QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
When it does not deprive an unborn person of life by “cruel or unusual” means such as crushing, chemical burning, mechanical dismemberment, exsanguination or any other method without a due-process determination in accordance with our 5th & 14th amendments. If there was a crime alleged, the due-process hearing must contain the evidence of prosecution to preclude feticide being used exploitively to enable abuse. A DNA determination must identify the father for the ascribing of costs & damages.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Strongly Agree
The informed consent must include a full description of how the unborn person will be terminated by progesterone blockers causing the slow separation of the placenta resulting in a gradual suffocation, with an accompanying struggle for survival, and that while the unborn person will likely die the pregnancy will not be over until undergoing the full labor and delivery with no assistance or the benefit of natural processes. Hippocrates forbade "(giving) a woman a pessary to cause an abortion."
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
"Abortion providers" is a euphemism for "feticide practitioners." Medically, “Abortion” is “the expulsion of a fetus from the uterus by natural causes before it is able to survive independently" (23weeks). Feticide is not natural. Fetal harvesting organizations like PP must be self-funded as feticide violates the government's mandate to preserve life, and compelled participation violates "consent of the governed" in the termination of an unborn person.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Part of Hippocrates idea to “do no harm” includes “I will not give a lethal drug to anyone.” While the "death with dignity" sentiment is understandable, the practice quickly devolves into one of coercion, and allowable under trivial or fleeting circumstances. An administrative framework is too easily modified and expanded to provide the proper safeguards. As a rule, "if a law can be weaponized against you, it will be" and euthanasia is a pandora's box of full of misery & death.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
“For enterprise to be free, those who engage in it must be free; that entails having property in themselves and what they produce.” Free Enterprise as the voluntary exchange of good for good requires having ownership of property to either consume or trade to ensure the amount of “good” expended is commensurate with the “good” secured. Government ownership results in compelled labor and continuous machinations to achieve what the market does naturally, which results in chaos & inefficiency.
What is your position on the minimum wage?
A lagging minimum wage results from excess government spending devaluing currency and has historically been used to block the minimum-skilled from accessing meaningful employment. A strong economy creates a demand for workers and increases wages.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
"The Urge to Save Humanity is Almost Always Only a False-Face for the Urge to Rule It." These centrally imposed criteria are continually manipulated to impose an ideological agenda and subject to the corruption of myopic ideologues convinced of their moral superiority. If they were good ideas they would not require coercion. These interfere with the free exchange of good for good. The collective voice of the customers is more responsive and less prone to centralized corruption.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
While the government has the ability to close churches due to its near monopoly on force, it does not have the moral authority to close churches nor the Constitutional authority to infringe any religious practice or the right of the people to assemble peacefully.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Compulsion is anathema to Liberty. Per our founding, "That to secure these Rights, governments are instituted among men deriving their just power from the consent of the governed." Compelled speech or action is the antithesis of "consent," and therefore any power used to compel is unjust. The Free market is a voluntary exchange of good for good. You cannot compel "voluntary"—government cannot morally compel an individual to serve any more than a business can compel an individual to purchase.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Because of contractual obligations, M&M cannot be simply eliminated, but their impact on inflating the market needs to be reduced. The single-payer reimbursement structure pays 20-25% of a billed amount (if covered), which means a provider must bill 400-500% of the actual cost of service to break even. This locks people paying thousands for insurance to approximate gov rates even though a 20% copay is essentially the actual cost. Government "good intentions" skew the market and hurt everyone.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None. Using the government monopoly on force to compel a vaccine is a blatant violation of "the consent of the governed." Indirect coercion from the government by compelling or incentivizing businesses to create mandates is still coercion.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
China is funding its military with our jobs. We naively transfer our GDP to China to placate CO2 superstitions. Inflated energy costs and overly restrictive regulation force manufacturing overseas along with the products’ intellectual property. As part of its “Silent Rise,” China in turn uses our money to garner more global influence, paying eager politicians compromise their country, including selling our foundational resource—land--much of which places our military bases at risk.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. No nation is perfect, but Israel is an island of stability, and as a religion that celebrates life, it is an oasis of liberty in a region that too often promotes hatred & death. Israel has demonstrated a willingness to live at peace with its neighbors that has not been reciprocated.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
The US population is less than 4% of global population. Allowing even 1:1 immigration would be globally inconsequential, but would push the USA to well beyond collapse to become no different than those countries being fled. The USA feeds much of the world and societal collapse would end that. Open borders encourage inhumane child, sex, slave & human trafficking, while undercutting our economy and propping up despots abroad with the billions of dollars remitted to a migrant's home country.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Strongly Agree
Total funding per year funding per pupil exceeds $18000 for Public schools, but per CO Constitution Article V, section 34 the State claims "absolute control" over anything to which it gives taxpayer extracted money, including tax credits. Schools & parents rightly afraid of legislative meddling will not take State funds, which might mean students stuck in failing schools, or parents paying twice for education. I presented HB23-1079 for educational autonomy & to increase desirable housing areas.
VALUES
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
Parents should be familiar with the grooming materials being curated public libraries (RatedBooks.org). The multi-billion-dollar genital-mutilation industry is very well funded, politically powerful and actively seeking to fetishize children. The movement has successfully posited itself in victimhood while promoting experimental surgery and suicidal ideation. Children need to be protected from sexualized grooming to enable a healthy future free of perpetual pharmacological dependence.
Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.
Strongly Agree
Parents have the responsibility & fiduciary interests to train up their children in manner they deem most appropriate for their long-term well-being. State bureaucracy is completely inadequate & morally unqualified for such a task. The statist ideology is inclined to raise children to benefit the State instead of training up children to secure their own best interests--the pursuit of happiness. Predators in power seek to circumvent parental protections.
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Strongly Disagree
Genital mutilation is a multi-billion-dollar industry that destroys healthy and functional tissues and parts in exchange for experimental and non-functioning grotesques of the genitalia of the opposite sex while declaring that genitals do not define gender. Juveniles are unable to provide informed consent for life-altering irreversible decisions about destructive and experimental procedures that often subject them to a lifetime of pharmaceutical bondage, perpetual infections, misery & death.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Neutral
Christian marriage is a covenantal relationship between husband and wife as a picture of the sacrificial & salvific relationship between Christ and the church. The legal mimicry of marriage is merely a contractual agreement with the State. What the State calls "marriage" has no effect on the Biblical institution of marriage itself. This is an excellent example of the angst and instability created when the government delves into social engineering instead of its proper role of protecting Rights.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
All mankind is created equal, endowed with unalienable Rights, among which are Life, Liberty and the Property, to fulfill their self-determined Creator-endowed purpose. Governments are instituted to secure individual Rights with the power derived from the consent of the governed, and not to plunder one for the benefit of another. Rights coexist with responsibility such that they are held by all to the extent they are protected by all-- either everyone holds all, or none hold any—“all for one, or none for all.” As Imago Dei, all are of equal value, but attempts to compel equal outcome would require immoral oppressive force in denial of every person’s unique nature and value and the determination that one outcome is superior to another.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Neither ballot boxes nor mail boxes have never been secure, nor do such ballots have a valid chain of custody. No other agency uses "signature verification" as a valid confirmation of identity for documents obtained in darkness. If voters cannot trust the identity of all other voters, trust in the outcome of an election won’t exist and trust cannot be compelled. Elections are the nation’s highest value military target, making security is a requirement far above niceties like convenience.
States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.
Strongly Disagree
The USA is a Constitutional Republic, not a Democracy. A Republic protects the individual from the mob, while a democracy feeds him to it. Eliminating the Electoral College would make the direction of our country entirely determined by our large population centers which have proven themselves incapable of sound, sustainable governance, behaving as insatiable parasites devouring the liberty and prosperity of their neighbors. Eliminating the EC would lead to States seceding for self-preservation.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
The continual & intentional inciting of one phenotype against another over the amount of melanin is a danger to domestic security & tranquility. After the Civil War Jim Crowe laws were imposed based on Darwinistic ideations to thwart phenotype blending. CRT is a continuation of the inexplicable desire to keep phenotypes separate through animosity with the narrative that one phenotype is a perpetual victim and another the perpetual oppressor and natural victor. Victimhood precludes self-agency.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
While Frederick Douglass aptly observed that the seeds of slavery's demise were in the words of our founding document recognizing that "all men are created equal," Booker T Washington observed "there is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don't want the patient to get well, because as long as the disease holds out, they have not only an easy means of making a living, but also an easy medium through which to make themselves prominent before the public."
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
Spaces for females were established to allow and encourage more complete participation in society by providing a refuge from stronger and more aggressive males. That a mediocre male athlete can dominate a sport means the benefits females gained from female-only sports would be extinguished. The physical advantages derived from the expression of the Y chromosome cannot be eliminated by tucking or wrong-sex hormones.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.
C. CO2 contributes less than 10% to the greenhouse gas effect; there are over 3200billion tons of CO2 in the atmosphere; the USA creates approximately 5billion tons annually; there are over 300million people in the USA. (10%)(5/3200)/300M = 1/2-trillionth. That equates to 1 drop in 20 Olympic swimming pools (20drops/mL, 2.5M L per pool). Global: 8B 1/2-trillionths = 4/1000's of (eg) 2C = 0.008C NetZero = NadaZero You cannot change the climate by eliminating hydrocarbons.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Hydrocarbons are readily available and energy dense. The resultants from the extraction of the stored solar energy are primarily CO2 and H2O, both of which are life-foundational molecules. The eco-raping delusion of "green energy" is not viable.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
no
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
no
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
"That to secure these Rights (among which are Life, Liberty & the pursuit of happiness) governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Government is the collective preservation of the individual rights to Life, Liberty & Property. Creating a government fixated on social engineering creates resentment and instability. Prosperity redistribution at the point of a gun is theft regardless of whether the criminal is common or elected.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
To learn the value of old wisdom, simply forget it. It is fashionable for the do-nothings to criticize our nation’s foundation, conflating it with the mire from which it arose, but the moral and intellectual traditions of the West have created the most prosperous, peaceful and equitable period in history. Those values inspired a nascent backwater of loosely affiliated colonies to victory against the greatest empire in the world, and to tear down the timeless and global institution of slavery.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Strongly Disagree
Government needs to stay in its lane of collectively protecting the innate Rights of Life, Liberty & Property. Laundering money through the government under the guise of charity creates another perpetual government program under the "absolute control" of the State (Article V, section 34). When the collective of Rights are secure, any excess funds should be returned to the taxpayer to invest charitably, or in the free exchange of "good" for "good" which awards meaningful work and self-betterment.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The purpose of government is to collectively protect the Rights of "life, liberty (and) property" to ensure they are not deprived "without due process of law." Since the State has ceded this responsibility by coddling and actively importing known criminals, it is even more immoral to then infringe on the Right of self-defense. Those who have been convicted of forcibly violating the Rights of others could surrender their Right to bear arms as a contingency of release into society.
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
Statistically criminals prefer soft targets with unarmed victims. Politicians are protected by trained civil servants with firearms and children merit at least a commensurate level of security. Properly trained & armed teachers and school officials create uncertainty in a criminal's preferred imbalance of force, deterring that site as a preferred target, which makes it less likely that an armed teacher will ever experience a situation requiring the firearm.
