All taxpayer dollars must be barred from allocation to any organization providing abortions whether in the United States or in any other nation.

The intentional killing of a human being is murder. Elective abortion is the intentional killing of a human being. Therefore elective abortion is always murder and should be illegal.

All people are created in the image of God, endowed with certain unalienable rights as stated in the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. The Fourteenth Amendment assures that these rights may not be denied to anyone without due process. These protections must be assured to all people from the moment of conception until natural death.

An embryo comes into existence at the moment of conception which means the embryo is a human life deserving full protection under the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. The intentional destruction of an embryo resulting from artificial methods is the intentional destruction of a human life and must be considered illegal.

Many economists warn that a higher minimum wage leads to increased unemployment affecting the less skilled, less educated worker the most. A lower minimum wage encourages workers to acquire better training and find higher-paying jobs.

The meaning is found in the First Amendment, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” There is no restriction whatsoever placed upon the church; churches and their adherents are free to act in all ways consistent with their faith without restriction. The government is restricted from establishing a state-mandated church and from restricting the free exercise of churches in any way.

Communist ideologies are evil at their core denying God’s existence, His order of natural law, and the dignity of human beings created in His image. China's violation of trade agreements and laws must be met with firm accountability. Their infiltration into our universities and theft of U.S. property must be understood as their long game to spread their communist influence in America. Their quiet invasion must be seen for what it is and stopped.

The United States is Israel's greatest friend and strongest defender in the world. That must never change because Israel is the United States' strongest ally in the Middle East and a protector of human rights against Islamic extremism. The war in Gaza and US support of Israel represents to the world an answer to the question, "Does a sovereign nation have the right to exist and defend itself against invading enemies?" Our friendship with Israel tells the world that the answer is, "Yes, it does."

All immigration laws should be enforced fully in all fifty states. Any city or state refusing to enforce federal immigration law creates a threat to national security and public safety and should face severe consequences.

Those funds should be saved since the positive impact of the Department appears to be nonexistent. Decisions regarding the education of Ohio students are best made by those closest to the students who are most accountable to the parents of those students.

I support the passage of the Parents’ Bill of Rights by the Ohio Legislature in 2024 recognizing the fundamental right of parents to direct the education and care of their child. This right must also be ensured regarding vaccination decisions, mental health and social services. No school, mental health, or social services employee should affirm a minor’s sexual identity, different from that at birth, or provide services (other than life-threatening emergencies) without parental consent.

The 2015 Obergefell ruling made same sex marriage legal. Those who take the Bible seriously know that was a gross overstep. The definition of marriage was once and for all established by God who created it. No government institution has the authority to change what has been once for all determined by God. Those who hold the biblical view of marriage should never be compelled to participate in a same sex wedding against their conscience.

I have introduced legislation to place restrictions on online sports betting because the companies behind it are targeting those most addicted and children leading to increasing suicide and debt. The plan to pay for public education using gambling revenue is an immoral proposition and should be ended.

I am a born again Christian and Southern Baptist church member. I believe the Bible is the inerrant, authoritative word of God. The Bible alone has authority to bind the conscience. Jesus, the Son of God, was born of the virgin, Mary, lived a sinless life, and died on the cross bearing the guilt of man's sin. He rose from the dead and reigns as Lord over heaven and earth. All people are sinners deserving God's judgment. Those who repent of their sins and believe on the Lord Jesus are saved from God's punishment. Jesus will return to judge all mankind rewarding His followers with eternal life and condemning unbelievers to eternal punishment. Believers find their greatest joy in obeying and worshipping God. These beliefs shape all my values.

I support passage of ballot Issue 3 in Ohio to put voter photo id requirements into the Ohio Constitution. I will oppose any legislation seeking to allow voting without photo identification. The right to vote is precious and must be protected keeping our elections secure so that public trust in our electoral process is kept undiluted.

Title IX was never intended to and should never be reinterpreted to mean biological males may take the place on the team away from biological females. It is unimaginable that any school board would subject female students to the emotionally traumatic experience and threat of physical harm of allowing male students to have access to biological women's restrooms, locker rooms, etc. Equally, to do so in shelters or prisons should be unthinkable.

Man-made climate change ideology is possibly the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on mankind and is clearly aimed at restructuring global power and destroying America's economy. This ideology should be banned from all public school curriculum purchased by Ohio's taxpayer dollars.

The U.S. must attain energy-dominance. Nuclear power is the best option for the future. I will support legislation to make nuclear production accessible in Ohio. Until then natural gas is our best option.

The goal is to enforce law and order for the protection of our citizens against the criminal actions of the lawless. Convicted criminals should receive punishments fitting to their crimes in order to give justice to their victims. Because of this I support the death penalty for first degree murder and for the rape of children.

Social media companies must require proof of age, not allowing those under age to have access to apps and sites where exploitation can occur. Those who allow access to minors or make pornography accessible to minors should be stopped and prosecuted.
