RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Being a leader in the prolife movement I can tell you we must find ways to be more vigilant. I never thought I would see the day when ROE would be overturned and liberal run cities would use tax payer dollars to transport women out of state to have an abortion in a state that has made it legal.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
None, and I have actively worked with Organizations across the country like The Justice Foundation to overturn ROE.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

As the former Texas Real Estate Commissioner I have fought to defend private property rights across the country. Recently, I successfully organized and defended 40,000 acres from being down zoned thereby protecting the land rights and value from over 4000 land owners.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

1: I am the only one who has stated I will sponsor a bill to eliminate birthright citizenship for Illegal aliens. which allows 300,000 new citizens who require support per year. 2: Eliminate counting illegal aliens in the census, this would then direct government resources and representatives attention back to everyday citizens. 3: Eliminate Medicare and Medicare fraud. 4: Eliminate IRS fraud, every year tax paying citizens have their account hacked and thieves steal their refunds.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
This is a misnomer which is NOT in the Constitution. As a Turning Point U.S.A Faith Pastor I know that "Separation of Church and State" is defined by three key points. 1- Freedom of belief: people are free to practice religion without government interference. 2- Government neutrality toward religion: The government shouldn't favor specific religions. 3- Protection of religion: The government should actively work to protect religious practices which don't create harm
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C. Obamacare was a lie and was a tax on the people. We can not fall into the universal health care trap, it will dilute our quality of care, choice of services and reduce all customer service aspects. We need to foster and support a private healthcare system that is functional and has Medicare and Medicaid. Across the board we need reform to find fraud, waste and abuse.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

WE MUST protect privacy, and remember that lists can be made into statistics and then be weaponized to promote an outcome. Protecting peoples private rights will be one of my highest priorities as a member of the U.S. congress.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
B. Our country is the light of hope and freedom around the world because we take care of our people and we must continue to do that. When necessary we should have limited decisive engagement around the world. We should fight fiercely through economic means and engage with our military on a limited strategic basis. We are at war with China in different ways around the world and must engage now or run the risk of losing that war.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Yes, and we must support Israel, they are our best neighbors in a rough neighborhood and are our strongest alley and eyes and ears in the region.

I have raised the alarm to end the expansion of SHARIA law in the United States, and border security as it relates to terrorists using that as a way into our country.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Asylum laws are clear, but it seems many people have been allowed into the U.S. that carry out horrible acts, like the murder of two National Guards members in DC. We need to slow down the immigration process and increase vetting. We can no longer allow our laws and good nature to be used against us.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

I have actively worked against sanctuary cities including in my hometown where I reported the San Antonio Police chief for taking part in these acts. I was deposed by the Texas Attorney Generals lawyers and City of San Antonio lawyers. Later the City settled out of court, delivering a victory against Sanctuary cities.
