Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
With the child and Psalm 139 in mind, there are no allowable circumstances for abortion. We're talking about a child not a choice.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Tax payers should not be "required" to pay for anything that goes against their Biblical and moral standards.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Legalized euthanasia opens the door to a slippery slope that may end up treating older adults as unwanted or unnecessary. We are called upon by the 10 Commandments and many passages in the Proverbs to honor and respect older adults.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
The tax code should treat everyone equally. A straight percentage for all. I would take a serious look at the tax system in states like South Dakota to see how we could reduce and/or eliminate state taxes. Leaders in the government and taxpayers themselves need to be reminded that tax dollars are OUR dollars, i.e., not government dollars.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would argue for a part-time legislature. This would reduce spending and hopefully reduce/eliminate full-time politicians. I would seek to eliminate the layers of bureaucracy that lead to excessive regulations and people, i.e., agencies, seeking to legitimatize their existence. I would question the overreach that is currently taking place in some areas of the government, i.e., governor, health department, and OSHA.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Tax dollars for education should follow the parents/students and allow freedom of educational choice (public, private, Christian, Home School, etc.). We should be wary of any funding that comes from the government because of the control that is often attached to funding. Again, it should always be remembered that tax dollars are "we the people" funds and not government funds.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

There is a God and His Word trumps the woke worldview that would demand/force conformity to unbiblical beliefs. Everybody worships something. You don't get a choice whether or not to worship. You do get a choice of what/Who to worship.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
There are no circumstances that come to mind. It is important in this context to remember that we, the people, are the Church, the body of Christ. The question then becomes, "Under what circumstances can WE be shut down?" The true Church cannot be closed! To somehow see Church as non-essential, and thus to shut down worship and individual churches, is parallel to seeing breathing as non-essential to life. The Plandemic is clearly sifting the Church. Lord willing, it will sort out the sheep from the goats and convert many from a goat's life and perspective to that of a sheep's (Matthew 25). I am praying for revival across America and the world. It is time for the Church to Wake Up and to strengthen what remains (Revelation 3). We are called to be awake not woke. We need more Josephs, Davids, Esthers, and Daniels in today's church.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Some combination of C and D. Medicaid and Medicare serve real needs in our society. Care for many elderly and people living with disabilities greatly need the support provided by these programs. The problem is that these social funding programs are open to abuse. These programs also lend themselves to bureaucracy, i.e., top-heavy administration and regulations to legitimatize the bureaucracy. As a society, we do need to deliberately work on developing alternatives to traditional healthcare. Christian Health Care, a growing movement in our area, provides wholistic care for individuals and families outside of the Medicaid and Medicare systems. The Church needs to do all that she can do in providing care for the sick and needy.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Vaccines should be a matter of choice not compulsion. Every person needs to do their own research about particular vaccinations for themselves and their children. The simple fact that we would be "required" to be jabbed with an experimental biological agent should give one great hesitancy about submitting to the C-19 vaccine in any of its iterations. It's our body and it's our choice when it comes to vaccinations.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
All individuals entering America need to be vetted in relation to terrorism, crime, and positively in their ability to meaningfully contribute as an American citizen. If there are any questions then they may not enter or may not stay in America. The scary reality of Islamic terrorism is that it is religiously and radically driven. No person or group should be given special status in America if they are committed to overthrowing our country or killing her people. It's America, love it or leave it.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

I support the nation of Israel from a Biblical perspective. The State of Israel is a complex conundrum. There are many layers that need to be worked through--Biblical, Historical, Holocaust, Citizenship, Human Rights, etc.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

It is called a border for a reason. We cannot allow unvetted individuals citizenship, financial support, and access to social programs unless they have gone through the legal process of immigration.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Those who have been vetted and who follow the legal process of immigration. Every American citizen needs to learn the lingua franca, i.e., needs to learn English. It is the trade language of our nation and of the world. We are after all a nation of immigrants.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

I have served 25 years in Christian schools and believe that any and all of the above listed programs will improve our educational system. Education tax dollars need to follow the parents/students. Parents need to commit to being very involved in their children's learning. School is not simply a baby sitter for parents and it is certainly not meant to socially engineer situation students in particular ideologies, e.g., CRT, SEL. Students belong to the parents, they are not wards of the State.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

The Bible is the foundation of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Our Founding Fathers built their lives upon "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God". We should evaluate all that we are and do as a nation through the grid of Philippians 4:8--Whatever is true, noble, lovely, admirable, etc. The Bible and our Founding Documents are like the banks of a river. If we stay within these banks, we will flow clearly and freely. If the banks are removed, we will become a swamp.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Identity is not a determining factor in personhood. We were assigned a gender by God at conception. Our identity as human beings, created in God's image, can only truly be found in Jesus Christ.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

God instituted marriage (Genesis 2). It is His institution not the government's. Our rights and responsibilities come from Him and not from government. The brokenness of divorce and the perversions of "marriage" have negatively affected our nation. The family, which starts with a married man and woman, is God's primary unit of government.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

CRT is Marxism dressed up in a woke and politically correct society. America was founded upon freedom, particularly religious freedom, not upon slavery and oppression. The 1619 Project is a re-writing of real history. Sad to say, too many in public education have "drunk the koolaid" of CRT and other false ideologies.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I hold to a Biblical and theocentric worldview. The Bible is God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16-17) and is the foundation for our life. The Word of God is living and active and sharper than any double-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12 & Ephesians 6). God the Father is the King, Creator, Provider, and Sustainer of the universe. Jesus, the Son, is the Word who became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1). He loved us enough to become like us and to become a willing sacrifice for our sins (John 3:16). Man is sinful from birth and can only find salvation through Jesus (Psalm 51; Romans 3:10 & 23; 5:8; 6:23; 10:9&10; Ephesians 2:8&9). Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). By His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus defeated Satan, sin, and death. He also instituted the Kingdom of God on earth. Holy Spirit is our Counselor and Guide and is the source of spiritual fruit, gifts, and power (1 Corinthians 12-14). The Church, i.e., the Ekklesia, is the basic manifestation of God's Kingdom on earth. We are to always pray "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." Along with the Word of God, prayer is one of the two major offensive weapons of the armor of God. Speaking of the armor, as Jesus followers, we need to acknowledge that we are in a battle against evil, i.e., not simply against flesh and blood. We need to deliberately put on the spiritual armor daily (Ephesians 6:10-20) during our times of devotion and prayer. We have been charged by and given authority by Christ Himself to go and make disciples of all peoples (Matthew 28:16-20). Jesus is coming again and will bring about the final defeat of Satan and his false kingdom. As noted in my campaign platform, "Fox Fighting for Faith, Family, Freedom," we are in a battle against evil. Our nation was founded upon Faith and built upon Family and Freedom. Faith is linked to Freedom and Truth. Jesus said it, "You shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall set you free" (John 8:32). We cannot experience Faith without Freedom, they are intricately woven together. Speaking of Truth, it is objective and based in God Himself. It is not a matter one's own understanding (Proverbs 3:5&6). Proverbs 3:5&6 have been theme verses for my Christian life. Proverbs 2:7&8 have become theme verses for this campaign. "Only one life 'twill soon be past. Only what's done for Christ will last."
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Photo ID is required in a host of situations in life. It should be required for this foundational act of our Republic. To not have photo ID is to invite election abuse and fraud into the picture (pun intended).
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Photo ID in all voting. This includes those who wish to do an absentee ballot. Paper ballots with exhaustive validation--double and triple check for accuracy. Forensic audit if questions arise about voting practices. Protection of election records. Prosecution of all those who commit election fraud.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Our human problem, known as sin, is the threat, not racism. Critical Race Theory, which is Marxist at its core, has taught the false idea that racism is the issue. The United States has again and again fought for freedom from oppression and racism. The two best examples of this are the Civil War and the Civil Rights Movement.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Reparations are a reinforcing of the myth that money will somehow save us from past sins. They are also a way, like welfare, of keeping African Americans on the Democrat Plantation (see Candace Owens, BLACKOUT). We need to preach and carry out RESPONSIBILITY not reparations. As Americans, no matter our color of melanin, we all have the opportunity and responsibility to move in positive directions. These directions need to be rooted in developing strong families, hard work, and faith.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
The first. We are crippling our country and economy with laws and regulations that encourage the "Green New Deal." This is a utopian mentality that builds upon unproven and false ideas that are more costly than the use of fossil fuels. For example, it costs more to produce electricity via solar or turbine power than it does via fossil fuels. This also applies to the "fueling" of electric vehicles which again demands fossil fuels to first of all produce the electricity. The government has had to provide subsidies to produce alternate means of power. This defeats the purpose and goes against common sense.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

These resources have been provided by the Lord and we are responsible, via the cultural mandate, to oversee His creation (Genesis 1; Psalm 24:1).

What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To live within the "Laws of Nature and of Nature's God." To assure that "all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed..." . In short government is to protect our rights and freedoms and to stand against evil and tyranny in their many forms. This is all with "a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence,..." CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

We need to pray for and protect our police officers who are working within the boundaries designated to them.

2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Outlaws, i.e., convicted felons or others who have mental health issues, should not have access to guns. According to the 2nd Amendment, we have the RIGHT to bear arms. This right was given to protect us from a tyrannical government. As often stated by the NRA, "When guns are outlawed, then only outlaws will have guns." The latest piece of evidence for the need to bear arms is the situation in Ukraine. There, ironically, the U.S. is providing guns to the people to protect themselves. What rationalization it there to take away guns from law-abiding citizens? Guns are often needed and used for self-protection. It must be noted, that it is not guns that kill people it is people that kill people. I am a member of the NRA. Taking away our guns would pave the way for national tyranny and for potential war at the hands of an aggressive world power.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Suing firearms dealer and manufacturers is parallel to suing farmers for people being overweight. The issue lies at what people do with firearms and food not with those who produce and provide the firearms and food.
