QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
My opponent Sally Hudson helped kill a bill that would have provided a $2,000 tax credit for parents of still born children. I strongly oppose her position and I support the bill proposed by the Faith and Freedom Coalition that would allow for this tax credit. Governor Ralph Northam claims that there should be a legal right to murder a child outside of the womb. As a doctor, it is disgraceful that a Virginia Governor would ever allow doctors to violate their Hippocratic oath and to have children killed outside of the womb, after birth. No person has a right to kill a child after they are born, period. In regards to abortion rights, I support the ultrasound law that was passed in 2012. I also support severe limitations on third trimester abortions (medical exceptions only) while maintaining the right to choose in the first and second trimesters.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Neutral
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.
Strongly Agree
Socialism provides a robust foundation for a stable economy.
Strongly Disagree
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
The best way to bring down unemployment is to: End all Covid-19 Lockdowns and Restrictions of businesses (allow businesses to decide on their own to limit their own hours, not the government). Limit unemployment benefits to encourage individuals to go back to work (many individuals have been on unemployment for over a year and have chosen to not work since their unemployment benefits were higher than their regular pay). Provide property tax cuts, and other tax cuts, to small businesses to increase the amount of jobs created by small businesses.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Since the COVID-19 Pandemic the federal government and various state governments have embraced deficit spending to promote “Stimulus Packages” to both individuals and businesses. I believe that the first three rounds of spending were necessary to help people that were forced out of work and businesses that were forced to shut down to recover, Ever since 2021 the majority Democratic Congress and our current President Biden have spent trillions of dollars which has greatly increased our inflation and has weakened the value of the United States Dollar. Rather than spending borrowed money, we should focus on stopping all further lockdowns and policies that promote businesses to continue to operate during the course of the pandemic. To boost the economy we need to put Virginians, and America as a whole, back to work.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or business owners because of their deeply held religious beliefs.
Strongly Agree
Governments should not penalize those who define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Neutral
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Neutral
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
We need regulation to limit prescription costs so that those persons in need of life saving medication are not paying an exuberant amount for it. Encourage the growth of “convergence care” clinics which lower medicinal costs by not accepting health insurance and cutting the administrative costs of care by eliminating health insurance compliance. I would also like to explore various health insurance reform measures, without making health insurance mandatory.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
I support sanctuary cities.
Strongly Disagree
EDUCATION
Tuition-free public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.
Agree
Any teaching to children on sex education in public schools must include all contraceptive methods, and should not show preference to abstinence.
Strongly Agree
People should be allowed to use public restrooms, showers, and changing rooms based on "gender identity."
Strongly Disagree
Free speech is under attack on public university and college campuses.
Strongly Agree
Parents should be the primary authority in decisions affecting their minor children.
Strongly Agree
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
John Locke’s Social Contract Theory was a large factor in the framing of the founding documents, that my relative George Mason IV, and many others were influenced by. I’m proud to be related to a Virginian who drafted the “Virginia Declaration of Rights, that the First Amendment to the United States Constitution is based off of.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a spiritual individual and I possess a belief in God as a non-denomonial Christian. However, I’m more private about my faith than other candidates for office.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
In 2006, I interned for the National Security Subcommittee, under the Government Reform Committee, in the Rayburn building of the United States Congress, after working for Congressman Tom Davis’s re-election campaign. From 2015 to 2016 I worked for the Concerned American Voters, PAC in support of U.S. Senator Rand Paul’s Presidential Race. In 2018, I created my own history website HamiltonHistoricalRecords.com Since creating that website I have written about my travels to over 30 states. In August 2020, I decided to run for the Virginia House of Delegates in the 57th District to take a stand for historical preservation, enacting term limits on the local, state and federal levels of government, to allow businesses to sell marijuana in the Commonwealth of Virginia, to break up the monopoly of ABC stores, to expand Interstate 95 and other highways, and to push back against Governor Northam’s abuse of power regarding his COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions.
