QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I do not believe elective abortion should ever be allowed. “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5)
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Strongly Disagree
I do not believe in chemical abortion. Certain liberal states are using these drugs to provide abortion-by-mail in states that have rightfully outlawed the practice of abortion.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
I am Pro-Life from the womb to the tomb. I do not believe in assisted suicide or euthanasia.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
There is no reason that abortion providers like Planned Parenthood should be receiving any taxpayer funds.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Private property is private. I am a firm believer in free enterprise and individual liberty.
What is your position on the minimum wage?
I believe that the free market will determine what is ‘minimum.’ Government-mandated wages only lead to inflation.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
No. ESG is a liberal scam and it has no business guiding any use of public investment or appropriations.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Never. Separation of church and state means that the state should NEVER interfere with the private practice of religion. Christians have a responsibility to practice their faith openly and let it guide their decisions on engagement in the public square.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
No, that would be a violation of the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
Should religious schools which accept state funds be allowed to only admit families and students who agree to adhere to their statement of faith?
No
If they accept public funds, they cannot legally discriminate solely on the basis of one’s faith. If they are private, they can accept or reject whomever they choose.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Never. I firmly stand against government mandates for untested and potentially hazardous vaccines.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
We must not allow the Chinese Communist Party to continue sending spies (or balloons) to our country, buying up our land and infiltrating our insitutions.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. Israel is a key ally, and we must support them as the only true representative democracy in the Middle East.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Strongly Agree
Yes. I believe this is a key component in School Choice, which I fully support.
VALUES
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Strongly Disagree
Never.
No healthcare diagnosis or treatment, whether mental, reproductive, or otherwise, should be given to a child without first receiving written consent from the parent unless an emergency situation arises risking immediate death.
Strongly Agree
Parents have a fundamental right to oversee the decisions of their minor children.
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
The Left has an agenda to corrupt this upcoming generation, and we must put a stop to it immediately.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is defined by God, not by the government or any man.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian conservative who believes that Judeo-Christian principles founded this country and must be preserved in order to keep our republic.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
Voting absentee by mail ballot should be limited to those meeting at least one of the following criteria: 1) 65 years of age or older on Election Day, 2) sick or disabled, 3) expecting to give birth within three weeks before or after Election Day, or 4) confirmed to be absent from the county of registration during voting.
Strongly Agree
All of the above appear to be legitimate reasons to vote absentee by mail, pending signature verification.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
“Anti-racism” is the new racism. I believe our society should be race-blind in every aspect, as everyone is created in the image of God.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
No. CRT is a scam intended to divide our nation.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Disagree
No. There are only two genders.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.
C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Strongly Disagree
No. I will fight against any effort to defund the police. We must DEFEND the police.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I'm a proud gun owner and I fully support the right of every American citizen to keep and bear arms. I will fight against any restriction which seeks to undermine the 2nd Amendment.
