Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
None, unless it is somehow proven, that the mother's life is truly in danger. But if a mother is standing for life, it is her right to carry the child to birth. The Lord may well intervene and spare her life.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Yes! We must reinstate Right to Work in Michigan. Private property rights allow us to flourish as members of a free society. We have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Both free enterprise and private property rights fall under these rights.
What is your position on the minimum wage?
The market, NOT the government, should be about the business of "setting" wages.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
I stand against ESG scoring! More and more, big businesses, like Ford Motor Company, are backing away from DEI which is closely related to ESG.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
There is no circumstance which warrants closing down churches. It is very evident from the "plandemic" that the churches that are now thriving are those that stood against the government mandates.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

We are "one nation under God" NOT one nation under the government. We need to be clear about the difference between the upper case "G", i.e., God, and the lower case "g", i.e., government.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
I lean most toward a combination of D and C. I do believe that a careful step by step plan needs to be developed to care for the truly poor and needy in society. These decisions should not simply be governmental bureaucracies and especially should not involve international organizations, i.e., WHO. should be in the business of controlling Healthcare.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None whatsoever.
NATIONAL SECURITY

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. Israel is the Chosen Nation of the Old Testament from which came the Savior of the world, Jesus. Israel is the one solid democracy and faithful ally in the Middle East. According to the book of Romans, there is hope for the salvation of Israel. Messianic Judaism is growing as Jewish people follow Jesus, the Messiah.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

We are allowing in millions of people and giving them assistance in a variety of ways. Worst case scenario, these individuals may become involved in voting and carrying crime into our nation.

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

I am a Jesus Follower. This fact affects my life daily. I am committed to praying on the spiritual armor daily. I stand in agreement with the Apostles' Creed. I believe that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are actively involved in transforming culture and it is my job to diligently work in this process. God's Word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. Only one life 'twill soon be past and only what's done for Christ will last.

A & C Regulations, climate change mentality, and unelected bureaucrats are stumbling blocks to prosperity in our nation. These unelected individuals mostly work in the various bureaus under the Executive Office (President & Governors) in our nation and states. Long story short, we have unelected officials making laws which hamper our flourishing as a people and nation.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Currently it is natural gas. With improved technology, there is new hope for nuclear energy. Wind and solar are least reliable. These facts are particularly true in Michigan.

Aa few as necessary. We have the right and obligation to protect ourselves and our families. This protection is particularly needed against tyranny in any form.
