RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I oppose Federal funds (grants, appropriations) for any of the above-mentioned services or procedures. Federal funds should also not be allocated for State & local governments. Dobbs v. Jackson overturned Roe v. Wade, remanding abortion back to the States under the 10th Amendment - State's Rights. State Legislatures are now best suited to address the funding & constitutionality of abortion regulation. Abortion should not be a 'substitute' for birth control given all available resources.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Supposedly, Biden's FDA is seeking to make the abortion pill "RU-486" (Mifepristone) available over-the-counter and by mail. State Legislatures are the proper venue to enact laws addressing any of the above-mentioned items in Question2.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Perhaps the Texas Legislature should amend the Texas Heartbeat Act [Senate Bill 8 - 87th Legislative session] to allow abortion exceptions in cases of sexual assault, incest, or when affecting the life of the mother.

Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?

With the 2022 "Dobbs v. Jackson" decision (No. 19-1392, 597 U.S. 215), the U.S. Supreme Court held that the Constitution of the United States does not confer a right to abortion. Since abortion is now regulated by the States under the U.S. 10th Amendment (States' Rights), the Federal government should have no further action on abortions. Despite the court decision, this won't deter some U.S. Representatives from introducing bills to continue to make abortion a "Federal issue."


RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Jefferson and Madison felt that state support for a particular religion or for any religion was improper, I AGREE. The 1st Amendment prevents the establishment of a national church (i.e. Church of England in Great Britain), and in doing so early colonists did not have to fear Government interference in the right of religious conscience. Madison & Jefferson argued compelling citizens to support a faith they did not follow violated their natural right to religious liberty.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

ANY requirement that an individual or business be required to provided services is both contrary to NATURAL LAW and free market capitalism. If a business won't provide a service, the consumer should simply look elsewhere or provide the service for themselves as an entrepreneurial start-up business opportunity.


NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

Both C. and D. Empire-building & "policing" the world only brings more conflict & debt. We must focus on our sovereignty unless in imminent danger. The U.S should stay out of foreign affairs. Our Founders wrote about and spoke out against meddling in the affairs of other nations. Washington's Farewell address & Neutrality Proclamation, Eisenhower's Farewell Address, Ron Paul's life's work and Trump's efforts have advocated to keep us out of foreign wars.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

If President Trump were in-office, I believe the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) would be a much lesser threat to the United States as we are with Biden. President Trump brought peace and he will continue to do so even with rogue superpower and other emerging nations.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

I don't believe it is. This belief that our relationship with Israel is "so important" is promoted by "Christian Zionism" ideology. As President Trump has often said, these nations have been fighting for thousands of years, but he did accomplish peace in the Middle East with the Abraham Accords.

What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?

Mandatory vaccines (i.e. Covid19 mRNA shots), a "woke" Military 'leadership' under Biden and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, endless, unconstitutional proxy wars on foreign soil, unfavorable duty station assignments, unrealistic rules of engagement, P.T.S.D. especially for combat veterans and the treatment of our veterans receive after their service are likely causes for military recruitment and retention.


HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

NEVER. Per the Nuremberg Code: Voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential, meaning the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free choice ["Informed Consent"].

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Answer: C for now. Sadly, generations of Americans have become all too dependent on big government and democrat enacted programs such as Roosevelt's "New Deal" Social Security and LBJ's "Great Society" Medicare and Medicaid. I believe President Trump has a viable way to gradually phase-out such government dependence with dignity. Return to "fee-for-service" with appropriate controls on insurers (pre-1982 Congress).


ECONOMY

What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?

Ideally, repeal the 16th Amendment (Federal income tax), abolish the IRS and the Federal Reserve (private central bank), repeal both the Federal Insurance Contributions Act ("FICA") and Self-Employment Contributions Act ("SECA").

Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Student loan forgiveness would leave future generations of Americans enslaved by insurmountable debt. Like any other loan(s), if you take out a loan, you repay in-full.

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

Absolutely not. This is a globalist United Nations initiative.


IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Enforce existing Federal law. FINISH THE WALL. Deport terrorists, cartels, gangs (MS-13), & those released from prisons & insane asylums in other countries. End Obama-era executive order and unconstitutional practice known as Deferred Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals ("DACA"). End immigration “lotto” and loopholes. As President Trump often says, “We’re not getting the best and brightest." End chain migration. Without secure borders or legitimate elections, we don’t have a country.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Vetted persons possessing no significant underlying mental issues who will positively contribute to our American way of life. People who will assimilate to the belief of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Ability to learn English who will appreciate our history, all of it - the good, bad, and the ugly. Individuals who wish harm to the U.S. or who wish to overthrow our form of governance shall be denied entry. Repeal Hart-Cellar, immigration should benefit the country not immigrant.


EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

I support President Trump’s “school choice voucher” initiative. Schooling is a “local level” initiative, funded by the State Legislature and local taxes and vouchers should follow the child. As a U.S. Representative, I would sponsor/co-sponsor bills that aimed to keep in that way. Our public schools are failing and/or, are woke. Parents should have a choice of how to best educate their child.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

I would sponsor/cosponsor bills to abolish, defund or limit the U.S. Department of Education’s rule-making authority and its role in local schools. Our public schools are failing and/or, are woke. I support President Trump’s executive order which established an 18-member commission which wrote a report on "core principles of the American founding and how these principles may be understood to further enjoyment of 'the blessings of liberty.' The President’s Commission produced 'The 1776 Report.'


CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

I don't support ANY Federal funds, grants, appropriations going to local police departments OR community programs. Police in the United States must not be "federalized," or "centralized," nor tied to Federal funds. Policing should be funded by State, County, and municipal appropriations and remain independent.


2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. In fact, "red flag" laws, "gun-free zones," the 1934 National Firearms Act (NFA) & the Gun Control Act (GCA) of 1968 only penalize law-abiding gun owners. These anti-2A measures should be repealed. The BATFE should be abolished. Locally, we should "harden soft targets" and abolish "gun free zones." The cure for violence is to quickly and swiftly neutralize it as it erupts. Criminals, gangs, thugs, mentally disturbed, and foreign armies care not about firearms restrictions.


JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.

Strongly OPPOSED. Joseph Biden and the radical left and globalists want to "pack the court" with more justices. More importantly, perhaps the U.S. Supreme Court should also return to a non-lifelong appointment status.

Very Conservative

I am a Constitutional Conservative, a constitutional purist. As a former law enforcement officer, I swore an Oath to preserve, protect and defend the U.S. Constitution and I applied that Oath on every citizen interaction, traffic stop, call for service and lawful arrest and I didn’t take it allegiance lightly. Have our elected officials forgotten their duty or considered it a nuisance? No matter the "talking point, hot topic, or controversy," always refer back to the U.S. Constitution.

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Per the Preamble: "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." The sole responsibility of elected officials is to defend our individual Rights. They swear an Oath or Affirmation to do so. 5 U.S.C. §3331

VALUES

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

I don't believe the Federal Government should intervene in marriage. The Supreme Court erred in the Obergefell v. Hodges case (2015) granting same-sex marriages under the 14th Amendment (equal protection clause). Marriage should be left to individual State Legislatures under the U.S. 10th Amendment (States' Rights).

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

President Trump touts that when he returns to the White House, he will press Federal agencies to halt to horrible practices mentioned above.

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

NEVER. No FEDERAL funds should ever be allocated for any of the above-mentioned services in Question #3. This includes gender transition services for Military, federal contractors, or federally-funded third parties. NOTHING about this should be Federally funded.

GOD-FEARING, RED, WHITE, AND BLUE-BLOODED PATRIOTIC AMERICANS OF ALL FAITHS, RELIGIONS, AND CREEDS MUST TAKE A STAND AGAINST THIS TYRANNICAL ASSAULT AND TAKEDOWN OF OUR GREAT REPUBLIC. WHEN PATRIOT CONSTITUTIONALISTS, GOD-FEARING WARRIOR SHEEPDOGS COME TOGETHER – THE BEST IS YET TO COME.


ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

PHOTO identification is required by government and private businesses in many of our daily activities such as boarding an airplane, driving, purchasing alcohol, firearms, tobacco, medications and prescriptions, and even CostCo. & Sam's Club memberships. Americans have no problems with the aforementioned activities which require a PHOTO IDENTIFICATION so why shouldn't something as important as VOTING be any different?

The Electoral College should be abolished.

NEVER. Besides, any abolishment of the Electoral College would require a Constitutional amendment. After the rigged, stolen 2020 Presidential Election, Congress and Joe Biden saw fit to enact the Electoral Count Reform and Presidential Transition Improvement Act of 2022 which amended the Electoral Count of 1887.


EQUALITY

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

CRT is Ideological Subversion. According to 'The 1776 Report,' "As a nation, we should oppose such efforts to divide us and reaffirm our common faith in the fundamental equal right of every individual to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

As a U.S. Representative, I would sponsor/co-sponsor bills to end funding for any organization or institution that uses or seeks to use Federal funds to promote this practice.


ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

I believe man-made "GEO-ENGINEERING" is a greater existential threat to mankind but no one wants to discuss that. Oil. President DJT often says, “Drill, Baby, drill.” Restore the strategic oil reserve, unleash the power of American energy as he did previously. According to President Trump, we have more "liquid gold" under out feet than any other nation on Earth.
