I would look at many of the governing agencies in our state that are over- regulating small businesses and merchants around the state. These agencies are often over funded and, in many cases, funding can be reduced to balance our budget and ensure limited government over-reach into private industry.

Separation of church and state simply means that you have the right to practice your faith without any interference from the government. It does not give the government the right to prevent religious organizations from practicing their faith. This great nation was founded on Judeo-Christian values and this has been ingrained in our history since the very beginning of our country.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have been a police officer since the age of 19, worked for the City of Detroit, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office as well as working with federal agencies such as the Drug Enforcement Administration. During my career, I have dealt with law and order daily and understand the real impact laws have on citizens. Additionally, my educational background includes degrees from Macomb Community College, Northwestern University and Columbia Southern University.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I am a Conservative Christian who lives by fundamental Christian values. I am a strong Constitutionalist and consider myself to be a true patriot. I have been in public service since the age of 19, working for city, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies. I am presently the Senior Financial Investigator for the Drug Enforcement Administration, working out of the Opioid Strike Task Force as a private contractor. After retiring as a Deputy Commander for the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office and having managed multimillion-dollar budgets and thousands of employees, I feel I am by far the best suited candidate for this position as State Senator for Michigan’s 8th district. I also believe that taking my investigative skills to Lansing is necessary and is much needed in today’s political climate.

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

I am pro-Second Amendment and I believe that any lawful citizen in the United States should be able to own a gun and carry a gun. There are numerous laws on the books to prosecute criminals carrying or using guns. This is a Constitutional right given to citizens of the United States it is my job to uphold.

I feel that racism is being used as a political ploy in America today to divide us. Having grown up in a very diverse neighborhood and having worked in very diverse areas of our state, I can say that race relations were very much improving until politics went into play in order to attempt to divide and conquer us.
