QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I have introduced or sponsored legislation every year to defend life.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
It shouldn't
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Reduce and flatten the tax code.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
Thomas Jefferson's letter to the Danbury Baptists was to ensure the government would not interfere with the free exercise of religious expression. The first amendment was to keep Government from instituting a state sanctioned religion or regulating religion, not keep it out of public spaces. The bible gives us a model of Godly government. After the exodus from Egypt, God instituted Moses as the head of government and civil affairs and Aaron over spiritual affairs. Neither excluded God from their jurisdictions and were to be headed by different individuals and not the same person. Before Christ's return, we must look to Jesus, King of all nations, the Word, for our guidance in handling the affairs of men.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
It is an individual responsibility and should be a personal healthcare decision.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
The Federal Government should get out of the insurance industry to the greatest extent possible and we should be allowing insurance to be sold across states lines and have pricing transparency for every service provided to consumers at the state level.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C. However, with recent conflict, we and U.K. signed an MOU with Ukraine, promising to protect their sovereignty if they dismantled the world's third-largest stockpile of nuclear weapons. We need to follow through on our promises and should have given them defensive weapons, and patriot batteries to defend themselves. And we need to defend our partner in the middle east, Israel.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Apply American law in courts, not Sharia law.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
A wall will work. I've toured the border twice and observed that to stem illegal crossings, we must put in walls and then ensure the weak points are patroled.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
We need skilled workers. We need to fix the broken immigration process. I helped a gentleman, a business owner through the citizen process. He was frustrated because of the extortion he was receiving at every last step. That needs to be fixed. If you make a bad law, folks won't respect the law. If you have a bad process, folks won't respect the process. This is part of the solution to stopping illegal immigration.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am under authority, the authority of my master, Jesus Christ. Jesus said: I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and overcome all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you. Luke 10:19.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I have introduced bills to remove non-citizens off the voter rolls and amendments to remove dead voters off the voter rolls in Colorado. Every state needs a voter ID law --that would curb most of the corruption that is happening with mail-in or absentee ballot harvesting.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No, the enemy is trying to separate Americans based on an identity other than Christ. We need to heed our allegiance given every day before session: One Nation under God, Indivisible.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Disagree
I have passed bills and audits to help our oil and gas industry in Colorado. There is no substitute for fossil fuels if you want people to thrive. Wind and Solar are unreliable and can't replace fossil fuels to making clothing, plastics for medicines, nearly everything we consume in the modern world is touched and benefitted by fossil fuels.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
I received A ratings on the Principles of Liberty scorecard every year and was the House Champion for the Colorado Union of Taxpayers. I also received the Friend of Motherhood Award from the Pillars Project as well as the Pro-Life Defender from the Colorado Campaign for Life.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I am the only proven constitutional conservative in the race based on my voting record. Anyone can say they are a constitutionalist or a conservative. I don't talk conservative, I walk it out. I plan on introducing legislation to downsize government wherever I can. A single-subject rule in Congress so we don't pork-barrel bills or hide bad legislation in the middle of good or good-sounding legislation. Term Limits for Congress and the Life at Conception Act.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I voted against the bill that, in part, would strip officers of qualified immunity in Colorado, SB20-217.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
"Shall not be infringed". I am currently suing Governor Polis to repeal the unconstitutional red flag law that was passed unconstitutionally. I also introduced bills to repeal the unconstitutional Magazine ban bill, and I sponsored constitutional carry bills and bills to secure the rights of business owners to defend themselves in their own businesses.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
