QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Only for the actual life of the mother.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Flat tax with no charge under $15,000 then 1.5% for Michigan income tax. But it would be better to eliminate the Personal income tax.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
everything not connected to protecting the population from criminal activity
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
PUblic funded education has not proven it self. When we paid for it, we got better results.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Since when did government become God. each person has a responsibility to act in accordance to their belief.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
When the church engages in activity that put people at risk (Human sacrifice)
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C I am willing with continue with Medicaid and medicare, but we need to reduce the need.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
NONE
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
take the battle to them. Include those groups who can educate and support the people to reject the extermism
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
If you don't secure the border you run the risk of increasing crime. Why is it it's OK for demcrats to force the border state to accept the migration but they won't step up and do it.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
those who follow the guidelines and set by the Congress and not presidential or judicial orders.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
Our schools have become a monopoly which have failed. it's time to change
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Gender Identity is a failure.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
The purpose of Marriage is to support creation of life not to get your jollies off.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Agree
CRT, affirmative action and equality are the same thing. discrimination against a group for crimes committed centuries ago. this is unfair. Why do we hold people accountable for actions they were not envolved in
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a disciple of Jesus Christ and his servant. My beliefs are built upon the teaching of the church, history and scripture. they include real science which proves the existence of a creator and does not seek to replace him with personal values
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
If you are required to have a picture ID to get and keep a Job (I-9 form); to cash a paycheck; or to buy alcohol and tobacco then why not for voting.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
City and County Clerk need to be able to follow current state and federal Law on voting; be accountable to prove voting equipment have not been tampered with; voting roles should be purged every year of people no longer eligible to vote ether by death or moving to another location. All counting sites need to have cameras installed to show the activity and placed on the internet so all who are interested can witness the process. Not have cardboard signs put up to block the monitoring. All laws apply to all parties.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
racism or the claim of racism is a threat to domestic security. The acts of BAMN; BLM and other groups shows how racism fuels the violence. Remember Jeffereson was just as racisit as Bunker
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Why are we making this generation or future generations pay for the sins of generations already removed from this planet.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A. we are playing games with who will prosper with these regulations.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
We need to become energy independent. If you don't like carbon based fuels then lets go Nuclear. Solar and alternative sources are not returning the same value.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
Protect the population from threats foreign and domestic not define those threats except by Law. You may not like what someone says but it's their right to say it.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
Life experience is not something you can document. These are my opinions. and to list them would take more space than you have allotted
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Get government out of our lives except to expel those who seek to harm our community. The Federal Government needs to reduce it's cost (not something my office can do) State government needs to reduce size and be accountable. it's local government and the community that should set standards.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
In General Qualified immunity is required, but when they violate department rules and regulations then it should be the state to prosecute. Seeking civil charges should come from the state.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
follow the current laws. We don't so you have problems. I support constitutional carry, its interesting that their was less gun violence in the 20's without gun control than there is now with gun control. We have a heart problem, related to Morality (if you can kill babies in the womb then why not your neighbor) of thought. Church's need to step up and instruct in the golden rule. First Love God with your whole heart and mind. The second is like the first love your neighbor has your self.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
The manufacturers did not harm anyone it was the person holding the weapon that did.
