OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

none

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I have actively worked with pro-life organizations my entire adult life, including fighting their illegal building of new facilities which broke zoning and development laws.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Its unfortunate that so many people running think this is ok, it is NOT

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

As a business owner. I can tell you that there are many changes that need to be made. Social security wil be depleted by 2034, we have to allow Americans to have control over their retirement outside of the Social Security system, and diversify funding for the future. Thats the only way to honor our seniors who have no other options but SSI.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Limit revenue provided to illegal aliens and Have donor states like Texas fund federal obligations and then send the change on to DC.... Instead of continueing to do what where doing, which is sending revenue the government hoping and praying they do right by our citizens.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Tuition rates in Texas and other states have skytocketed since it was deregulated. Since deregulation, tuition, is out of control, and we are losing craft industries, which leaves a vacuum of workers in the overall workforce

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

I have worked with many people to help prevent such goverment overreach. It is unconstitutional As a Pastor I know that our sovereignty should never be assaulted, because it was provided by our creator.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Absolutely none. As Executive Pastor of my church, I can tell you the pressure put on churches was unconstitional.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None, I have offered to write religious exemtion forms for people, and will continue to fight the federal and state overreach.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Strengthen families, Strengthen our economy, reduce regressive property Taxes.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

Yaweh, Jehovah God, already decreed that Land of Israel to be soveign, that must be honored,

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Strongly Agree, I am the 1st person in the History of Texas to suggest using this office to secure the border. I will build the wall and secure the border, My addtional idea of filling up the Rio Grand River will ensure economy and virtualy eliminate illegal entry into Texas.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone who wants to enter legally and who wants to contribute to our free society, by making America Stronger.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

The founding fathers were committed to the Judeo Christian Values, and we should embrace that commitment in our lives.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Strongly disagree; identity politics is a tool of of the left, and science has proven, you are born either a boy or a girl.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Strongly disagree: I reject CRT, it is intended to directly assault our free society, again I am the only person running for this office that activelty worked against this radical idealogy.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

GENESIS TO REVELATION NO EXEPTIONS. Jesus is the son of God, you must accept his as savior he will forgive your sins and give you everlasting life.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Absolutely not! I worked with project veritas to get the woman arrested for voter fraud in Texas that made national news.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

1: Election code does not mandate voting machines be zeroed out the day early voting begins. 2: Make the Secretary of State a Statewide elected office not appointed 3: anyone convicted of voter fraud, cant vote, cant donate or participate in campaign activity.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

NO because we are free to pursue any wrong we feel has been done. If you believe this, than you accept the theories behind critical race theory that the system is rigged against minorities.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

NO not all.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. I have fought for the energy sector and

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Yes, and I had an oil and gas operating company.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Secure the border, produce a military, deliver the mail and pretty much keep its hands off our freedom.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I have been ranked Very conservative by Ivoterguide previously, and my actions have only been more conservative since then. This is part of the reason why Sid Miller, Sheriiff Joe Arpaio, and Roger Stone have endorsed me along with Jonathan Saenz (personally) and Dr. Hotze and many other conservative grouos and people.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

no

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I will be the 1st land Commissioner who is born and raised in then Alamo City where I reside today with my wife and our 5 children, and I am blessed to be able to serve the citizens and fulfill the duties of this job on day 1. We have seen what happens when an incompetent person holds an office that they cant execute. Don’t allow the same mistake to take place in Texas.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Absolutely not, and I have fought to stop this in San Antonio. One person running for this seat created legislation to allow forced mental health checks, which could result in a persons firearms being removed.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

NONE, We should NOT restrict Gun ownership. There was a mental health check piece of legislation created by Texas Senators recently that allows for Gun confiscation, one of the candidates running for this office was part of that bills creation.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

No, and remember Guns don’t kill people any more that spoons make people fat….www.westonfortexas.com
