Abortion is completely banned in Kentucky with very few exceptions, such as to save the pregnant woman’s life or prevent disabling injury. Kentucky law prohibits tax payers money from being used for purpose of abortions.

Elective abortion should be allowed to save pregnant woman’s life or prevent a serious, permanent damage to a life sustaining organ.

It often violates World Trade Organization commitments , it wants to project power by building military bases throughout the world it disregards human rights and ignores environmental concern to obtain power in dictatorships style.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C. Medicaid and Medicare should remain available because they are Federally funded programs for those who are above 65 years old (Medicaid) and those who are extremely poor(Medicare). Others can have private insurance through employer or otherwise.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Kentucky minimum wage is $7.25/hot and tipped employees $2.13/hour. There is no inflation adjustment. The minimum wage is very low and should be set higher.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Department of Education provides funding to students with disabilities (7.4 million) and students from low income families(26 million). It monitors education at the National level, by research and collection of Data. It does not dictate the syllabus or employ teachers. Only 10% funding comes from Federal Government, the states have always had control over education.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
