RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I would champion legislation to block/end Federal funding of Planned Parenthood, et al. The Federal Government should not be involved in healthcare. Look at the disaster the Federal bureaucracy caused with its handling of Covid-19. I will vote NO on any bill, resolution, measure, amendment to Federally fund PLANNED PARENTHOOD or the alike. At the very least, it should be handled at the State Legislature as a 10th Amendment - State's Rights issue.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
I support President Donald J. Trump's "Right-to-Try Act," (Trickett Wendler, Frank Mongiello, Jordan McLinn, and Matthew Bellina Right to Try Act), signed into law May 30, 2018 to increase access to experimental therapies for the terminally-ill. https://www.fda.gov/patients/learn-about-expanded-access-and-other-treatment-options/right-try https://www.hsgac.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/2017.08.02%20Right%20to%20Try%20as%20amended.pdf *Constitutionally, this is a 10th Amendment - State's Rights issue.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
We need to STOP KILLING OUR BABIES, period. Constitutionally-speaking, the Federal Government needs to stay out of medical decisions. Medical decisions should be decided between a patient, healthcare professional, family members, clergy and faith leaders, attorneys and financial advisors. Regardless, the Federal Government should not be involved in regulating abortion. In 1973, Roe v. Wade was decided under the Commerce Clause (Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 which states "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes,") and the 14th Amendment (Section 1 - Equal Protection Clause). Constitutionally-speaking, this will most likely be revisited by the U.S. Supreme Court and be reversed to a 10th Amendment issue - State's Rights. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
FALSE. Redistribution of wealth is COMMUNISM, and I will NOT support policies that perpetuate the administrative state, or the principles of communism, fascism, socialism or any other authoritarian doctrine which undermines the proper role of government outlined in the U.S, Constitution. President Donald J. Trump reduced regulations and cut taxes and the economy was much better than under Joe Biden.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
I support fiscal responsibility -- I will not support policies which increase the debt burden of Americans, nor will I support policies which increase inflation, nor will I vote to spend the money of my constituents on policies that are not strictly outlined in the United States Constitution. Federal Government spending, which equates to more unconstitutional taxation, is going to lead generations of yet-to-be born Americans into insurmountable debt which is a form of slavery (control).
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Before 1913, federal government revenue came mainly from taxes on goods—tariffs on imported products and excise taxes on items like whiskey. More taxes means more Federal spending and more dependence on Federal programs creating a "Nanny/Welfare State." I am not for giving the Federal Government more power. Along with the private central bank, the Federal Reserve, they will create more fiat currency (print money "out of thin air") and spend more at our expense. Federal Income taxes are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The 16th Amendment should be REPEALED as it is unconstitutional and is contrary to Article 1, Section 9, Clause 4 of the U.S. Constitution which states: "No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken." Abolish the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) which has been further weaponized to spy on Americans and monitor and track transactions over $600. Taxation, in any form, is a form of control and surveillance.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Our Founding Fathers paid heavily to ensure future Americans enjoyed religious liberty, yet religious exemptions to covid injections mandates are being arbitrarily denied by the U.S. Military, private employers and industry. This is horrific and must be defended at all costs. WE WILL NOT COMPLY with tyrannical mandates. Churches, restaurants, places where people peaceably assemble and share ideas should have NEVER been ordered closed. BigTech censorship treads on religious liberty as well.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Example: Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission. Questions presented in this case are: 1. Would requiring services violate the free exercise clause of the 1st Amendment? 2. Would requiring services be impermissible compelled speech in violation of the 1st Amendment? (Source: https://www.americanbar.org/groups/crsj/publications/human_rights_magazine_home/the-ongoing-challenge-to-define-free-speech/not-a-masterpiece/https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/17pdf/16-111_j4el.pdf )
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
None. Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Madison practiced a faith known as Deism. The First Amendment states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
NEVER. There should never be mandatory vaccinations or coerced medical procedures against Informed Consent. This was already decided in the Nuremberg Tribunals (United States v. Brandt) which provided us the Nuremberg Code. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that, before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject, there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person, which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity. It should be noted that I signed the "TEXANS for Vaccine Choice PLEDGE" attesting that: "I pledge to the citizens of the State of Texas that I will vigorously work to prohibit all vaccine mandates in Texas, including those imposed by both public and private businesses, and I support a special session to do so immediately." The American Revolutionary War was fought during a smallpox pandemic which killed an estimated 130,000 colonists, we don't suspend, pause or put on hold our rights for anything under our U.S. Constitution. If elected to Congress, I will reject bills, resolutions, measures, amendments, and policies which mandate medical decisions (especially as a condition of employment, housing or public accommodation). I will vote to preserve each individual life and citizen's rights. The primary responsibility of any elected official is to protect a citizen's rights. Under Article VI Claus 3 of the United States Constitution: "Representatives.... shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution." Sadly, this has not been the case in the Covid19-era, elected officials have NOT defended our rights or bodily autonomy or religious freedom. What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Anything "centralized" (Federal-funded or controlled) is contrary to the U.S. Constitution. Having the Federal Government's chubby little fingers over our healthcare impedes our freedoms. The LBJ Administration, under the "Great Society," created Medicare and Medicaid and now, unfortunately, generations of Americans, retired Americans, and poor Americans are dependent on Federal programs. I am for ending Federally taxpayer funded healthcare until there is a Constitutional, reasonable solution to the Medicaid/Medicare crisis the Federal Government and the United States Congress created in 1965. I will not vote to end funding for persons with previous medical conditions.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C. and D. We need to protect our OWN borders from invasion and stay out of foreign conflicts and stop policing the world. To quote President Donald J. Trump: "For too long, a small group in our nation’s capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost.” World wars, armed conflicts, and unconstitutional acts of aggression come at a cost - the cost of American lives. Dr. Ron Paul advocates free trade, isolationism and non-interventionism. I believe President George Washington warned of meddling in foreign affairs. I will support a humble foreign policy, no nation building and no policing of the world, nor will I support unconstitutional wars of aggression. Article 1, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution, CONGRESS has the power to declare war. President Donald J Trump is adamant the War in Iraq/Afghanistan was a mistake and President Trump kept us out of wars while he was in office. President Trump was assertive and maintained good relationships with even rogue leaders including the Taliban.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
I'm a fan of the 'Abraham Accords' which states: "In this spirit, we warmly welcome and are encouraged by the progress already made in establishing diplomatic relations between Israel and its neighbors in the region under the principles of the Abraham Accords. We are encouraged by the ongoing efforts to consolidate and expand such friendly relations based on shared interests and a shared commitment to a better future." The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
There are treasonous actors within our own government who have colluded with Communist China, other nations and billionaire globalists for a long time. U.S. Senator Joseph McCarthy launched Congressional hearings into this in the 1950s. When President Trumps says, "We caught them all," he means it.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
President Donald J Trump's Executive Order #13769 sums it up best and should continue to be utilized. Highlights of Executive Order 13769 are listed below: 1. (Sec. 3). Suspension of Issuance of Visas and Other Immigration Benefits to Nationals of Countries of Particular Concern 2. (Sec. 4). Implementing Uniform Screening Standards for All Immigration Programs. 3. (Sec 5). Realignment of the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. Secretary of State shall suspend the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program for 120 days. 4. (Sec. 6). Rescission of Exercise of Authority Relating to the Terrorism Grounds of Inadmissibility. 5. (Sec. 7). Expedited Completion of the Biometric Entry-Exit Tracking System. 6. (Sec. 8). Visa Interview Security. 7. (Sec. 9). Visa Validity Reciprocity. 8. (Sec. 10). Transparency and Data Collection. IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Article IV Section IV of the United States Constitution states: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion...." Failure to do so is clearly a treasonous act. This is 5th Generation (unconventional) warfare to purposely destroy the United States of America.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Complete the border wall, re-introduce Stay in Mexico policy, reduce foreign aid to countries who empty their citizens onto our borders, tighten and enforce immigration laws, and repeal the Hart-Cellar Act of 1965. Immigration is a privilege, not a right. We don’t need wholesale immigration reform – we have laws on the books that need to be followed as written first. Immigration should return to a quota-and-merit-based system.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Again, immigration is a privilege, not a right. We don’t need wholesale immigration reform – we have laws on the books that need to be followed as written. ENFORCE EXISTING IMMIGRATION LAWS. Restore ICE ability to DEPORT DANGEROUS CRIMINALS, FELONS, and organized criminal gangs. Immigration should return to a quota-and-merit-based system, as such, America benefits from growth, prosperity, and sustainability.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Disagree
I disagree with liberal U.S. Supreme Court decisions on sexual orientation and gender identity. This should be reserved to a 10th Amendment - State's Rights issue. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
CRT is divisive and un-American. We must preserve, protect, defend all our monuments, statues, and honor all the lives lost in?every conflict.?That IS our history. History is brutal, we must never forget?atrocities,?or we are bound to repeat them.?No matter good, the bad,?or?the ugly. If history is taught correctly in our schools again, raw and with all its warts, students will come to understand our's is a rich history, despite its flaws.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I'm a God-fearing man who's spiritual beliefs guide his moral convictions. I'm a fan of the Golden Rule which is the principle of treating others as one wants to be treated. It is a maxim that is found in most religions and cultures.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
REQUIRE photo identification to minimize stolen elections. Fix November 3, 2020 or there is no legitimacy in 2022, 2024 elections.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I demand a full forensic audit including, but not limited to, candidates and party chairs initiating audits by county clerks for State, County, and all local “down-ticket” elections. To remedy fraud, we must first: - Follow established and codified election laws and strengthen State election laws against fraud; - Repeal elections laws pushed through in the 6 months leading up to the RIGGED November 3, 2020 Presidential Election; - Complete a full-forensic audit of all elections, including “down ticket” local races; - Scrub voter roles; - Ban or Secure voting machines; - No mail-in votes (except those authorized – deployed military, the infirm); - No drive-thru votes; - PHOTO ID (Carter-Baker Commission proposed uniform system of photo ID) - Audit all 50 States; - DECERTIFY the 2020 Presidential Election – WE KNOW TRUMP WON. - RE-do the Presidential election using sequentially-numbered, watermarked, anti-fraud paper ballots; - Nationwide voting on One Day - Election Day; - Prosecute those responsible -Big Tech conspirators, foreigners and foreign nations.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
No, this is divisive and is probably a phase of Ideological Subversion. We must preserve, protect, defend all our monuments, statues, and honor all the lives lost in conflict. That IS our history. History is brutal, we must never forget atrocities, or we are bound to repeat them. No matter good, the bad, or the ugly. If history is taught correctly in our schools again, raw and with all its warts, students will come to understand ours is a rich history, despite its flaws.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No, globalism, Ideological Subversion, and tyrannical government (treason) is the greatest domestic threat. Uphold, preserve, protect and defend the U.S. Constitution. The greatest threat to domestic security is TREASON.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
I support relaxing or eliminating of nuisance regulations, fees, and taxes which makes alternative forms of energy production more costly. Drop the regulations and let industry and the free market come up with solutions. If industry harms people or the environment, environmental tort claims should arise in courts of law. China, India, etc. are the world's biggest polluters and yet they don't have to comply with our burdensome regulations.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. President Donald J. Trump relaxed, reduced, or eliminated regulations, reduced taxes and the U.S. Economy thrived like never before.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
I'm the only Constitutional Conservative candidate in the 3rd Congressional District primary. I swore an Oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution as a former law enforcement officer (Texas Peace Officer) and it is something that I don't take lightly. I applied the Bill of Rights on every citizen interaction, consensual encounter, traffic stop, warrant service, call for service, prisoner transport, and even court bailiff.
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I'm the only native ("hometown kid") in this primary and I will never sell-out my home district or the People. I, JEREMY IVANOVSKIS, A LIFELONG PLANO NATIVE AND FULL-BLOODED TEXAN, HUMBLY ASK FOR YOUR VOTE ON MARCH 1ST, 2022.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Disagree
Disagree, however, they should be prosecuted for excessive use-of-force complaints if a thorough investigation reveals criminal negligence, wrongdoing, or a violation of a citizen's civil rights.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
Strongly disagree, I WILL NEVER VOTE TO DEFUND our Men and Women of Law Enforcement.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. The 2nd Amendment states: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." I will champion the full repeal of the 1934 National Firearms Act and the Gun Control Act of 1968 to that end, to restore the 2nd Amendment to its intended purpose of "shall not be infringed."
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Anyone can sue anyone, but should victims of road rage, knife attacks, baseball bats or any other attack be justified in suing car dealerships, baseball bat retailer and manufacturers or knife retailers and manufacturers?
