QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

Purposeful destruction means harvesting body parts or conducting experiments on it. It doesn't matter how it is created, once an embryo is created it is a human being and should not be used as a parts factory or another lab experiment.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

In order to save the life of the mother, or in the case of rape or incest, if carrying the baby to term would cause mental trauma that could lead to suicide.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Disagree

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

1. Pass a Balanced Budget Amendment. 2. Eliminate redundant government agencies, where two or more agencies, in whole or in part, deal with the same matters. 3. Return to state and local governments control over certain areas that the Federal Government was never authorized by the Constitution to be involved in, such as education and welfare servicies.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

There are plenty of other individuals and businesses with different moral and/ or religious beliefs that can provide the services that someone is looking for.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

That the state cannot name one religion as the "state religion" and use those religious beliefs as the basis for secular law. Secular law is based upon the Constitution and governing documents that founded the state. The state can adhere to certain religious beliefs that it believes advantageous to the well being of the state and allow free expression of those beliefs by public officials and on public buildings, while allowing individuals the freedom to agree or disagree with such beliefs.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Disagree

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

B

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

The United States should continue to support Israel as our best ally in the Middle East. From a biblical standpoint, if we support Israel we will be a blessed nation.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Agree

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

People who hold and promote beliefs that are contrary to a constitutional republic form of governance (such as socialism, communism or Sharia Law) should not be allowed to immigrate as their beliefs do not integrate well into our society. Immigrants should respect America and be willing to assimilate into our culture, and contribute to the well being of our country. We are not a refuge from the world's failed governments, but should be available to help in certain cases, if they meet the above.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe the Bible is the word of God, and Jesus is the Son of God who died on the cross for forgiveness of our sins, and who rose again and is now seated at the right hand of the Father interceding for us. The spiritual world is real and Jesus gave us authority to cast out demons and heal the sick. I value honesty, integrity, hard work, humility, love for my neighbor, serving others and putting others first.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

The most reliable for future growth and safety will be Nuclear energy, especially if we can develop nuclear fusion, but with nuclear fission reactors serving until then, especially the Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) and Molten Salt Reactors (MSRs).

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Agree

Government has a role, but parents are also responsible for finding ways to protect their own children, using technology to their advantage and not letting it be used against them and their children.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I believe the only restriction needed would be for the mentally ill. Minors should be allowed to use firearms with adult supervision when they are physically able, but not be able to purchase or own until they are adult. The best way to protect public safety is to allow the public to be armed and trained to use their weapon correctly.
