QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am prochoice and I chose LIFE. We must protect life. As a society, we need to hold the father responsible since currently everything is dumped on the mother. If there is no marriage between the father and the mother, the biological parents will need social care to not continue to make irresponsible choices. The fathers will be held accountable through E verify payroll recognition, nationwide for the first 18 years of the child's life. When boys/men realize that thier irresponsibilty creates a lifetime of garnished wages, they will change thier behavour. If the mother can not identify the father, then the child will be moved into a caring and responsible household.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Through a combination of state funds and wage garnishment, un planned children when life viable, will be protected and nutured.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Our Sales Tax brings in 200-300% of new resident's first year income. Make it easier to build new homes and businesses since WSST is collected on all cost of the homes and businesses that are created when new folks move to our state. This sudsidizes existing residents.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

The cost of new school construction has increased at a rate of 22%/ YEAR over the past 10 years. The new 520 floating bridge is 10'x more expensive, infation adjusted, then when it was first built. Its intitlement cost took 10 years and it exceeded the cost, inflation adjusted, to the orginal bridge. I repeat, that was just for the permitting, before any work actualy initiated. This is due to excessive regulations. Reduce high cost regulations on all publically funded projects.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

I would promote an out of nation tuition cost to repay our cost to build schools that are currently subsidizing out oif nation students. A premium will be added to students from any Communist controled nation.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Prior to a 'close' allow mitigation to offset traffic and noise. Allow churches flexablity to address upcoming public disease control issues. Our church could have open up tents and umbrellas for open field services. There are flexable options that must be pursued prior to any 'closings'....

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

E- Control cost first: statewide litigation control must be FIRST to reduce the actual cost of health care. Any state subsidized health care must come with litigation controls. This then can offer more choices for national and international health care providers to be competitive in our state.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

No such thing as 'Islamic' terrorism. Criminals are criminals. Enforce our laws.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

We should, instead, impose a CO2 and worker safety standard on any country that doesn't share our same goals to reduce CO2 and protect worker's health and safety.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Current lack of law enforcement is creating chaos in all our businesses that now have to compete with businesses that chose to use illegal labor. Our own grand children are 1/2 immigrant. Thier father waited 8 years to immigrate legally.... Enforce E-Verify on all state businesses and business applications to state licenses and any accounts, bank, vendor, etc.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Only for industries that publically verify they can't fill a job with a US citizen for up to 5 years after filling that job, on an annual review basis. Allow refugee status only to the same % as the rest of the world's nations. Again, our own Son-In-Law had to meet this standard.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Voucher should be limited to half the public school cost/student unless they cover for the same level of disabled student care as public schools. Remember, school construction is funded seperatly too, so the voucher doesn't cover that cost.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

This is a fact. Which is why we respect so many cultures..

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

People who are confused with this, need therapy, not access to our girl's locker rooms.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

BUT at the same time, only church can marry a couple. Government must get out of the business of marraige license. Need to simply set up partnership agreement. Then, get married in church.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Teach this AND teach the fact that also in 1619 a slave ship came into Boston Harbor and it was seized, the captain and owner thrown in jail, the ship was sold and the proceeds used to ship the passangers back. PLUS the fact that no Republican ever owned a slave......

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Catholic

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Our current voting system is subject to failure and fraud. The worst part is that there is currenlty no way to disprove what i just stated. When we showed ID we were give a ballot and that ballot was accounted for prior to leaving the polling place. Mail in balloting can be the same way. Any business that sells gambling as most all grocery stores do, can also verify your ID and hand you a ballot and then put it in a receptical to be counted for you. Easy, verifiable, and accuntable.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

As stated above.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No. The US is no more, nor less a 'racist' society than any other nation. This is a non issue that is made up by the Left since they have lost on all thier other issues.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Agree

To those that can trace to USA Slavery then all reparations must be paid out by the Democrat Party. The Democrats are the party of Slavery, KKK, Jim Crow, Lynching, school and neighborhood segrigation. No Republican ever owned a slave. My GG Grandfather who risked his life for 3 years to free the slave from the Demcrats. I am now still purusing the same goals of freedom and liberty for all, that he risked his and my life for.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A- too little space here for too many examples, let alone the devestaing impacts this has had on the Single Family Home, which is the ideal way to nurture a family.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Best way to control point source pollution. Compressed Natural Gas is the 'glide path' to low impact fuel sources as we continue to develope ever cleaner energy sources that are not visual blights let alone killing of flying animals...

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Equal the playing field for all to be the best they can be. Support the Contitution as it can be modified. Rule of law....

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I voted for Richard Nixon with my 18 year old vote after facing the draft for the Viet Nam War. i pretty much figured it out at an early age.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

A simple Bing search pulls up whatever you need to see.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No. I do believe that one can repay thier debts to society and be foregived and offered another chance. We can and our company does support prisoner training to be contributing members to society when they get out.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

If you have read this far, you have seen enought to make a decision. Thank you for your time! I hope I can earn your vote.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

School age training in fire arm recognition and responsiblities. Same as we do with the rest of our Constitutional Civil Liberties. Hand gun trainign prior to purchase. Limited back ground checks.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Do the same for kitchen knives? A fire arm is for self defense until help can arrive. It is a tool. Like all tools one must be trained in how to use.
