What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
it means that government must not control an individuals right to practice in the mainstream faith that they chose to believe in. It is a right to pray in public and in public spaces as long as it doesn't interfere with the public objectives for use of that space. IE, muslim call to prayer and fasting does not mean that public activities cease just to recognize their practice. I'm Catholic. I won't prohibit lunches to be served in schools on Fridays that don't offer fish. Likewise, we will not change our lunch schedule to offer only 'hallal' foods.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Allow for cross state competition for heath care providers. Plus, Tort Reform to bring health care tort laws into alignment with other countries. Allow for a tiered form of care insurance. Use state L&I protection and mandate a $4/hour employee coverage to be put towards the health care provider of the employee's choice. This will provide coverage for all employees. Plus a balance to cover those currently unemployed.

Lessen military spending through reduction in the General Class and re institute the draft. Remove non US citizens from our nation. Extend Social Security Age retirement. Extensive regulatory reform to lower infrastructure cost.

My grandchildren are half immigrates. Their father applied for and waited 8 years to legally immigrate into the US. Immigration should only be allowed when unemployment in the US drops below 3%. EB5 programs need severe limitations. Foreign students should be allowed in our US Universities at no more than 2% of our student population, and their tuition needs to be a minimum of 250% of 'out' of state tuition.

Continue with back ground checks for any fire arm purchase. Mandatory small arms training. Special safety certification for over 10 round magazine usage. Make this very clear. Our Constitution can not survive without our 2nd Amendment rights upheld.

Budget Budget Budget Budget cuts must be made. We are in a state of crisis. I will protect all public employee salaries. however, their benefit plans must be brought equal to the private sector for same job type. Follow the Scott Walker order of success for Wisconsin. Real, mandatory regulatory reform following the Executive orders of our President.

No. We are a color blind society. Belief in racism is a veil that obscures the truth. blame of racism is a cop out to lack of self evaluation to improve.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I've signed 10's of thousands of paychecks over my life. I'm a doer, a builder, and walk my talk. I have effectively blocked 100's of millions of public funds that would have been wasted in poor government bonding proposals by chairing organizations that made government re think its spending. I practice what I preach. Our company was a Charter Member in '90 of our state builders Build Green Standards. I effectively lobbied to the top of nation level for housing affordability opportunities for a broad range of income. I started a Compressed Natural Gas Company and have refitted vehicles to run on low cost, low carbon, almost zero hydrocarbon emission Natural Gas. Our company service whole public bus fleet that run on Natural Gas. I built the first renewable natural gas refueling station in our state. Natural Gas is the step fuel to hydrogen, which will finally be a 100% pollution free vehicle fueling standard.
