Various percentages across the entire budget would have to be reviewed, and some areas will take a bigger hit than others.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

No Answer
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
I like Thomas Jeffersons statement as follows: Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between Man & his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, & not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between Church & State. Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience, I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties." In Short keep religion and state seperate.
HEALTHCARE

ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I do support the second amendment as noted in this document. I do support a womens right to choose. I believe in working together to address our issues and coming up with a solution that will benefit all of those involved. For public info see my web and Facebook pages. www.Gostaver2020.com and FaceBook gostaver2020.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have spent about 40 plus years solving problems. In that time, I have had to address a multitude of issues and have done so despite having to jump over many hurdles.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
Yes, I am a second-generation veteran who believes in "Duty, Honor, and Country." These words I take to heart as well my oath to defend all peoples against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. We, the people, have seen our laws and constitutional norms shredded by those currently in power. The current administration has done it's very best to undercut our societal norms, such as a standard education system, legislated home rule to form what I call a central committee (State Legislature), and other underpinnings the people hold dear as outlined in our bill of rights. These folks have accomplished this through trickery of words and blatant power grabs. Too further their agenda, they sow hate and discontent, promote racist ideologies to divide and conquer the good peoples of this country. But through our vote we can take back our government and build back better.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Strongly Disagree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Neutral
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
No
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
When purchasing a gun, a person should have the firearm registered in their name and that individule should be held responsible for that guns usage. If the weapon is used in a crime, then the owner should be held to the same standard as the criminal unless that gun has been reported stolen or the registration has been legally changed to the new owner of the gun. We should not be selling military-grade weapons to the general public. There should be universal gun laws and registration.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Neutral
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Strongly Agree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Agree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
