RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Neutral
Abortion should be decided by the mother, father and a qualified OB-GYN doctor and it should not be forced on the patient. Planned Parenthood is, in my opinion, hastily promoting abortion as the only choice for many women. In many cases father is not available to support his partner (wife, common marriage wife, girlfriend) and the woman is the only person who can make the decision of abortion. All option should be considered as there is no way back from the procedure.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
The decision of ending someone life is extremely difficult and should be only made by the person who is in extreme position with no possibility of other outcomes and it should not be forced by the medical establishment or government entity on anyone.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion should have some form of guidelines that can benefit both, the mother and the child. If the mother health is jeopardized by the pregnancy, all possible options should be considered. At that point in time it would be strictly the mother’s decision after consultation with OB-GYN doctor. In all other cases I believe that the abortion should be performed by week 8 of pregnancy and even earlier if only possible. With present medical technology and modern medicine pregnancy can be avoided. All kinds of contraceptives are available for women and it looks like the male “pregnancy pill” is not that far away. The “morning after” pills are also available and they should be considered as a viable option to prevent unwanted pregnancy. As a candidate and possibly future representative I can state that the government cannot and should not dictate to people any direction of their lives including the abortion. The only stipulation that I have is that life is sacred and it should be respected by anyone.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Disagree
Redistribution of income creates dependence on the government. It is the idea that all Marxists promotes, but it is flawed. If you find what you’re good at & work hard you might make a lot of money. Income inequality promotes personal freedom, and rewards hard work, talent, and persistence. In the US most people can enjoy impossible luxuries available to almost every person. And lastly, it provides incentive for people to be creative and self sufficient. The US provides the opportunity for life.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
Our money is losing its value. Inflation is at 40-year high. We need to stop spending. Stop giving money to countries that are not friendly to us. Let’s disband the lobbying system. Money attracts crooks. Let’s fight the bureaucracy by draining the money from our federal government, which in turn will render them less powerful. America needs real solutions and real leadership, not politicians or lobbyists. Drain money from several government agencies would be the step in the right direction.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Because, in the final analysis, consumers pay the taxes in the form of higher prices, the corporate tax should be eliminated. A complicated and deliberately deceptive tax code extracts multiple layers of revenue from consumers for the same goods and services. These deceptive double and triple taxations on such things as fuels, retirement funds, consumer goods, and a host of others, must be eliminated.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Agree
Many small businesses such as florists, bakers, and more are being threatened for exercising their religious liberties. In 1993 the Religious Restoration Act was passed by the Congress. There are multiple causes of the decline in the religious liberty: the government is run by progressives, over sexualization of younger generations, and finally, the government states that individuals have only freedom of worship. This country was founded on Jude’s-Christian values. Don’t forget it.
iVoterGuide Notes:
After the candidate evaluations were completed, the candidate requested that we correct his spelling of Judeo-Christian in the response.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
This is a free market economy. If you don’t like my services or products then go somewhere else where the services and products will be up to your liking.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
United States was founded on Jude’s-Christian principles. As a matter of fact the government and church are separate entities, but they affect each other directly. Without church the government will not be able to achieve lasting good results. The government posses the legal structure to exercise strength of force in order for citizens to comply with the laws of the land. The separation of church and state doesn’t exist in the Constitution.
iVoterGuide Notes:
After the candidate evaluations were completed, the candidate requested that we correct his spelling of Judeo-Christian in the response.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
There are no circumstances under which a government, school, or employer can force vaccination of any kind. The science behind vaccines has been distorted by the present administration. Anything related to personal health issues are not to be forced and it should be a decision of an individual to participate in or not.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Presently, people ho enrolled in the Affordable Care Act will be faced with dramatic premiums increase unless the government renews its subsidy. When the Affordable Care Act was created the main premise was wrong and therefore it was forced on the population. We have to get states involved in healthcare but it has to be based on the free market principles. States can create a single payer approach. Other options are Health Savings Account and federal-state tax credits. There is push for the government run healthcare and that notion needs to be resisted. The left wants to remove private health insurance coverage and if that happens the consumers and taxpayers would be out of options. Universal health care is the wrong path for the country. Real healthcare reform permits doctors and patients to take control of medical decision making process. It should be left to the consumers if they want government or private insurance option. Medicaid and Medicare should not be abolished especially for the segment of our aging population on limited income. Tax payer funded healthcare should only be available to the most income limited part of our retirees population.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
If our freedom’s are threatened on our soil, intervene with our might to disable the threat. Other countries need to take care of their own path to democracy and if necessary apply for some form of help, but we should not intervene militarily. Adopt a non-interventionists military policy in countries all over the world. No wars, no sanctions except where there are existing sanctions against us. Allow South Korea and Japan to arm and defend themselves. Review NATO and US obligation to the Pact. United States should stay out of foreign conflicts for the next few decades. We have an obligation to our allies to fulfill our promises of mutual protection. No new conflicts. Our National debt is over 31 trillion dollars.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
I do not support BDS movement. Israel is a small country which was taken advantage of by Egypt and at some point in history by Jordan. They have a right to peaceful existence just like we do.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
The Chinese Communist Party is the number one enemy of the United States and it needs to be countered every time at every step. Their depth of industrial and military espionage is astonishing. CCP adopted very aggressive tactics and they are hell bent on world domination.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Terrorism remains a constant threat to the American security. With our country being so strong internationally we can develop anti-terrorist strategy. We need to declare Islamic terrorism an immediate threat to American security. Utilize Delta Force, Navy Seals and Green Berets to destroy terrorist training bases and infrastructure. Increase U.S. Intelligence operations in the Middle East. Increase sanctions on countries who are sponsoring terrorism. We need strategy to fight extremists and terrorists. Engage governments of Israel, Jordan, and Kuwait. They are in the same fight; they need our help, but we need theirs. A successful war on terrorism requires using both, military and non-military means and resources.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Southern border needs to be reinforced and made impenetrable. Border Patrol Agents are overwhelmed and they need help from old fashioned structures. These structures are very effective and have been utilized worldwide by various countries.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Sanctuary cities are enabling crime. Federal and State funds should not be made available to any law violating entity.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Political oppression victims, victims of the Taliban, victims of religious persecution. They should be vetted and explain that English is our language, our culture needs to be respected and adopted by the immigrants. We are Christian country and our laws needs to be obeyed.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Agree
It prohibits discrimination of employment and housing as it should be.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Critical Race Theory was developed at Harvard Law School and its proponents are saying that racism is always present and taking place everywhere. They will look everywhere “critically” until amazingly they always find it. Do you believe that the USA is a racist country? I don’t and I also know that most people don’t. We need to defend ourselves while we still can. Keep in mind that a proper classical education is the savior from the evil CRT.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was born a catholic and will not change my religious beliefs. Throughout my life I traveled the world and witnessed many religions, people of different countries and cultures which taught me various lessons. In many cases what we see on the surface may not really be what’s inside. The most valuable lesson of my life I learned from dog. No matter the day, no matter my mood, she was always there for me. She taught me what unconditional love means. Few years ago I had an extremely powerful spiritual experience while descending from Mt. Nebo in Jordan. As people we have to learn that love is the ultimate power in the universe. Love your family, they are there for you and you are there for them. Don’t despair if something doesn’t go as planned: there is that invisible force which will guide you and help you with your emotions. Enjoy life as it is.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
People cannot cross the border without proper identification, money cannot e withdrawn from a bank without proper identification. No one can operate a vehicle without proper identification, I don’t see the problem here. In order to enjoy free, uncorrupted elections, we must be identified as the person with the right to vote.
iVoterGuide Notes:
After candidate evaluations were completed, the candidate asked that this sentence be corrected to read, "People cannot cross the border without proper identification, money cannot be ...
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Stop using machines and go back to the old fashion election by punching holes in the ballots. Have 2 people minimum at every counting station from different political affiliation to assure correct and proper count. We need to do that until the electoral process can be trusted again.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Reparation can be only paid to the victims, there are none.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is made artificially by some unscrupulous entities to divide the country. There will always be some nasty, obnoxious individuals who will be “better than some people “ but US is not a racist country therefore I don’t perceive it as a threat.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Fracking has been coined as something wrong and terrible. It’s not. This technology helps us get natural gas or other form hydrocarbons from area otherwise inaccessible. Let’s continue the process.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
United States is the world leader of environmental protection. Our citizens are the most responsible people on the planet as well. Stricter laws will hinder the economy and will take many jobs out of the country.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
I’ve seen the liberal side of the world before it started encroaching in the US. Many years ago I understood that liberalism is another form of socialist and Marxist utopia. My goal is to defeat it and prevent it from coming back.
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
None.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No, never been convicted of any crime.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Typically the candidates for elected office spent huge amount of money. If the job as a congressional representative pays just over $100000 why the candidates spending sometimes millions of dollars? What’s behind it? Is there something that I don’t understand or it is just a hunger for power? The money should stay with the constituents from our district as they may need it. The mantra is that if a candidate spends more money then he/she wins. I don’t believe that this approach benefits the district voters. Just because a candidate spent huge amounts of money that doesn’t qualify them as a viable option. I refuse to waste any money. My goal is just to meet the fees, cost of website and couple fliers. That how it should be, I believe.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Disagree
Police officers should be held to higher standards than average person. They should not be immune to violations of the law.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
Mental health and community programs should have funding not related to public safety.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Guns should be restricted to individuals who were convicted in the court of law of crimes under state or federal jurisdiction.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Disagree
Gun doesn’t shoot by itself, it needs an operator. It’s the person who is pulling the trigger and that person is the only responsible party to be sued.
