QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Agree

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Agree

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Rape, incest the heath of the mother

Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?

No they do not. Abortion law is a practice of medicine law which determines under what circumstances a physician is allowed or not allowed to perform an abortion in a particular state. As a physician I understand that states regulate the practice of medicine under a separation of powers doctrine

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

It means that our government does not favor one religion over others and that the legislatures and not religious leaders determine our laws. This is a fundamental right under our Constitution.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

It depends on the service and nature of the business. They cannot deny you basic life services such as medical treatment, hotel rooms, groceries, seating at a restaurant, gasoline and many other services as none of those compel the merchant or service provider to violate their moral and/or religious beliefs. A kosher restaurant cannot be compelled to sell pork and an artist, cannot be compelled to use their creative skills against their will. No artist is required to take on all commission work

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. However this includes supporting our allies with real military aid so they can defend themselves. An example is Israel as our only ally in the Middle East and strongest defender to Iranian-sponsored terrorism.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

They are a real threat to our democracy and our way of life.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

It is incredibly important as our only ally in the Middle East and strongest defender to Iranian-sponsored terrorism. They also contribute to our military, scientific, healthcare and intelligence. Many US military technologies are improved by Israeli R&D and the US gets a return on its investments in Israel. They are also the only ally in that region that we can rely on.

What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?

DEI, vaccine mandates (COVID), poor leadership at the top, poor transition back to civilian life, poor PTSD and other programs to rehabilitate our physically and mentally wounded veterans. Also a general lack of respect for our uniform and our flag also has caused a decline in recruitment and retention.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

When such vaccinations received rigorous testing and are approved not solely by an Emergency Use Authorization. There has to be proven scientific evidence that the vaccine is safe, effective and is the only scientific alternative available.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. I also believe in catastrophic health care coverage as American should be forced into bankruptcy from a hospital admission. I am very keen on medical and health care issues as a physician and attorney running for congress.

ECONOMY

What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?

I would reduce healthcare costs, especially in reducing admin costs, prescription drugs. I would promote American Energy Independence to reduce inflation and energy costs. I would close the border and as illegal immigration hurts income and wealth.

Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Strongly Agree

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Our Border needs to be closed and can easily be closed as it was in the prior administration. This is a national security threat that must be stopped, including, drug, sex and human trafficking along with child trafficking and an infiltration of gang members and military age men from our adversaries that end up living in and disrupting our cities. For al others, the economic consequences of free services, housing, education and medical care at taxpayers expense is unacceptable.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Those who enter legally and are able to support or prove they will be supported by a sponsor/guarantor. Also asylum when not abused an deemed a valid asylum. Seasonal visas for farming and temporary visas for other skilled workers should also be permitted when there are no Americans to fill those positions.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

I believe in School Choice and have written articles on this. It is the only way to make education competitive while providing opportunities and alternatives to public schools that are failing our children throughout our nation.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Neutral

While education is a state issue, the US DOE scope and taxpayer burden should be reduced significantly. Funds should be moved from administration to actual education programs that directly benefit our school children.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Strongly Disagree

I fully support law enforcement and qualified immunity for our law enforcement officers.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None except the removal of illegal firearms from the hands of illegal gun owners, especially in our cities.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.

Strongly Disagree

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To protect our nation from our enemies (foreign and domestic), secure our borders, ensure law and order, and protect the personal property rights and to ensure that all citizens are treated equally under our laws.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

NO

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

NO

VALUES

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Neutral

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Strongly Agree

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a practicing man of the Jewish Faith and believe in the tenets of the Judeo-Christian values.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

We need photo ID for our daily lives. It is critical in elections to have photo ID.

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

EQUALITY

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Disagree

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

micro nuclear power
