OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I firmly believe that women can and should work with their doctors to make the best medical decisions for their situation.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Neutral

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Agree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Those organizations that utilize directly or indirectly the country's infrastructure should pay their fair share of taxes.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Financial support for oil companies.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Agree

The first two years of College should be free and the second two years heavily subsidized. Advanced degree programs should also receive tax credits and or other incentives. We should also heavily subsidize training in trade crafts such as plumbing, carpentry .....

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Agree

Religion must remain a personal choice and should not be used to support discrimination.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

I do support Freedom of religion! After all, Freedom of Religion is a staple of our Constitution. Still, if the church in question promotes and participates in any form of violence, it should be heavily monitored and, if necessary, closed.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "Medicare for all," etc.)

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Interesting question. To answer this question, we must look at this issue from two points of view community and individual circumstances. A virus not only affects an individual but could and does affect the community as a whole. Therefore we must consider the neighborhood when making this decision. If you never interact with the community, do as you see fit. However, all precautions must be taken to protect the community if you interact with the community.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Any and all action necessary to eradicate terrorism, both foreign and domestic, should be taken, and those participating should be held accountable.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

This is a national issue, and I am running for a state office.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Choose not to answer

This is a national issue, and I am running for a state office.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

This is a national issue, and I am running for a state office.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Disagree

This supposed choice is causing our existing public education system to falter. We must stop non-educational entities that do not support special needs from receiving state, federal, or local funding. We must support our actual public schools as outlined by section IX of the Florida state Constitution

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Disagree

We must maintain the separation of church and state.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Agree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Neutral

The way this question is worded, there is no good answer one way or the other. Again we must keep the mantra of separation of church and state. But I support marriage equality.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Neutral

This is a ridiculous question as CRT is not taught in our classrooms.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I do believe that there is common energy between all peoples. If you choose to call this energy god, have at it. After all, you cannot create or destroy energy. You can only transform it. So when you pass from this world into the next, what happens to the energy you have created all your mortal days? Watch the movie defending your life; you can see parables to religion and the afterlife.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Agree

To support this requirement, all states should provide a free photo ID to all persons.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I would codify ROE V WADE ASAP.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Did not answer

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
