QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Agree
I believe If one state takes a look at the bill I have drafted, it will be adopted by many; in my bill, the first abortion will be paid for by the state if needed, I do think there should be an Interview, and educational requirement's so the ladies can understand exactly what the abortion is doing to their body. However, the second one will not be paid for by the state. For the third abortion, you will need to have a mental health evaluation, and consequences at that point is up to voters
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
, I think God should choose. In some cases, Insurance companies could use this law abusively for profit. People with mental illness are likely to agree under forms of duress. Suicide is against my religion so I will admit a bias on this. I simply do not like it
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
The mother not wanting to give birth, you see, as a Christian, I try not to judge. I do not believe for one minute that there is a person unborn that God wanted to be born. He can speak to the mother. I do not know the relationships between each woman and God. It is not my place to. It is my place to see that our children are not raised to celebrate it, and any profiting off of it is in my sights
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Agree
I think the regulation on the Banks from bad laws like DOD FRANK is causing these issues. If the government is going to risk manage the banks, it must be done in a way that allows them to lend money to the people that need money. This is how our country was founded. Yes, they got out of control show we let them only give themselves loans after the bailout? This is abusive legislation disguised as relief. There are many such like this
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Neutral
I simply do not know. I need to see what is really going on. It requires transparency. To who do we owe it, and why? I will tell you, as one senator, the key thing I can do is oversight, to bring these very questions to the front of the stage,
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I would like to see less tax, but honestly, it just comes down to transparency. What are we spending it all on, exactly how much does it cost each person, as well as the benefits? I am tired of paying for things that do not represent me
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Agree
I believe it is under attack by the media; we are one nation under God, and an attack on one religion is an attack on all here in the USA. If you have not figured it out, yes, the money sources for these big election campaigns need us divided against each other. It has never really been about republican vs. democrat. They just needed straw men to push division and weaponize hope. Once united, the game is over.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
If it is life or death, I would think they would have an implied duty of care. You should not force people to do stuff for you. It rarely turns out well
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
They should co-exist. Our laws are not supposed to violate anyone, so what does it matter if the laws are written to go in line with gods will? Is that a bad thing? Don't we all need moral compasses?
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Never, The military might be the exception. If a soldier is ordered to take a shot, he needs to take the shot. Asking questions leads to a weak military. This is why the chain of command is so important. Good leadership is not required to calculate for second-guessing.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
I am a health nut. I do not eat meat. I do eat raw dairy. I do not take any medication or eat salt or bread or sugar, alcohol, or tobacco. So that being said, I am an enemy of big pharma. I heavily believe in education and nutrition reform in our schools; prevention is the way forward. However, this once again hits those donors where it hurts. This stuff really pisses them off. I blend up fruits and vegetables daily with water and slam them, It's fast and easy, and it keeps me the regulation fighting superhero you have grown to love. I think choice B is probably the closest to the proper solution.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
well Either B) or C) Or How about America's foreign policy work for America. I have an idea. How about a bunch of countries that say they like us chip in money, and we will build a special army and funds that goes and help countries that need it? Maybe we can name it like I don't know NATO. This question should not be mainstream, as it's obvious the American people are being abused by the gov to keep endless wars going. WHY? I don't know, get me in there. I will tell you, promise
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
I don't know. All my knowledge comes from the fake news.it would be speculation for me to speak about it, and I do not know what is going on; I am not there, If I had confirmed information I would answer.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Yes, they should not be underestimated.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
I would need to see the information on the known roots and origins of the current situations to answer this. Once again, any answer would be hypothetical as I can not confirm the true scope of the issue.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Build the Wall.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Why have laws at all?
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
whoever wants too, they just have to follow the rules. I would support merit based streamline legislation.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Choose not to answer
I don't care what you are. It makes me feel rude to have to ask, so I am going to leave this alone. It seems to me it could be used to dilute the effectiveness of protected class laws
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
I am going to fight this.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian. I am the person God has asked to do this, I did not want to, but it is his will. I just wanted to be left alone, but he laid this path before me
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I got carded for dog meds. You need your Id to vote. I am not playing this fake pretend game that it disenfranchises people. Getting extorted by the state for weed disenfranchises people. Can you buy some federally illegal weed without an ID? They are evil liars who want division and the optics of rigged elections.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Do away with mail-in voting and the machines. Out of state national guard runs the elections done in 1-day max. If a quarter of the population believes it's rigged, it might as well be. We need to do oversight on these mules. We need to find out if they made these practices legal under the guidance of disenfranchised voters and covid laws. Simply put, it might not be fraud if it's legal to cheat. I know there are not as many real voters as they say; that is not even in question at this stage.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Nope, Maybe on nationality.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No, Division and propaganda are however a serious threat, as It was also made legal by bad legislation.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Neutral
I don't know enough of the real facts, I do not wish to comment on issues I do not fully understand arguments against.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) we only get the regulations, none of the protection. They are cutting all the trees down
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Lean Conservative
I am right in the middle of social justice warrior socialist and fascist crazy white national Qanon nut, but I lean towards the Qanon nut. I was raised on the streets of Washington. I had to sell marijuana to eat at one point. I build and race Hondas and Nissans. I see people living in the woods. I sell them cars and talk with them. I am nothing but a Washington kid trying to protect my people from a scary government that I had weaponized against me, you can call me what you want, how's Senator?
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
Talk of Seattle, it is the only place that has granted me an interview. That was for my 2020 Governor run. No other outlets will invite me and ignore my requests. I can't even get invited to a debate. They will not even say my name in a media publication as of this moment.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No I have never been penalized or charged in any domestic or sex crimes.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I have a sense of humor, but all joking aside, I am extremely qualified for the job. In fact, it seems to me I am the only one who is. I understand the job as well as the laws, and I can draft legislation and draft bills that support our residents. But I am also a salesman like the great Grant Cardone, so I will be able to go to DC and start my attack on the other senators to our bidding. They are not going to just lie down. We need a tenacious fighter to get it done, not a corporate lawyer and puppet's. I am doing this because I will be the best senator this state ever had, and maybe this country. Try me and find out.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
I have had the state Violate my civil rights and stand behind the fact the state is not a person. I think police should retain the immunities against direct causes of action against them as a private person. However, Washington provides this already. what we need to do is soften the standing against the state as far as the duty of care to a regular person, to bypass the immunities to bring Civil action. I don't want the cops afraid of getting sued all the time.We do need an avenue to compensate
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Agree
This would not be my first choice of places to get the money however, Mental health checks and balances would be a big relief to the police
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
not to be infringed, Is no to be infringed, I don't have guns, but I am glad you do
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Can you sue car makers for drunk drivers next?
