QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
No circumstances allow for the elective murder of an unborn human.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Disagree
Chemical abortion drugs are not safe and are still a tool used for murder.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What is your position on the minimum wage?
Minimum wage should never be raised to a point where it affects free enterprise and the public's ability to purchase. Business owners have to raise prices to afford the increased overhead and consumers must spend more for the same goods/services.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
No, and ESG ratings should be banned.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
No circumstances exist that would allow our government to force a church to close.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
I do not support universal healthcare. Healthcare is not a provided right under the Constitution. Privatizing industries usually results in more competition which spurs better services and results. Let's get big government out of our business. As long as they help pay for it, they have a say in how it's regulated and how you can use it.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Unfortunately, our courts are still ruling that some vaccinations are Constitutional. I believe each person has the right to decide their own level of risk and vaccinations can be encouraged, but not required.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Absolutely. Even if you're not viewing our relationship with Israel through a biblical lens, the power structure in the Middle East effects the entire world. From the threat of another World War and the use of nuclear weapons, to access of the natural resources in the region, Israel's independence and stability is crucial for the security of the rest of the world.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
If our border is not secure, we are not secure. 'A nation that cannot control its borders is not a nation." - Ronald Reagan. An open border has shown to invite crime and drugs into our states and overwhelm our law enforcement agencies. We must protect America first if there is to be an America to protect.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Agree
Parents should have options in who they can partner with in educating their children. We must protect our home school families which know that by accepting government funds (even if they are YOUR tax dollars back to you), you are inviting the government into your home to monitor the education you are providing your children. Tax credits, if meticulously organized, with legislation to protect from gov. overreach, could be an option. But not vouchers, which align more with universal education.
VALUES
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.
Strongly Agree
They are the sole decision makers. We do not co-parent with the government.
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Strongly Disagree
Absolutely not!
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a born again believer, having accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was 7 and was baptized at age 9. I've grown up in Baptist and Non-Denominational churches. I have served in many positions within our church, from child services to mentoring new leaders as a Community Group Coach. I started and ran the Moms ministry for a couple years. I believe 'Church' is best done in circles, not rows. We are better together and were made to do life together- sharing each others burdens and learning from each other. Every person has been made in God's image and has giftings instilled by our Creator. I know I need God in every area of my life- parenting, as a wife, in business, and in representing our community. Pray continually, think eternal.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
That's an easy NO
States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.
Strongly Disagree
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is not. But social justice racism is. They fan the flames of division and pervert the minds of the next generation to only see themselves through their skin color and any minority status they can claim to promote themselves on the intersectionality hierarchy. While it may not be considered a threat to domestic security, this social justice mentality is a threat to our prosperity that makes us less competitive on the world stage, having infiltrated every level of our education systems.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.
C. It also wastes an extraordinary amount of tax dollars by forcing companies to invest in and produce faux 'clean energy' products, such as electric vehicles or provide electric charging stations at their businesses.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Fossil Fuels. Oil and Gas. I have yet to see Solar or Wind sources provide any sustainable amount of energy without an huge price tag. They also come with a substantial amount of risk of damage to the energy collector and the environment around them.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To protect the rights of the citizens.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The 2nd Amendment is clear- "Shall not be infringed." We have the right to KEEP and BEAR arms. If not covered by that amendment, the States can interrupt the gray areas. I believe since it does not say "right to keep and bear arms UNLESS YOU (fill in the blank)", there is not much room for any gun restrictions.
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
