Abortion is the intentional killing of an unborn child. There are no circumstances where an abortion should be conducted.

ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
Minimum wage is meant for basic entry level positions, it was never created to be a living wage. The government should not be mandating wages for private businesses. This interferes with the free market and hurts small businesses with tight margins.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Agree
As a free market capitalist we must have free enterprise in order to have a productive economic system. Private property owners have a right to do as they please with their property. However, when the use of that private property interferes with the rights of the property owner next to them then that creates an issue.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
For here in Wyoming, the first priority to eliminate waste is do a full audit of every agency. Second is to mandate that unused funds are returned to the state. Just because you have it doesn't mean it has to be completely spent. Third, develop internal controls to monitor and identify waste.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The meaning of separating church and state is that there is not one national church. Our decisions and values when making policy are still rooted in our principles, morales and faith.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Businesses need to be allowed to operate freely without interference from the government. If a business refuses to provide service to a customer because of their religious beliefs that is the businesses right to do so.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
My answer would be C, but there needs to be tighter restrictions on who qualifies for Medicaid. My overall view is that it's not government's role to be in the healthcare business. The constitution does not provide the right to healthcare nor is it the government's role to provide it. That being said, Medicaid should be restricted only to be provided for the poor who are unable to work. There also must be spending caps on Medicaid.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

It is important as it is the only christian state and our strongest ally in the middle east. However, we should not allow them to have influence over our policies.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Sanctuary cities need to be banned and illegal immigrants need to be deported. Illegal immigration is a drain on our healthcare, education system, community services and tax dollars. People wanting to come to the US needs to go through the legal process.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Wyoming already has an abundance of gambling throughout the state, we don't need to expand gambling. The citizens I talk to do not want the amount of gambling facilities we have nor do they want them to expand.

I am a christian with the belief that our rights and liberties are only granted by God, not the government. I have strong family values and a belief that all life is a gift from God that must be protected. I value the sanctity of marriage that is solely between a man and a woman.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Elections must be conducted with the utmost integrity. Only American citizens should be allowed to vote in our elections. You must have to prove who you are and that you're a citizen to vote. You have to have an ID to buy alcohol, tobacco, to rent a vehicle and the list goes on, so you must have to provide an ID to vote. It's one of our most fundamental rights and it must be protected.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Reparations should not be given to anyone regardless of your race, color or creed. It is wrong to hold those today financially responsible for the events of the past. Instead, we learn and understand from the past.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Men and women are physically built different and give men an unfair advantage competing in sports. In addition, it puts the health and safety of women at risk. This is why we have seperate sports for men and women so they can fairly compete and have opportunities. At no time should men ever be allowed to invade women's spaces.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Only restrictions on those felons convicted of a violent crime. Other than that the constitution is very clear that our second amendment rights shall not be infringed.
