QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

“Without questioning what God’s will is, I focus more on what should not be allowed. Based on the context of the situation, it might be necessary in all circumstances. My scope for state legislation is for punitive action on abusive patterns, as well as mental health checks. The states need to be responsible for creating laws that work for all circumstances as well as all people.”

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What is your position on the minimum wage?

“I don’t know. I need the correct data. None of it makes sense. We need transparent and accurate audits. If people are struggling to live and they have a job, the system is broken. In a perfect world, we could lower both the minimum wage and the cost

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

in general there is no circumstance the government should close, monitor or limit movement or speech of any class of people, or industry, or religion, or blanket any sub group, the government has become too big once this question is presented in my opinion, we forget the Gov is a utility that is there to serve us not regulate and abuse us.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

“I would advocate for ‘D’ in the long term, but I think I would be in the ‘C’ bracket. Obviously, the goal would be for Americans to be free from government-regulated healthcare. Again, I would need more data to propose a proper legislative framework.”

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

none

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

“Not within the scope of the job I am applying for. We can’t help anyone if our people are sick and dying, and we are stretched thin with undocumented people and have failing cities. It’s not on my list. We have citizens in our biggest cities who are struggling, akin to ‘zombies’. How many governors have had to deal with the populace of the top three cities being 40% homeless? There’s no time for the Middle East.”

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

“We need to do our part at the state level by following the laws on the books and enforcing the deportation of undocumented people. This will be best for the immigrants in the long term, and it will place us back in the position to help effectively.”

EDUCATION

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Strongly Agree

“I have a semi-radical approach to public school reform. Please watch my ‘On the Issues’ series on YouTube, which highlights some of my thoughts.”

VALUES

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Strongly Agree

Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.

Strongly Agree

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Christian non denominational

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.

Neutral

“Maybe? I don’t know enough about this to answer. I think they are being untruthful at best about the census numbers, and I question the legal number of registered voters in some districts. I believe that truth and transparency will provide us with the proper information to make a decision on this matter.”

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

no

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.

I align closest with A,

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

fossil fuels, I have hope for some new technologies

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

no

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

“In 2002, I was charged with a felony for growing marijuana. I’m not sure if it’s on my record. I do not own firearms, so it was never an issue. However, I do support the 2nd Amendment; I just never needed to exercise it. I believe all high school students should receive firearms training like I did as a child. It gave me a great respect for guns.”

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

“Purpose and intent are both legal theories I use to challenge the APA. The general purpose is to keep people safe and to keep utilities functioning by delegating civil funds to functional, qualified entities, either public or private. Somehow, the scope got wider. I’m looking to narrow it back down.”

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Lean Conservative

“I’ve been labeled as a radical white Christian nationalist. I wasn’t offended, so I guess I could be categorized as a far-right MAGA supporter. However, I received a lot of support from liberals, so maybe I could also be considered a liberal?”

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Agree

“I agree, but I want the funds to be channeled through the police for community funding. I believe the police should be the arbitrators of all enjoyable community events. This will position them as community leaders.”

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

“Fewer restrictions are safer because you are not angering the gun owners. It seems like common sense. My understanding of ‘not to be infringed’ means ‘not to be regulated.’”

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes
