QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Absolutely. Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death. I believe our fundamental rights are God-given, and no individual or government has the moral authority to unjustly take those rights away.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Strongly Agree
Absolutely. Once human life begins, whether naturally or through artificial methods, it deserves protection and respect. Human embryos should not be subjected to purposeful destruction, as every human life has inherent value and dignity.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I believe elective abortion should only be permitted in circumstances where continuing the pregnancy would endanger the life of the mother
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
I do not believe taxpayer funding should be provided to Planned Parenthood or other abortion providers. I oppose the use of public funds for organizations involved in abortion services and have serious concerns about the historical associations between parts of the abortion movement and eugenics.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Neutral
I understand there are strong legal, constitutional, and moral arguments on both sides regarding the enforcement of the Comstock Act. Given the complexity of the issue and the significant changes in medical practice, federal law, and court rulings since the Act was passed, I believe this matter deserves careful legal review and thoughtful public discussion rather than politically driven interpretation.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Absolutely. Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential foundations of a strong and productive economic system. They encourage innovation, personal responsibility, investment, and economic opportunity. Without these principles, society risks moving toward excessive government control over the economy, which historically has limited individual freedom and economic growth.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.
Neutral
I believe every citizen should contribute through taxes, not only the wealthy. While those with greater means can afford to pay more, excessive taxation can hurt economic growth and job creation. I support exploring a simpler, fairer consumption-based tax system, in which essentials like food remain tax-free while luxury goods incur higher taxes. Most importantly, government must control excessive spending and operate responsibly. We should seriously explore a fairer and simpler tax system.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
Absolutely. The government must reduce spending to address the national debt, which I view as a serious threat to our country’s future. Taxpayer money belongs to the people, not the bureaucracy. Too often, excessive spending goes toward government growth rather than essential public services. Fiscal responsibility, accountability, and efficient use of taxpayer dollars are critical to preserving America’s long-term economic stability.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
Top priorities to reduce government waste include reviewing foreign aid to ensure taxpayer dollars serve U.S. interests, reassessing costly international commitments for value and effectiveness, and improving defense efficiency through modern, cost-effective procurement. I support policies that grow GDP and private sector investment to strengthen revenues, along with strict caps and accountability measures on federal program spending to eliminate waste and inefficiency.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Disagree
I believe individuals and businesses should generally have the right to refuse service when doing so would directly violate their sincerely held moral or religious beliefs. At the same time, that right must be balanced with laws that protect equal access to goods and services and prevent unlawful discrimination. A free society depends on both individual liberty and clear, fair rules that apply equally to everyone.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state means government should not establish or favor any religion, while protecting every individual’s right to freely practice their faith or choose not to. Religious beliefs should not be imposed through government authority. I believe the U.S. was influenced by Judeo-Christian values but founded on religious liberty and pluralism. A healthy society protects both freedom of religion and freedom of conscience equally for all citizens.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
My view is closest to option C, with nuance. Medicaid and Medicare should be preserved to protect vulnerable populations, but taxpayer-funded benefits should be directed to those in genuine need. I do not support a fully government-run healthcare system. The current system is overly complex, with overlapping regulations that increase costs. Reform should simplify rules, improve transparency, and ensure solvency while preserving competition and consumer choice.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
I do not support the government maintaining a centralized database of individuals’ medical conditions for the purpose of assessing economic burden. While data can be valuable for improving healthcare delivery and efficiency, such systems raise serious concerns about privacy, misuse of information, and erosion of individual rights. Any use of medical data must be strictly limited, protected by strong privacy safeguards, and never used to justify denying care or reducing the value of human life.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
My view most closely aligns with option C. The United States should prioritize its own sovereignty, security, and domestic challenges, and avoid becoming overly involved in the internal affairs of other nations. At the same time, I support providing selective assistance to countries facing tyranny or working toward democratic development, so long as it does not require direct military intervention or place an undue financial burden on American taxpayers.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
The United States faces serious national security challenges including cyber threats, intellectual property theft, and economic espionage linked to foreign state actors, including China. I believe the U.S. must strengthen cybersecurity, protect critical infrastructure, secure supply chains, and enforce trade and export laws. Any individual or entity—foreign or domestic—who violates U.S. law or compromises national security should be held accountable.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes, the United States’ relationship with Israel is important. Israel is a long-standing democratic ally in a strategically significant region, and the partnership supports shared interests in security, intelligence cooperation, and regional stability. As relationships in the Middle East continue to evolve, including growing cooperation between Israel and some Gulf nations, this alliance can also help to broader diplomatic and security coordination that benefits long-term U.S. strategic interest
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.
Agree
Yes, the United States faces serious national security threats from extremist terrorist organizations that use ideology to justify violence. These threats are not limited to any single religion or people, but involve specific groups and individuals who engage in terrorism and radicalization. The U.S. should continue to strengthen intelligence, law enforcement, border security, and international cooperation to prevent attacks and protect national safety.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigration to the United States should prioritize individuals who are law-abiding, who respect our Constitution and laws, and who are willing to assimilate and contribute positively to society. This includes people fleeing political oppression, who are prepared to work, participate in the economy, and become productive members of their communities. Immigration policy should balance compassion with national security, economic needs, and the country's long-term interests.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
I do not support sanctuary cities. They obstruct federal immigration law by refusing to honor ICE detainers, withholding immigration info from police, and releasing illegal aliens despite federal requests. Illegal entry and overstaying are federal violations. Local governments cannot nullify them, just as they can't override federal drug or gun laws. These policies endanger public safety—see cases like Kate Steinle and Laken Riley—and raise taxpayer costs while encouraging more illegal crossings
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Agree
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and returning primary control of education to states and local communities. I believe education should be locally governed to better reflect regional needs and values. At the same time, I support ensuring academic standards and educational materials are accurate and well-structured, with review processes that help verify factual content. The goal should be improving educational quality, accountability, and consistency across schools.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
I support prohibiting foreign governments from directly funding American educational institutions, as such funding may create conflicts of interest or outside influence over curriculum and priorities. Education policy and funding in the United States should remain under domestic control to serve American students and national interests. International academic cooperation and exchange can still be valuable when transparent and free from foreign government influence.
VALUES
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Physically or socially transitioning children to the opposite sex is child abuse. Most young kids have no real understanding of sex or gender transition—it's often a temporary fantasy or phase that resolves naturally (desistance rates historically 60-85% pre-puberty). Many who were transitioned as minors or young adults now deeply regret it and are suing doctors, therapists, and schools. Protect kids: Address mental health issues without sterilization or mutilation.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred union between one man and one woman. It is also a longstanding legal definition rooted in biology, history, and every major culture and religion for millennia. No government has legitimate authority to redefine it. Redefinitions have led to erosion of religious liberty, women's spaces, and child welfare in adoption/surrogacy. Yes, marriage is exclusively between one man and one woman.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was born in Poland, raised in a traditional Catholic family, and remain a somewhat practicing Catholic. My faith is the foundation of my values and worldview. Through travel and relationships with people of many cultures and religions, I’ve developed deep respect for others’ beliefs — including atheists. I do not condemn anyone for their lack of faith. I practice mutual respect: I don’t judge others for their beliefs (or lack thereof), and I expect the same courtesy for my own deeply held convictions.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
People should not be able to vote without photo identification. Requiring ID is common sense and standard in everyday life: you need it to board a flight, buy alcohol, purchase a gun, enter federal buildings, or even cash a check. Voting is one of the most important civic acts — it should have at least some safeguards against fraud. The resistance to voter ID is hard to understand on principle; secure elections matter for trust in democracy. Simple, secure, and fair: show ID to vote.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women’s sports or enter biological women’s private spaces—including bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women’s shelters, or prisons. Fairness, safety, and privacy for women and girls must come first. Sex is binary and immutable. Allowing biological males into these categories undermines fair competition, increases injury risk in sports, and compromises safety and dignity in single-sex spaces. Yes—protect women’s sports and spaces.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
The most reliable energy source to meet growing electricity demand is nuclear power. It provides constant, high-density baseload power 24/7, unlike intermittent wind and solar that require massive backup. We should expand nuclear generation.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
I evaluate issues across economics, social policy, foreign affairs, and religious liberty based on facts, evidence, and practical outcomes—not party affiliation. As an engineer by training, I approach problems analytically and seek to understand the data before forming conclusions. I find it difficult to understand why so many political decisions are driven by party loyalty rather than objective evaluation. Support policies that produce the best results for the country, not the party.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Neutral
Protecting children from online sexual exploitation is a shared responsibility of families, schools, tech providers, and government. Parents are the first line of defense and should actively guide and monitor internet use. Schools and platforms should use strong safeguards to block harmful content. Enforcement should focus on investigating illegal activity with due process, while respecting privacy and avoiding routine government monitoring of children’s online behavior.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
We already have extensive federal and state gun laws in place, and law-abiding citizens follow them. The focus should be on enforcing existing laws effectively rather than adding new restrictions that mainly burden responsible gun owners. Criminals and prohibited individuals will continue to obtain firearms illegally. Public safety is better served by prosecuting violent offenders, improving background checks for prohibited persons, and ensuring swift, certain punishment.
