Our Constitution is predicated on certain, self-evident Creator-endowed Rights, the first of which is “Life,” without which any others are meaningless. The only declared role of government is “to secure these rights,” and continues into their protection that “no person shall be …deprived of Life, Liberty or Property, without due process off law.” A government that does not respect the personhood of one class cannot be expected or trusted to respect the personhood of any other.

In the case of medical necessity, as determined by the process due the pre-born and maternal persons where there is a definitive determination that if the pre-born person is not terminated then both persons will die. Over 99% of all feticides and fetal harvesting a are to evade the consequences of using procreation as recreation, subjecting the pre-born persons to cruel & unusual punishments of being torn limb from limb, bled out, suffocated, starved, chemically burned or literally “any” means.

Our certain, self-evident, Creator-endowed rights are merely privileges if they exist as an allowance by government power instead of originating from above government Itself. “Pro choice” really means an acceptance of the government as a conveyor of privileges instead of a securer of Rights. Effectively, Rights exist as “all for one” or they evaporate as “none for all.” Our individual rights exist only to the extent we ensure them for others, otherwise we sacrifice them for ourselves.

Life is either something to be secured, or it is not, no matter where it is on the spectrum between the conception of a person and their natural expiration. Embryos should only be created to the extent of the acceptance of the responsibility for their upbringing.

Securing life for all persons is the government’s primary role. The Hippocratic oath forbade both administering a poison or “a pessary to cause abortion” in the same “do no harm” sentence that has so elevated Western medicine. Unfortunately, as induced abortion of pre-born persons has become common, euthanizing the old and infirm has as well, and not all voluntarily. Further, the medical and psychological complications and risks of mail-order medical procedures cannot be understated.

Oppose: I agree with Dr. Sowell that the real minimum wage is $0/hr when a wage exceeds a worker’s level of productivity. While well-intentioned, it simply removes the bottom rungs of the economic ladder, leaving too many stranded at the bottom.

Marx promised the utopian “from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs,” only after “the enslaving subordination of the individual.” Free enterprise awards each according to his motivation and utility to others providing a dynamic, self-regulating system vs a bureaucratic paralysis. Too many unable or unwilling to provide societal benefit covetously turn to socialism to taxtract the prosperity of another to themselves. Free enterprise creates wealth; socialism despair.

Introduce zero-based budgeting—starting from $0 each cycle to ensure each expenditure is evaluated. Reduce government to essential government functions—“that government is best which governs least.”— To defend the nation and individuals from coercion, to establish rules and currency for free-market exchange, enforce the “rules of the game” with neither favoritism or deference. Audit those remaining systems and ensure their administration is focused on competence not ideology.

It means what it meant to Jefferson—that while that values of the church should infuse the operations of State, the directives or dictates of the State have no place invading the church. Our constitution is predicated on the Declaration of Independence which is premised on our certain, self-evident Rights in accordance with “the laws of nature and nature’s God” being Creator-endowed. If you remove the concept of our Rights being “Creator endowed,” the State becomes sovereign through power.

Compelled labor is equally anathema as compelled speech in a free society and undermines the very concept of a free market. A (eg) baker refusing a commission simply makes that opportunity available to another. Promote more businesses.

D: government funded healthcare has caused prices to explode. Roughly: mandated acceptance of (eg) 20% (1/5th) of price eventually drives a 5x increase in price if applicable to over 1/5th of patients in order to cover the cost of treatment. This increased price drives us to insurance programs which negotiate back towards the original price, but with a 20% copay. “Good intentions” further require unreimbursed care which drives the 340b pricing which inflates the cost of medicine by billions.

This data base would be an automatic result of State-funded medical care which is another reason to not have State-funded medical care. Such information would complicate incentives for a government paying to promote longevity (Medicare) and sustain it (Social Security), vs withholding care to provide earlier access to estate taxes. The data would inevitably be compromised, the cost of which would be imposed on taxpayers themselves.

Professional military studies decades ago discussed the “silent rise” ambitions of China through indirect means of espionage, hacking, bribery and subverting and taking over manufacturing (which was greatly facilitated by the Y2K normalization of trade and our subsequent addiction to cheap labor). Their expanded economic base allows them to acquire increased military capacity, precluding intervention against any of their expansionist aggression.

Yes, as is our relationship with every country in a global economy. Through Old Testament teachings, our cultures have a similar foundation and way of life that is under attack throughout the world. Strategically, Israel is critical to keeping access to the Suez Canal which handles over 12% of global trade for both energy & commerce as well as being a crucial military chokepoint. It is also important for protecting interests throughout the Middle East.

It is unjust to traffic humans into a permanently exploitable and expendable slave-caste, especially while being foist on society to subsidize through coercive taxation, thus jeopardizing citizens through wage loss, taxation, crime and increased housing demand driving up prices while compromising medical. Policies to only hold illegal migrants for a short duration before turning them over to federal authorities have resulted in turning them loose instead at great risk and cost to society.

Since beginning in 1980 with a $14billion budget to nearly $270billion in 2024, “academic performance has largely stagnated, with little meaningful improvement in student achievement over the decades.” Today, despite spending an average of nearly $20,000 per student per year in Colorado, only about 25% of juniors “meet or exceed standards,” although nearly 80% will go on to graduate. Centralization has resulted in corruption and failure pervading the system. This is an area for local control.

“The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world.”Universities shape future policy, but give deference to expand and maintain their funding. That could compromise research, promote anti-US activism, influence research, steal intellectual property, or even create a curriculum deferent or promotional of the hostile nation which will result in future economic and policy decisions. Climate activism is funded by billions of foreign dollars for policies that harm the US economically and strategically.

This year I presented HCR25-1003 which would have allowed voters to add to the list of unalienable rights, that “OF DIRECTING THE UPBRINGING, EDUCATION , AND CARE OF THEIR CHILDREN,” which the Colorado general assembly democrats killed in committee.

It is impossible to transition a child to the opposite sex. More than 99.9% of all humans physically manifest clear male or female biological traits aligning with the XY or XX chromosomal patterns that inscribed in every one of their cells. A child cannot give informed consent to a becoming a life-long medical experiment where healthy anatomy is modified or removed after they have been unnecessarily sexualized by “trusted adults” and exposed to material like RatedBooks.org to induce confusion.

As a creation ordinance, the government has no moral authority over marriage. However, inserting a definition of marriage into law and tax code puts that definition in the realm of government tinkering. People were remiss to challenge the government’s authority when it benefitted them financially and became habituated to the government’s primacy in this area.

“Lotteries are a tax on stupidity.” Governments are purposed to secure citizens from being deprived of “life, liberty, or property, without due process of law,” and should not capitalize on a weakness. Gambling, while voluntary, is designed to separate someone from their property, and is not “victimless.” Gambling addiction leads to further crime and exploitation as well as the destabilization of families and communities.

I believe in Jesus as the Son of God and Messiah, the living Word, present with God from the beginning (John 1:1), and our rights as Creator-endowed, self-evident in and entitled by “the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God,” thus making all mankind equal.

Just like “locks keep honest people honest,” photo ID discourages illegal voting. Politics is about the control of power and money and voting determines who controls that power and money, and thus attracts those attracted to power and money. Non-verification of voters encourages the non-scrupulous to take advantage of the system which leads to exploitation of the system. Securing the rights of citizens requires vigilance to preclude exploitation, which requires vetting qualification.

That “past racism is undone by present racism and present racism undone by future racism” is a commitment to continual racism. Before Colorado was a State, it was a slave-holding Spanish territory where the Spanish & Natives both captured and owned slaves. North Africa and Arabia were the hub of the slave trade, and remain so today. Feudalism is just a system of layered slavery. Socialism is just a new form of feudalism where a small group controls property and people for some “greater good.”

A woman is an adult female—not a feeling, or assemblage of parts. As rights are Creator-endowed, M/F is Creator instituted, inscribed within every one of our cells. Female spaces were created to protect women from stronger males to ensure and encourage their broader participation in society; that should not be undone. Females are physically less strong and thus at risk to males; a female should not be subject to physical harm to placate the feelings of male or an ideology in denial of reality.

It is not, but IF CO2 was 100% responsible for the GHGE, per “consensus” science (100%)(33C)(5/3300) =0.05 ? is the absolute most that could change if the USA went NetZero for decades. The sun’s increased radiance since the pre-industrial ice-age equates to 2+ Hiroshima events per SECOND impacting earth. The earth’s surface temperature is driven by adiabatic compression of the continual convective cycle driven by the sun, evaporation and earth’s rotation. APCC is sub-negligible, at best.

Natural gas and coal are available now. Nuclear has great potential and is possibly the safest overall. All-electricity, however is an “all eggs in one basket” bad idea. Prior to the CO2 scare, clean-coal had de-sulfur’d by over 90%.

Meaning “Constitutional”—Creator-endowed Rights & equality were & remain revolutionary. “Conservative” generally means “keeping old ideas that work” (but, at one point slavery was “conservative”), or “not revolutionary” to a Marxist (oddly promoting neo-feudalism). Our use of “liberal” seems to have no bearing on free thought or open-mindedness, but on “liberal theology” believing man is “free” from original sin & thus perfectible through government “enslaving subordination of the individual.”

The government’s role is to secure the rights of citizens. Rights are predicated on responsibility, including the responsibility to not violate the rights of others (ref “all for one, or none for all.”) Government must prevent itself & others from depriving any of “life, liberty, or property without due process.” If someone is unwilling or unable to NOT violate the rights of others, they must be constrained from doing so for the duration of a penalty or until they regain the ability.

The 1A is often cited as precluding this, but sexualizing & exploiting children is a known harm to the child and society, thus obligating government intervention (perhaps through content designators). While interstate commerce, any government authority over communication creates immediate 1A concerns and opens the door for unintended intrusion. Age verification sounds good, but enacts digital ID and government regulated access. Ultimately, individual responsibility cannot be ceded to government.

Sharia law is anathema to our founding and to the values of our Republic. Strategically, Islamism is a doctrinally expansionist military program and proponents have made direct threats against the constitution and our nation, and have engaged in asymmetric attacks such as 9/11. Overt acts to overthrow the government through force or violence are considered treasonous and should be treated as a legitimate threat resulting in loss of citizenship and residency not deference and placation.

Any “common sense” gun measure is only a step to the next. The 2A is about citizen sovereignty over government—both hunting and personal protection could be outsourced. If an individual chooses to, or threatens to violate the rights of others by any means, they should be separated from society into a situation where they are unable to violate their responsibility to NOT violate the rights of others. Government tyranny has killed hundreds of millions by regulating guns; it is the biggest threat.
