RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion isn’t a constitutional right. Life is a right.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

There is no need to add an extra burden upon Wyoming.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Welfare reform and the way we handle child support.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

I'm going to have to disagree with exception. That exception would be in the form of choices between 2 years at trade school, 2 years at a University, 2 years at a community college with them committing to their state, whether it be Wyoming or the other states we have an educational agreement with. We want to promote a healthy workforce which will then intern reduce our dependency on government funding. We've learned these past 2 years what it takes to run the country.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

the 1st Amendment protects us and our rights should not be infringed, tampered with or altered.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

There in no circumstance to this. The 1st Amendment protects us of this right.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C, I understand the need for medical coverage and lower cost of prescription drugs, what we need to do is bring companies to Wyoming willing to invest full time in our citizens, to invest in the healthcare of their employees. We can explore other ways to fund the medical needs of those without coverage through other means possible.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Vaccines in general should be a persons choice. If a parent feels it necessary at the time or circumstance then that decision would solely fall to the parent as they are responsible for said minor.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

1st and foremost we need to secure our southern boarders. We cannot eradicate a threat when we don't even have a secure line of defense.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Yes, we have to protect our boarder state citizens and the well being of immigrants by discouraging illegal entry to the United States. It is right to except others to follow the law and not those entering illigally.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Any person wanting to contribute to a working society accepting the United States of America's Constitution should be given a chance to be a citizen. I believe anyone brave enough to serve in our Armed Forces should be allowed and anyone who had entered through the approved process, legally.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

We need to allow parents the opportunity to choose the education they see fit for their child. It is our taxes that pay for their education and we have a right to choose where it goes.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

It's the foundation of our inalienable rights. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

We already have non-discrimination laws.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Choose not to answer

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

I do not believe our country was founded in racism. I do however know there are racist among us.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a believer in God, I believe he wants us to make the best choices possible even with the hardest of hardships in front of us. We are all humans with mistakes. But with those mistakes we grow into better humans. We improve generation to generation. It is amazing to see how families have evolved over the many lifetimes, it amazing to welcome a new generation into the world and to watch them grow. Every time I got a new granddaughter I felt an extra blessing and even more reason to improve myself, my community and my country.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Voting is a right, a privilege for American citizens only. Identification is a must to ensure a secure election.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

End of same day registration and voting and require a state ID with proof of residency.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No, racism isn't a domestic threat. It's an education issue. Children learn from their environment, we need to educate better, we need our environment to be productive, self accountable and worthy of their word, Then and only then we can see a better future. Racism will always exists but it doesn't have to exists so much. We must strive to be better than yesterday.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. It doesn't make sense to impose such strict laws and regulations and then request goods from other countries who don't abide by the same laws and increase pollution. We can be self reliable again and employee many Americans by bringing back fossil fuel production with reasonable standards.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

We need to not only use our natural resources but at the same time explore other avenues to save and store our resources to the best of our abilities. Wyoming has so many natural resources to invest in.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To protect our rights as citizens.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I believe in a heartbeat and from that heartbeat we become Americans. We have to be fiscally responsible and hold up our constitutional rights.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Did not answer

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

My priorities will be focused on school of choice, criminal justice reform with focus on mental health and education. Finding funds and possibly reallocating where needed as to not impose extra or new taxes on the citizens of Wyoming. We need to evaluate where we are and what we can actually do to be self sufficient and take care of our Wyoming citizens.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Neutral

We may need to look at what qualified consists of. For the most part yes our law enforcement needs protection and respect but we do need to ensure we are properly training our men and women.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

I believe we need to fund our police departments more. Theyvcan work in conjunction with mental health and community programs but never should they lose funds.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

We shouldn't have restrictions, the regulations already in place are enough. Restricting law abiding citizens doesn't take the criminal off the streets.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

I sympathize for the victims however it's not the gun that created the circumstance but the individual that committed the action. People commit the crime, people commit the act of violence.
