example, the Department of Education has pressured school districts to promote transgender policies regarding bathroom and locker room use by threatening them with withholding federal financial assistance. Additionally, it has even recently gone against Title IX of the Educational Amendments that protect females in education and sports.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Teachers should be required to refer to students by pronouns which are misaligned with their gender at birth even if it would violate the teacher's moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Requiring a teacher or any other school staff member to address a person suffering from gender dysphoria with the pronouns that are misaligned with their actual sex is a direct assault on the First Amendment, which prevents Congress from prohibiting the free exercise of religion. I use “dysphoria” because a person can never change his/her sex, since the person will always be XX or XY at the chromosome level. Lying to a person in this manner is simply inhumane, contributing to societal demise.
EDUCATION
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.
Strongly Disagree
The name "Planned Parenthood" and the twisting of "gender-affirming" out of context are Orwellian; they are lies from the father of lies and are designed for societal manipulation and control. We need children who can read, write, solve mathematical problems, understand history, well-versed in science, and can critically think. We do not need to indoctrinate our next generations with ideologies intended to depopulate the world and destroy humanity.
Consistent discipline creates a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.
Strongly Agree
When talking to school teachers, principals, and security officers with whom I come in contact on occasion, I have become aware that disciple is one of the greatest challenges that the district faces. Without discipline, teachers cannot gain and keep student attention. Without student attention, teachers cannot teach students. Without being taught, students cannot learn and be educated. Students need a safe, secure, disciplined environment that fosters effective learning.
Do you believe print and digital material available or presented to students should be easily accessible for public review, including those without children enrolled in school?
Yes
Absolutely. The entire COVID-19 debacle effectively uncovered the malfeasance within public schools throughout the country. Our children are the most vulnerable citizens we have. Destructive indoctrination and grooming can only thrive when it goes unnoticed and without accountability to parents and law enforcement.
Educators should give students a thorough education in America's founding documents and cultivate American patriotism.
Strongly Agree
This is absolutely essential for ensuring a well informed and educated citizenry. Unconstitutional government overreach and Marxist-leaning concepts are implemented because most American citizens are not functionally knowledgeable of the Constitution. Politicians regularly claim that the United States is a democracy, when it is in fact a Constitutional Republic. The United States was founded on Judeo-Christian principles and government is established to secure our unalienable rights.
I support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
Strongly Disagree
The entire DEI ideology is an affront to equality, which affords everyone opportunity, albeit outcomes will differ based on how those opportunities are leveraged. On the other hand, DEI strives to ensure the same outcome for everyone regardless of how everyone uses their talents, skills, and resources. The DEI concept is Marxist, and there has never been a socialist or communist society that has prospered. Federal and corporate failures are direct results of DEI implementation.
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
As the U.S. Department of Education expanded over the years, it has implemented failed educational programs that have destroyed the effectiveness of public education, shifting it from education to indoctrination. Eradicating this federal department and returning control back to the states and communities, where it belongs, will save and/or appropriate federal taxpayer money more effectively and create a more competitive education system that will improve education throughout the nation.
Please list in order the following priorities in relation to the role of a K-12 public school (omitting any that do not apply): American History, Art & Music, Civics, Critical Race Theory, Foreign Language, Gender Identity, Information Technology, Language Arts, Mathematics, Personal Finances, Physical Fitness, Political Activism, Science, Sexuality, Social Emotional Learning, Vocational Learning
Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, American History, Civics, Foreign Language, Art & Music, Information Technology, Personal Finances, Vocational Learning, and Physical Fitness
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child instead of the bureaucracy, through a program which allows parents the freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Agree
My campaign goal is to galvanize and stand with parents who desire the best, principled education for their children, their posterity, our posterity! That said, ensuring that parents have the financial option to choose traditional public, public magnet, private, or homeschooling for their children is a means to achieve this. Since government bureaucracy is historically plagued with inefficiency and overregulation, it should be completely dissolved and more needs to be done to understand this.
Which should students have: equity of outcomes or equality of opportunities?
Students should have equality of opportunities, not equity of outcomes. Equality of opportunities is supported by a Biblical worldview. Equity of outcomes is Marxist and is contrary to the founding principles of our nation and encourages mediocracy and entitlement attitudes. Communism has never worked in any nation, and has only resulted in the societal demise and extreme death, which was followed by tyranny and dictatorship when attempted.
Which type of written parental consent should be obtained before students are taught courses such as Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE)? (A) Opt-In. (B) Opt-Out. (C) None.
(A) Opt-In This is a parental responsibility; parents may abdicate it, but no one should usurp it.
VALUES
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I have strong conservative values with a Biblical worldview. I believe in the inerrant word of God as provided in Scripture, the Hebrew Tanakh (Torah, Nevim and Ketuvim / Teachings and Instructions, Prophets and Writings), which many refer to as the Old Testament, and the B'rit Hadashah (the new/renewed Convent), which many refer to as the New Testament. I believe that the Creator God (YHVH) gave His Son Yeshua Ha'Mashiach (Jesus the Messiah) to be the Pesach (Passover Lamb) as the atonement for sin. This established the new covenant with Israel, in which gentiles are grafted into through trust. He fulfilled prophecy related to His first advent, death by crucifixion and resurrection. He will return to fulfill all prophecy! Be Spirit-led!
Who is responsible for teaching sexual education to children, and what is the appropriate age when it should be taught?
Parents are responsible for teaching sexual education to their children. The appropriate age for when it should be taught depends on parental discretion, but definitively when particular instances occur that warrant explanation. Given the current sexual decadence within our society, parents should ensure that children understand the difference between appropriate and inappropriate touching at the earliest age possible for their safety. Parents, with the best knowledge of their children, have the best judgment as to the appropriate age to discuss sex-related subjects with their individual children. If schools teach anything related to sex education, it should merely be based on abstinence until marriage between a male and female. Schools should not indoctrinate children into believing that there are various types of families that include same-sex partners and multi-partners even of the opposite sex. Schools should not include LGBTQ~ ideologies in schools because such concepts are sexually deviate.
If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- abortion methods and side effects; abstinence; consent; contraceptive methods; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; sex acts and pleasures of sex; sexual orientation and gender identity; stages of pregnancy and fetal development
I do not support the teaching of sex education in Schools, per se; however, since biology includes topics like human anatomy/the reproductive system and the stages of pregnancy and fetal development they could be allowed within that subject, without a teacher’s opinion or discussion of their personal lifestyles.
Children have a right to reach maturity without chemical or surgical castration, which would damage their healthy bodies through surgeries and may cause infertility and a life-long dependence on cross-sex hormones.
Strongly Agree
The entire transgender and related chemical and surgical mutilation industry is completely void of human compassion and is driven by the love of money, which is the root of all evil. It is morally and ethically wrong and only contributes to the demise of our society. It is a direct assault against the family and those benefitting from it should be criminally prosecuted.
Children have the right to be protected from hypersexualization (including drag shows and explicit materials) in schools and libraries.
Strongly Agree
The perverse sexualization of children is destructive. Pornography is extremely addictive and psychologically damaging to both adult males and female; how much more will exposure of children to sexually explicit material harm them emotionally and psychologically. This is one reason that I support the relocation of graphic, perverted sexual material out of children’s sections in public libraries and from school libraries. This is not “book banning”; it is protecting impressionable minds.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman essential to the formation and sustaining of a civil and prosperous society.
Strongly Agree
This is an essential truth that must be safeguarded because families are the building block of strong communities and societies. Children who grow up in strong, nurturing families with both parents (fathers and mothers) are less likely to commit crime, choose unhealthy lifestyles, and become homeless than children who grow up in broken or abusive homes.
Parents have the fundamental right to raise their child in accordance with their beliefs and values, including the right to make decisions about the child's education and healthcare.
Strongly Agree
This is an unalienable right regarding parental responsibility. This is most evident in what is conveyed in D’varim (Deuteronomy) 6:4-9, which is known in Hebrew as the Shema (Hear and Obey). Parents are ultimately responsible for the education of their children, morally, ethically, and academically. Teachers and school systems assist parents in the education process; they are not meant to usurp parental authority and undermine parental responsibility.
Parents should have full and timely access to any and all records, including school and medical records, associated with their minor children.
Strongly Agree
School districts should never implement policies that prevent parental access from records regarding their minor children. Parental access should be immediate and with full disclosure without questioning.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Not only should photo identification be required, but federal and state legislators should pass laws that require proof of citizenship during voter registration. Only native born or naturalized U.S. citizens should vote in any election, for they have the chance of espousing to our national values and founding principles.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports.
Strongly Agree
We have all seen the harm to women achievement by males being allowed to compete against females. Men are physiologically stronger than women; that is a fact that cannot be denied. Allowing males to complete against females at any age is an affront to Title IX and the Education Amendment. Many deserving female athletes have been stripped of collegiate opportunities and Olympic achievement because of such debased policies.
Biological males should not be allowed to occupy women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, women's shelters, prisons, or sororities.
Strongly Agree
There is not much to say here; males and females are simply physically different! It is noteworthy to point out that females who suffer from gender dysphoria and believe they are males, do not attempt to compete in male sports at the level that males suffering from gender dysphoria and believe that they are females compete in female sports. Why? Because females know that they are incapable of excelling over males who have higher bone density, more lung capacity, and stronger muscles.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
My conservative values derive from a Biblical worldview. I believe that the Bible is the word of God and that all prophecy contained therein has materialize and/or will come true. Therefore, I stand on and vote Judeo-Christian values without compromise. I also wholeheartedly support Israel's sovereignty as an independent nation and right to defend itself and its God-given land. The United States should always support Israel, for great wrath follows all nations that act against Israel.
2ND AMENDMENT
Faculty who are licensed to carry and have had ongoing training should be allowed to carry guns at school in order to respond to an active shooter situation.
Strongly Agree
The safety and security of children is of utmost importance. Armed and trained faculty only hardens the security posture of schools by augmenting armed security and school district police.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
In the event of a pandemic, school districts can mandate whatever health precautions they deem necessary (including masks and vaccines) to protect students and staff.
Strongly Disagree
Masks do not prevent the spread of viruses and related school mandates hurt children development. Additionally, true vaccines protect the vaccinated, so the unvaccinated will not harm those who are vaccinated. COVID-19 mandates were affronts to the unalienable rights of the individual. Mandatory injections of mRNA, gene-therapy COVID-19 shots caused and continue to cause more harm recipients than the "plandemic" actually did. Besides, children were at no severe risk to COVID-19 disease.
