RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
The government at any level should not be spending the tax dollars of citizens on funding abortion. There is a vast number of citizens who do not support, nor would they fund abortion providers with their own money, so the government should not use their tax dollars to fund it either. I served on the Board for the Pregnancy Help Center of Stockton for 14 years, 12 years as chairman of the board. I also have organized the Walk for Life in Stockton and supported Lou Engel’s Silenced campaign.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Chemical abortions are dangerous and can lead to serious health complications where emergency medical care may be required.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
My heart goes out to all people who find themselves in a crisis pregnancy and I have compassion for women who are in this situation, though I do not feel terminating a pregnancy is the best solution in any circumstances.
Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?
With the Supreme Court’s ruling overturning Roe V Wade, it is now mainly a States Rights issue, though I believe the federal government could and should rule on when life begins (I believe at conception). Most European nations limit abortion to about 15 weeks. That at the very least is a good start for the federal government. This would certainly end the horrendous act of late term abortions. Legislation to require abortions to be performed only by qualified medical doctors and requiring all abortion providers to be affiliated with local hospitals can and should be enacted to make abortion "safe and rare" as stated by Bill Clinton.
ECONOMY
What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?
If not eliminated entirely, the income tax should not exceed 10% and should be a flat rate. The combination of oppressive taxation and smothering national debt is crushing future prosperity.
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Student loan forgiveness is really a vote buying scheme. If a student chooses to take student loans to pay for their education, they should be the ones responsible to pay the loans off.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
Most, if not all, ESG issues are intended to control and oppress the citizens of this country and should not be supported.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
How "separation of church and state" is interpreted today is drastically different than what our Founders intended. I hold to our Founders view point that the free exercise of religion should not be limited or hindered by the government.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Absolutely under no circumstances should vaccines be required. There has never been a study that has demonstrated the current childhood vaccine schedule to be safe, let alone experimental vaccines.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C only because for many people at this stage of the process it would not be possible to provide for the medical needs (elderly who most likely would have a difficult time getting insurance), though I believe tax payer funded health care eventually could be phased out completely. Emphasizing true health care (diet, exercise, etc.) versus the current model of sick care could go along way in reducing medical costs.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C. The United States should neither be the nanny nor police for other countries.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
I believe this relationship is extremely important, though I am very distrusting of who is controlling the narrative of what is actually happening there. I do not think a two state solution is possible when the goal of one side is the annihilation of the other side.
What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?
Without a doubt the decline of our military is the woke mindset and social indoctrination within the military. Furthermore, the true disregard for the lives of our men and women in uniform by the current administration is astounding.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Leaving our borders open is a dangerous move and should be considered treasonous. A secure boarder wall is imperative to the security of this nation. What is happening at our southern boarder is an invasion and should be treated as such.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigration should be open to those who can offer needed services and experience to the workforce of America (best and brightest). They should be required to follow the rules and regulations regarding legal immigration. Asylum seekers should be closely vetted and approved and should truly have a substantial reason for asylum.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

My wife and I have had five children together. All have had a combination of private education and homeschooling (though the youngest has only homeschooled). I strongly believe in parental choice in the education of their children. We have done this without any outside financial help, but only through great sacrifice was it possible. Vouchers or tax credits would allow parents to make the best choice for their children's education without the sacrifice.
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Education in America has become a disaster since the Department of Education was created under Jimmy Carter. Furthermore, many local Board of Educations have been controlled by those with socialistic mind set indoctrinating America's children.
VALUES
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

GOD ordained marriage and defined what that entailed. Government has redefined marriage, but GOD's definition has not changed.
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

I am a Bible believing, Spirit filled, born again believer. I believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God. I believe Jesus was born of a virgin, crucified on a cross and was resurrected three days later paying the debt for the humanities sin.

Our elections must be secure and trust worthy. All legal votes should be counted and only legal votes. The integrity of our elections, which or Founders considered a sacred duty, is imperative to the rights of citizens when voting.

As a Strength & Conditioning Coach for 40+ years I have had dozens of male athlete bench 400 pounds & numerous male athletes squat 600 or more pounds. I have never had a female athlete who was able to accomplish either. Biological males are stronger, faster, more powerful & have greater muscle mass at the same relative body weight. Females are at a huge physical disadvantage when competing agains biological males & the males take opportunities away from deserving females.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Man made climate change is one of the greatest hoaxes perpetuated on to man in all of history. Yes, we should be good stewards of the earth, but climate extremism is detrimental to the economy and the livelihoods of people. Many of the fixes are worse than what they are trying to fix, productions of EV's, solar panels and wind turbines all are destructive to the environment, just to name a few.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Nuclear energy and Carbon fuels are the most economical and efficient sources at this point in time. There may be a time something better comes along, but it is not wind or solar.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.

As a Constitutional Conservative I believe the intent of the Founders was to have a court which would determine cases based on the limits of the Constitution. If the court were to be expanded it should only be to allow for the handling of greater workloads (more cases), but not to ideologically stack the court.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

I do have concerns with many in law enforcement being used as pawns for the globalist agenda, but overall I believe police departments should be well funded in order to serve their respective communities.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Gun law restrictions should only apply to convicted felons. We The People’s right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Most gun laws infringe on the rights of law abiding citizens. I have received an “A” grade from the California Rifle and Pistol Association.
